在人类历史发展的长河中，有许多名人很重视环境。英国的诗人拜伦曾说过 ：“我不是不爱人类，而是更爱大自然。”法国蒙台涅也说：“我们已经背弃了大自然，她曾那样准确地为我们指路，而我们却想用她的教导来教训她。”这些名人所说的话让我们明白保护环境是多么重要。

我不禁想起了美国的草坪文化。草坪给美国人创造了美好的生活环境，亦带来了难以估量的好处。人们可以充分分享大自然的恩赐，不仅空气清新，而且也调节了气温，给人们恬静、安详的感受。美国人重视草坪已成为传统，甚至已发展成为一种文化现象。与草坪文化共存的是美国人良好的社会公德意识。特别是假日人们多在草坪上散步、玩球中、聚餐和进行各种娱乐活动，其舒适、幽雅之氛是室内活动所无法企及的。我们也应像美国人一样，爱护草坪，重视环境。

反之，大地给予所有人的是物质的精华，而最后，它从人们那里得到的回报是物质性的垃圾。1991年，一支登山队在攀登珠穆朗玛峰时遇到了大雪。令他们惊奇的是，天上飘下的黑色雪花纷纷扬扬，使大地和天空笼罩在阴霾中。引起这场黑雪的原因是1990年爆发的海湾战争，给环境带来了深重的灾难，由于环境污染造成的损失远远超过战争的直接经济损失。从这件故事中，我们深深地了解这场灾难造成了很大损失，我们要让世界变得美丽，一定要爱护环境，不能再破坏了。

“保护环境，人人有责。”让我们拉起手，创造一个和谐的社会;让我们拉起手，创造美丽的家园;让我们拉起手，创造一个美好的明天。

太阳把它的光辉洒在大地上，风轻轻地抚摸着我们的脸庞。上个星期日是个好日子，我们也有一个好心情。因为我们正和可爱的同学团队骑车郊游呢!一条由人组成的“火车长龙”已经骑到离城市较近的小村子啦!

这一切出乎想象!看那，大片大片的麦田没规律地闯进你的视线。风把他们召集起来，组成一片绿色的海洋，在田间乡里跌宕起伏，麦浪滚滚，在金色的阳光照耀下显得格外绿油油的，放下车，我们去看看吧!

噢，真是可爱极了!走到麦田里我们仔细地看清楚了每一珠麦苗的样子。它们都穿着绿色的外衣，叶子上还沾着早晨的露水，看看果实，嫩嫩的，只是它们穿着厚厚的外套，害羞的藏在里面了。看着他们一株株挺直了腰，昂起了头的姿态，让我也长了不少精神。它们可比我的玩具熊有趣多了。

麦田啊麦田，你真可爱。可惜我就要与你分别到下一景点去了，我会记得你的，一定。

架起车，继续走。在这凹凸不平的小石子路上，我开始期待与大自然的另一次邂逅。

骑着骑着，我们骑到了村子里的一块菜地。这里一大部分的田地都种了蔬菜，前面有一小块农田长满了小草，是个好去处呢!好吧，放下车，我要拥抱你!

要想成功的过去，还得跳过一个水沟呢。这可就考验我们的团队精神，大胆的同学稍吸一口气跳过去了，之后友好地向我们递来双手，把我们拉住，带动着跳过去了，真棒!我要冲过去啦!两边的花儿和花菜都和我招手呢，下次再“款待”你们把。啊，踩着软绵绵的草，呼!呼吸着清新怡人的空气，别有一番滋味。这可不是用金钱买得到的喔。

蹲下来，让我仔细地看看小草们。有的刚抽出嫩嫩的芽儿，浅绿浅绿的，向新生的胎儿;有的已经是个“成人”了，翠绿翠绿的颜色，多亏了几分稳重。它们的脸上都沾有小小的露珠，显得娇滴滴的，让你觉得他们很可怜。它们给了我无限的新希望，这可比我的钙片有劲多了。

小草啊小草，真想多陪陪你，可惜我的队伍又要出发了，我一定会记得你的，一定会。

现在已经接近中午了，我们必须得吃午餐兼早餐了。孟老师带我们到了一个饭馆里里，准备开吃了。可是，望着那远处的片片麦田，我的心却无法平静。我们仅是相隔一条公路，却犹如相差千万里。我，有了一个决定。

这个早上的所见所闻，让我深深地爱上了这片土地，感悟到大自然的生机和繁荣。你们放心，我不会让你们消失的，我要保护你们，不管多少年，我们一定还会再见面的。我和大自然有一个约定。

亲爱的你们，坚定地告诉我，你有着同我一样的愿望，你也期待着和大自然的约定能实现，那么，请和我一起保护它们，呵护我们的家园吧!

Spring is tht best season of the year. The weather gets warmer and warmer. My clas iamates and I took a one-day sightseeing around our city.The scene was pretty. But when we saw the rivers along our city, I felt very sorry, and thoughit a lot.

With the development of modern agriculture and industry, more and more waste water is being poured into rivers. It has caused serious pollution. The river is becoming so dirty that no living things can live in it. The river is giving off a terrible smell.

We make an urgent appeal that measures should be taken to cope with the situation. Our government should start building various facilities such as sewage treatment!plant and encourage scientists to work out more and better ways to reduce the pollution of water.

Water is tho source of our lives. It is very important to protect water.
