为迎接第27个世界人口日的到来，7月9日，阳朔县兴坪镇计生服务所围绕“弘扬婚育新风，共创健康幸福生活”为主题开展了宣传活动，拉开了全县开展世界人口日活动的序幕。

兴坪镇计生服务所通过开设宣传专栏、悬挂横幅、摆放宣传展板、设置政策咨询台、派发宣传资料和发放药具等形式，向过往群众、育龄妇女、流动人口等进行集中宣传，主要宣传“婚育新风进万家”核心信息和标语口号，使单独两孩政策、免费孕前优生健康检查、生殖保健知识、打击“两非”、关爱女孩、诚信计生、流动人口等政策深入人心，家喻户晓。切实普及了计生保健知识，提高了计生政策的社会知晓率。当天，共发放宣传资料、宣传折页1000余份、避孕药具500只、计生宣传纸筒200个，接待群众政策法规、优生优育指导、免费孕前优生健康咨询120人次。

据了解，在7.11世界人口日到来之际，全县9个乡(镇)均在各自集市上开展了形式多样的宣传活动，如利用圩日集中对来往群众进行宣传倡导，使用计生宣传车播放计生政策巡回宣传，同时组织人员进村入户一对一宣传指导，以达到让群众更加了解我国人口形势，自觉遵守计划生育国策，转变婚育观念和婚育行为，自觉实行负责任、有计划的生育，为人口计生工作科学发展奠定坚实的群众基础，营造了良好的社会舆论氛围。

联合国确定“世界环境日”的意义在于提醒全世界注意全球环境状况和人类活动对环境的危害。

12月1日是世界艾滋病日。11月30日，第九屆全球健康促進大會在上海舉行。著名演員蔣雯麗身為中國艾滋病防治宣傳員，參與了『平行會議：地方性傳染病』的討論，介紹了自己擔任宣傳員的經歷以及中國的防艾進展。她提出，防艾教育要從中學生開始抓起。

艾滋病當前呈現出『低流行、高擔懮』的趨勢，總體感染率偏低，但是應當提起重視的是，青少年的感染人數正在急劇上昇。蔣雯麗指出，現在的年輕人了解艾滋病的傳播途徑以性傳播為主，並且十分清楚什麼行為屬於高危行為。但是由於這個年齡段的青少年都處於生理發育最旺盛的時期，在好奇心的驅使下，難免會因為衝動而做出一些不負責任、不安全的舉動，這也正是她今後在做防艾宣傳時要著重注意進行宣傳的地方。

提到如何開始擔任艾滋病防治宣傳員的工作時候，蔣雯麗面色沈重：『作為宣傳員，我的第一個工作是和感染艾滋病的小朋友一起拍攝宣傳照。拍攝當天，我一到攝影棚就看見小朋友站在角落裡，顯得非常緊張。我很自然地走過去，摟著他說話，他慢慢地放松了，接著露出了微笑，我們拍了很多很好的照片。但在拍攝時，孩子媽媽一直很緊張地叮囑我們，不要拍到孩子的正臉，因為他正在上學，如果老師、同學看到了照片，孩子就不能上學了。』從那之後，對艾滋病本沒有過多了解的蔣雯麗就開始不斷收集相關資料，決心做一名能夠呼吁大眾重視艾滋病問題的宣傳員。她不僅在國內各地慰問艾滋病感染者，更是去到肯尼亞等國家學習預防艾滋病的經驗，與各國專家交流、探討。蔣雯麗堅信，如果能堅持大力開展防艾宣傳與教育，艾滋病的感染形式一定會取得好轉。

『防艾教育要從中學階段就開始做起，教會孩子們如何保護自己。』蔣雯麗十分鄭重地呼吁，希望更多的演員、社會人士、甚至更多的青年學生，都可以加入到防艾宣傳的大隊伍當中。『每個人都能成為防艾宣傳的志願者，當你真正了解之後，就不會歧視感染者了，會給他們更好的生存空間。甚至你可以在朋友和家人的聚會上給他們講一講，讓他們更好地保護自己。』蔣雯麗也決心將防艾工作一直做下去，她堅信，如果能通過宣傳讓大家進一步了解艾滋病，不僅能控制感染的數字，更能讓人們去正視、關懷感染者，讓大家都有一個更加美好的生存環境。

今年5月31日是第29个世界无烟日，我活动主题是“拒绝烟草的危害”，牟平区龙泉镇中心卫生院组织了一系列宣传活动。

公共卫生服务人员在镇中心大集及龙泉镇中心卫生院悬挂了醒目的大型横幅宣传标语。利用医院的LED大屏滚动播出吸烟的危害，并组织公共卫生科与健康教育科有关专业技术人员共6人，在集市场举行了较大声势的社会宣传、技术咨询、义务测量血压、散发宣传材料等宣传活动。据不完全统计：此次宣传咨询活动共咨询人数超过50人，散发远离烟草等3种宣传资料200余份，测量血压近20人次，得到了广大群众的赞誉，尤其是接受咨询者。

通过此次宣传，我们对烟草的危害认识更加清楚，也明白了吸二手烟对家人的危害，对我国提高烟草税有了一定的认识，纷纷承诺一定要戒烟或劝阻家人吸烟。此次世界无烟日宣传活动取得了良好的社会效果，达到了宣传的目的。
