世界环境日的意义在于提醒全世界注意地球状况和人类活动对环境的危害。要求联合国系统和各国政府在这一天开展各种活动来强调保护和改善人类环境的重要性。联合国环境规划署在每年的年初公布当年的世界环境日主题，并在每年的世界环境日发表环境状况的年度报告书。
世界环境日是在每一年的6月5日.是由1972年6月5日在瑞典首都斯德哥尔摩召开的世界上第一次《联合国人类环境会议》所建议，于1972年10月，经第27届联合国大会通过确定的。每年这一天，联合国各成员国要以各种形式开展保护环境的宣传活动，从1974年开始，联合国环境规划署根据这一年的世界上的主要环境问题，确定一个宣传的主题。从1987年开始，还要选择一个城市作为联合国的宣传活动中心。联合国根据当年的世界主要环境问题及环境热点，有针对性地制定每年的“世界环境日”的主题。联合国系统和各国政府每年都在这一天开展各种活动，宣传保护和改善人类环境的重要性，联合国环境规划署同时发表《环境现状的年度报告书》，召开表彰“全球500佳”国际会议。

在节日当天，我们将对前来办证的读者，给予免工本费、年检费(共计15元)，只需交纳50元风险押金(可退)。

活动地点：到海底世界公园：参观海洋馆、观看海豹、海狮表演，到科普天地、儿童乐园游戏
活动准备：
1、 校车3台：8：20从幼儿园出发
2、 幼儿及教师午餐共190份：一小瓶矿泉水、香蕉一个， 2块方包、2个鸡蛋、火腿一根。
3、 返园后，请食堂协助准备绿豆汁。
安全保障措施：
1、 加强管理和监督措施。保教主管对各个环节的安全防范措施做到层层落实，责任到人。班主任是班级安全工作的第一责任人，全面负责幼儿出游的安全工作，教师负责组织好幼儿活动，维持好纪律。保育员负责照顾好幼儿出游的护理工作。除此以外，各班级增配行政人员，保障出游的安全工作。
2、 班级教师对幼儿进行春游活动安全教育，增强幼儿安全防范意识和自我保护能力。
3、 保健医生携带好急救用品。以防幼儿突发事情。
4、 春游活动期间一切行动听指挥，准时出发，准时返校。
5、 全体幼儿必须穿好校服，背好书包。
6、 参观活动时要做到井然有序，教育幼儿不拥挤、不追跑、不打闹。上、下车有序。在车上不能大声暄哗，不能将头和手伸出窗外。
