Many people are active in fighting against unfair treatment to colored people, women , animals and so on. Right now I am talking about fighting for respect to our environment. 今年是第43个“六・五”世界环境日，为纪念“六五”世界环境日，围绕当前生态宁阳建设工作重点，宁阳县环保局高度重视，开展了以下宣传活动。

Riding a bike can not only eliminate fatigue, exercise fitness, fitness, body, also can appreciate the beautiful scenery, more can energy saving carbon reduction, protect the earth, is really a good leisure activity!

在现代紧张忙碌的社会中，人们经常需要适时的休闲活动来纾解自己紧绷的压力及情绪。人们借由休闲活动除了可以提升工作效率之外，医学也证明适度的休闲活动可以提高身体的免疫能力，可见休闲活动对身处在现代的我们是多么的重要!

我最喜欢的休闲活动是去河滨公园骑脚踏车。每当假日来临时，爸爸经常会带我到永福桥下的河滨公园骑脚踏车。骑脚踏车不但让我享受到驾驭的快感，而且优游在奼紫嫣红的花朵和绿意盎然的树林间，如画的风景不断映入眼帘!骑累时，还可以坐在路旁的造景公园中，欣赏着由蓝天、绿地、小溪组成的自然美景，享受着妈妈准备的饮料和零嘴，不但使平时累积的学习压力顿时消除，而且也让我感受到满满的幸福呢!

然而自从智慧型手机发明之后，“低头族”的情况变得非常普遍，我们经常可以看到不管是在搭车或走路时，总是人手一台平板电脑或是手机在上网或玩游戏， 这样不但会让视力变差，还可能因为不看路而导致交通事故的发生，这种休闲活动不但对身心发展没有帮助，反而还可能有不良的影响。所以我们在从事休闲活动时，应该多接触大自然，让身心灵都能够向上提升，这才能达到从事休闲活动的目的。

骑脚踏车不但可以消除疲劳、锻练体能、强健体魄、舒展身心，还能欣赏美景，更可以节能减碳、保护地球，真是个好的休闲活动呢!

近期，区爱卫办组织开展第29个世界无烟日系列宣传活动：5月10日，邀请省疾控中心控烟专家举办全区公共场所与工作场所控烟培训班，各乡镇，各单位共200余人参加培训;在“健康淮阴”微信公众平台开展控烟有奖知识竞赛活动，共800余人参加有奖知识竞赛;区电视台、淮阴报社从27日开始播放、刊登控烟公益广告和宣传内容;

5月31日在大润发超市门前举办主题为“拒绝烟草危害”的世界无烟日广场宣传活动，发放爱国卫生条例、控烟宣传折页、倡议书等资料800余份，控烟知识问答奖品400余份;

制作宣传展板10块，横幅6条，在卫计委、王营镇营东社区等20个企事业单位、社区开展了控烟巡展宣传活动;区卫生监督所5月31日组织执法人员对城区公共场所和医疗卫生单位开展控烟督导检查工作。

xx年5月31日是世界卫生组织发起的第24个世界无烟日。本次的主题是"世界卫生组织《烟草控制框架公约》"，口号是"烟草致命如水火无情，控烟履约可挽救生命"。 六、活动目的：

1、5月31日是世界无烟日，可以让大家更好地了解吸烟，以及吸"二手烟"对身体的危害，亦可对我国庞大的烟民人数的减少作一点贡献;

2、提高市民的，增强"无烟日"这一天的意识;

3、宣传志愿者精神：奉献、友爱、互助、进步。

六、活动安排：

系列活动之一：校园烟头清扫活动

活动背景：为了让吸烟的大学生戒烟，不吸烟的大学生远离吸烟;从而为有强健的身心体魄打好基础，轻松学习，自信迎考;。我们开展了此次校园"打扫烟头"活动，希望本次禁烟日宣传教育活动，起到了警示教育作用，使同学们更深刻地认识到吸烟对自己及他人的身体健康造成的危害，增强了禁烟、控烟的意识。

负责单位：未来化学人科技协会策划主办、一米阳光协会协办、赞助

活动安排：五月三十一日前在两个社团内部征集志愿者。选定时间后在东方红广场集合，按事先选定的小组同时进行校园内烟头打扫活动，活动结束后照相留念。

活动流程：

1、 准备一条宣传标语" 无烟校园、师生在行动"

2、 宣传本次活动，让同学们积极参与。

3、 打着宣传标语，组织同学们在校园内 捡烟头。

4、 会长对此次活动进行总结。
