一、 活动主题

“奥运精彩—我听到”

各地要围绕这个主题，以科学发展观为统领，以深入贯彻“xx大”精神和喜迎奥运为契机，从实际出发，坚持广泛性、公益性、社会性原则，有组织地开展富有当地特色的第九次全国“爱耳日”宣传教育活动。

二、 活动形式

(一)大力开展贫困听力残疾儿童救助活动。各地根据实际情况，广泛宣传和动员社会，以“奥运精彩—我听到”为主题开展贫困听力残疾儿童救助活动，采取多种形式为贫困听力残疾儿童提供助听产品和听力语言康复训练，让他们从精神和物质上都得到实在具体的关怀，和健全儿童一样分享奥运、健康成长。

第九次全国“爱耳日”宣传教育活动办公室将从各地挑选100名听力残疾儿童作为奥运小使者，亲赴北京参观奥运场馆、感受奥运氛围，传递奥运信息、播撒奥运爱心。

(二)积极举办体现喜迎奥运、参与奥运精神的相关主题活动。各地组织听力残疾儿童开展形式多样的主题活动，通过书画奥运、歌唱奥运、舞动奥运、绿化奥运等方式为奥运献礼，展示聋儿康复成果，让孩子们从中体会“我参与、我奉献、我快乐”的奥运精神，同时促进孩子们的社会康复。

活动办公室将组织部分听力残疾儿童用画笔描绘自己心中的奥运，并向北京奥组委捐赠部分优秀作品，让孩子们在快乐的参与和奉献中体会“超越、融合、共享”。

(三)广泛开展听力障碍预防与康复知识宣传活动。各地在“爱耳日”活动当天组织医疗康复机构的耳鼻喉专家和听力学、听力语言康复专业人员在城市主要广场、街道、社区设立宣传点摆放宣传品，面向公众普及和宣传听力障碍预防与康复知识，并提供义诊、测听等。有条件的地区也可以采取举办专题讲座;组派小分队进农村、入社区等活动宣传与服务形式。

活动办公室将统一印制下发“奥运精彩—我听到”宣传海报，全国“爱耳日”宣传教育活动技术指导组将对活动进行集中指导。

(四)深入宣传国家听力障碍预防与康复政策。中国残联、卫生部等有关部门将在“爱耳日”活动期间共同发布《全国听力障碍预防与康复规划实施方案(20xx—20xx年)》，各地要及时将该方案的宣传、学习融入本地“爱耳日”宣传教育活动中。

三、 活动要求

(一)加强领导、明确目标、精心组织。2016全国爱耳日宣传活动方案活动方案。成立第九次全国“爱耳日”宣传教育活动办公室，负责活动的统筹协调和组织管理。同时成立全国“爱耳日”宣传教育活动技术指导组对活动进行集中指导，各地要及时成立全国“爱耳日”宣传教育活动组织机构，制定方案、明确分工、抓好落实，确保本次“爱耳日”宣传教育活动广泛、深入、扎实地开展。

(二)关爱聋儿、服务大众、融入奥运。各地的“爱耳日”宣传教育活动应体现人道主义精神和人文奥运理念，突出贫困救助和康复服务的特点，帮助听力残疾人实现“融入奥运、聆听奥运、参与奥运、分享奥运”的梦想。

(四)深入宣传、扩大参与、及时总结。广播、电视、报刊等各类新闻媒体和各级残疾人事业新闻促进会，应广泛、深入地开展宣传报道活动，为本次“爱耳日”宣传教育活动创造良好的舆论氛围。各地要及时将本地的活动情况、感人事例、宣传报道材料、图片等相关资料收集整理，于20**年4月以前报第九次全国“爱耳日”宣传教育活动办公室。

5月31日是第29个世界无烟日，为加大控烟宣传和健康教育工作力度，推进控烟履约的进程，维护人民群众身体健康，成都市天府新区直管区爱国卫生运动委员会办公室组织开展了第29个世界无烟日系列宣传活动，活动由天府新区疾控工作办公室、天府新区健康管理师协会共同承办。

6月7日，利用赶集日，修文县在县体育馆开展以“践行绿色生活”为主题的“六•五”世界环境日宣传活动，县政府副县长王天镜亲临活动现场，县生态文明局、公安局、发改局、工信局、司法局、城管局等13家单位参加活动。活动现场发放环保、法律等各类宣传资料8000余份(册)、环保手提袋3000余个，接受群众咨询300余人。

世界环境日宣传活动简报【3】

今年6月5日是新环保法实施后的首个“环境日”，为切实组织好今年的“六・五”宣传活动，合浦县认真部署开展多种形式的2015年“六・五”世界环境日暨宣传月纪念活动。

一是合浦县环境保护委员会办公室于5月27日制订印发了《合浦县环境保护委员会办公室关于举办2015年“六.五”世界环境日暨环保宣传月活动的通知》，发动15个乡镇政府、15个县直单位等相关环委会成员单位积极参与，部署开展多种形式的宣传活动。

二是举办纪念“环境日”广场宣传咨询活动。6月5日，组织发改、林业、住建等15个县直环境保护委员会成员单位在县城还珠广场围绕2015年环境宣传主题“践行绿色生活”，以悬挂横幅、展出板报、发放宣传材料和设立咨询台的形式开展宣传。当天，共展出板报15块，发放各种宣传资料约3000份。

三是开展进企业、社区、广场、学校、乡镇等环保宣传活动。一进企业开展环保宣传活动，现场向企业员工发放环保宣传资料;二进社区开展环保宣传活动(廉州镇平田社区、廉东社区、白沙镇榄根村委等)，悬挂宣传标语，制作宣传板报，近距离向群众宣传新《环境保护法》、有奖举报办法和相关环保知识;三进广场开展环保宣传活动，在县城客运中心、超市等人流密集地方向群众发放环境保护宣传资料，解答群众环境问题和咨询;四进学校开展环保宣传活动(合浦四中、廉州小学、平田小学等)，在学校设立环保法律法规和环保知识流动宣传站，利用课余时间向老师和学生发放环保宣传资料及宣传品，同时鼓励有条件的绿色学校，组织开展知识竞答、板报设计等多形式的宣传活动;五进乡镇开展环保宣传活动(廉州镇、西场镇、山口镇等)，在各乡镇中心地段摆放环保展板、粘贴宣传海报，向群众发放环保宣传资料，提高群众环境保护意识，共同打击环境违法行为。

四是与中国移动通信合浦分公司协调，利用手机短信播放环境保护宣传标语。

The population of the earth is increasing very fast. Humans must make the earth support the increasing population. This has made it necessary for agriculture and industry to develop rapidly.

Such a rapid development produces more and more waste, which goes into the water, the soil and the air. Some of it is made harmless. However, where there is too much of it, the poisonous waste may do great harm to the things around the people.

When farmers add fertilizer to the soil to make plants grow better, or use poison to kill pests, poison is sent into the air, the water and the soil. When birds, fish and people eat the grain, drink the water or breath the air, harm will be done to their health.

The air in big cities is often made very dirty by cars and factories. Millions of tons of waste and poisonous gases are sent into the air with the smoke. In some places, little is done to make the smoke clean before it goes into the air.

Fortunately, people are beginning to realize just how serious the whole situation is. In many countries, laws have been made to stop factories from sending out poisonous gases.

Because of the fiction movie 2012 which describes a horrible scene that the whole world was destroyed by earthquake, volcano and tsunami, the view of doomsday is making a great clamor. Mayans predicted December 21, 2012 is the end of the world and the sun of 22th will never rise again.

Though it is now seems that this prediction is just a nonsense without any scientific support, it did provoke peoples thinking about environment. In awake of the prediction, we cant help asking why this horrible prediction happen? I think one answer may be related to the environmental degradation. As we all can see and feel, the worlds environment is going downhill with severely polluted rivers and airs. More often we cant see clearly the sun because of heavy air suspended matter caused by pollution. If continues going this way, I think the doomed day will come true if not now, then one day.
