6月5日是世界环境日，美利达自行车鲅鱼圈自行车运动协会组织成员们积极宣传环保，为保护环境出力。

8月1日，2016年世界母乳喂养周主题宣传活动在京举办。今年的世界母乳喂养周主题是“母乳喂养是社会可持续发展的关键”，强调母乳喂养是保障出生人口健康，提高民族素质，推动国民经济和社会发展的基础和重要措施之一。国家卫生计生委副主任王国强，国务院妇儿工委办公室副主任宋文珍、全国总工会女职工部部长王倩，世界卫生组织驻华代表处副代表施南，联合国儿童基金会驻中国办事处苏天明，北京市卫生计生委副主任耿玉田，中央军委政治工作部歌舞团国家一级演员、全国人大代表谭晶女士，著名儿童保健专家崔玉涛先生出席现场活动。

王国强副主任在讲话中指出，党的十八届五中全会提出推进健康中国建设的重大战略和全面实施两孩政策的重大决策，推进健康中国建设、促进人口均衡发展，必须从源头抓起，从婴幼儿健康抓起。促进母乳喂养不仅重要而关键，同时也符合新的发展理念。实践证明，母乳是婴儿最理想的天然食品，低成本、无污染，体现了绿色的理念。母乳喂养可促进母子的情感交流，减少母亲产后抑郁的发生，促进婴儿感觉和认知的发育，体现了协调、共享的理念。可以说，母乳喂养有利于母婴健康，有利于家庭幸福和谐，有利于社会可持续发展。

国家卫生计生委高度重视儿童健康工作，在推动全社会保护、促进和支持母乳喂养方面进行了积极的探索。一是全面贯彻落实《母婴保健法》、《中国儿童发展纲要》，制定了《母乳代用品销售管理办法》、《儿童喂养与营养指导技术规范》、《儿童营养性疾病管理技术规范》等文件，指导各地规范服务，不断适应新形势下儿童健康需求，提高儿童健康水平。二是开展爱婴医院复核工作，加强爱婴医院管理，不断提高母乳喂养率，逐步降低非医学指征剖宫产率。同时，以爱婴医院为平台设立母乳喂养咨询热线和咨询门诊，提供母乳喂养技术指导，及时解决产妇及家庭在母乳喂养中遇到的问题和困难。三是加大宣传力度，以每年的世界母乳喂养周为契机，进行统一部署，围绕主题组织开展系列宣传活动，包括统一制作宣传海报、母乳喂养专题片，开展母乳喂养专题讲座，发放《母乳喂养好处多》、《母乳喂养实用手册》知识读本等。经过多方努力，我国母乳喂养率逐渐上升，2008年第四次国家卫生服务调查结果显示，我国6个月内婴儿纯母乳喂养率仅为27.6%;2013年第五次国家卫生服务调查结果显示，我国6个月内婴儿纯母乳喂养率已上升为58.5%。

王国强副主任强调，随着“母乳喂养好”的理念深入人心，为母乳喂养提供更多更好的社会支持，满足更多的母婴健康服务需求是我们面临的新任务。我们要针对社会广泛关注的公共场所母婴室缺乏、哺乳条件和环境差等问题，创新工作思路和方法，积极协调和推动有关部门将母婴室建设纳入相关规范与城市建设规划中。国家卫生计生委也将制定完善母婴室相关设置标准，积极引导企事业单位和公共场所设置规范化的母婴室。同时，继续加强爱婴医院管理，为广大家庭提供更多更好的母乳喂养技术指导和母婴健康服务。

会上，国家卫生计生委副主任王国强，国家卫生计生委妇幼司司长秦耕，国务院妇儿工委办公室副主任宋文珍，全国总工会女职工部部长王倩，世界卫生组织驻华代表处施南，联合国儿童基金会驻中国办事处苏天明，北京市卫生计生委副主任耿玉田共同启动了2016年世界母乳喂养周宣传活动。国家卫生计生委有关司局领导，中国疾病预防控制中心妇幼保健中心、中国妇幼保健协会、国际组织、母乳喂养专家代表，北京市卫生计生委领导，北京市各区(县)卫生计生委、妇幼保健院、爱婴医院的负责同志约300人参加了活动。

Nowadays, peoples life has changed a lot with the development of modern technology and economy, which has put lots of negative effects on the environment.

Why this? Because, firstly, some factories are pouring wastes into rivers, lakes, seas and so forth; secondly, because of human activities, a great number of plants and animals are losing their lives; thirdly, using modern machines and chemicals is bad for the environment. Besides these, there are a lot of human activities which have done or are doing harm to our surroundings.

For this, I think, first, our government should make drastic measures to regulate human activities; second, we human beings should take pains-taking work to stop ourselves destroying the environment and try our best to protect our living space more.

8月1日至7日是第25个世界母乳喂养周，主题是“母乳喂养是社会可持续发展的关键”。县卫生局日前就做好世界母乳喂养周宣传活动作出部署，倡导多部门、多层面、多渠道促进母乳喂养。

在具体措施上，要求医疗机构结合新时期群众妇幼健康需求，积极组织产科、新生儿科、儿科等相关医护人员开展母乳喂养相关法规政策、母乳喂养知识、技能、母婴健康咨询技巧等内容培训，提高服务能力和技术水平。爱婴医院充分发挥好示范引导作用，严格做到：产前通过孕妇学校做好母乳喂养好处及知识传播建立母乳喂养的信心，产时通过“三早”为成功母乳喂养奠定基础，产后通过专人巡视指导产妇掌握母乳喂养知识和技能，出院后通过母乳喂养咨询门诊和咨询热线，及时解决母乳喂养过程中遇到的问题。

卫生部门倡议，各单位应发挥表率作用，根据需要合理设置母乳喂养室、配备相关设施设备，为机关内哺乳期妇女提供便利，确保工作中的哺乳期妇女能够继续母乳喂养。同时，加大宣传、积极引导，在企事业单位和公共场所科学设置母乳喂养室，为广大哺乳期妇女母乳喂养创造方便可及的条件，努力营造母乳喂养的社会氛围。
