王国强副主任在讲话中指出，党的十八届五中全会提出推进健康中国建设的重大战略和全面实施两孩政策的重大决策，推进健康中国建设、促进人口均衡发展，必须从源头抓起，从婴幼儿健康抓起。促进母乳喂养不仅重要而关键，同时也符合新的发展理念。实践证明，母乳是婴儿最理想的天然食品，低成本、无污染，体现了绿色的理念。母乳喂养可促进母子的情感交流，减少母亲产后抑郁的发生，促进婴儿感觉和认知的发育，体现了协调、共享的理念。可以说，母乳喂养有利于母婴健康，有利于家庭幸福和谐，有利于社会可持续发展。

国家卫生计生委高度重视儿童健康工作，在推动全社会保护、促进和支持母乳喂养方面进行了积极的探索。一是全面贯彻落实《母婴保健法》、《中国儿童发展纲要》，制定了《母乳代用品销售管理办法》、《儿童喂养与营养指导技术规范》、《儿童营养性疾病管理技术规范》等文件，指导各地规范服务，不断适应新形势下儿童健康需求，提高儿童健康水平。二是开展爱婴医院复核工作，加强爱婴医院管理，不断提高母乳喂养率，逐步降低非医学指征剖宫产率。同时，以爱婴医院为平台设立母乳喂养咨询热线和咨询门诊，提供母乳喂养技术指导，及时解决产妇及家庭在母乳喂养中遇到的问题和困难。三是加大宣传力度，以每年的世界母乳喂养周为契机，进行统一部署，围绕主题组织开展系列宣传活动，包括统一制作宣传海报、母乳喂养专题片，开展母乳喂养专题讲座，发放《母乳喂养好处多》、《母乳喂养实用手册》知识读本等。经过多方努力，我国母乳喂养率逐渐上升，2008年第四次国家卫生服务调查结果显示，我国6个月内婴儿纯母乳喂养率仅为27.6%;2013年第五次国家卫生服务调查结果显示，我国6个月内婴儿纯母乳喂养率已上升为58.5%。

王国强副主任强调，随着“母乳喂养好”的理念深入人心，为母乳喂养提供更多更好的社会支持，满足更多的母婴健康服务需求是我们面临的新任务。我们要针对社会广泛关注的公共场所母婴室缺乏、哺乳条件和环境差等问题，创新工作思路和方法，积极协调和推动有关部门将母婴室建设纳入相关规范与城市建设规划中。国家卫生计生委也将制定完善母婴室相关设置标准，积极引导企事业单位和公共场所设置规范化的母婴室。同时，继续加强爱婴医院管理，为广大家庭提供更多更好的母乳喂养技术指导和母婴健康服务。

7月15日，是联合国确定的“世界青年技能日”。杭州技师学院青年技师在汽车维修技术系的组织下，在实训楼(1)二楼标致实训中心开展世界青年技能日活动。英国ECL(艾蒙特克公司，隶属于英国诺丁汉中央学院)商务拓展、课程体系经理、IMI资深外督员史蒂芬·特纳与20余名学院青年技师共同参加活动。

Pollution: An Increasing Concern in China

It is reported that ten big cities in China are being ranked among the top twenty cities with the highest pollution index in the world. This means it is high time we did something to bring the situation under control.Many factors are contributing to the deteriorating situation: industrial wastes pumped into the air， the lakes and rivers; a increasing number of automobiles crowding into the streets; the widespread use of plastic bags etc.

To my view， stiffer laws and regulations must be implemented to check pollution. Industries that release wastes without permission should be heavily fined. Cars should be equipped to minimize the exhaust they release into the air. And the use of plastic bags and disposable meal boxes should be banned. What’s more， the media should play an important role in implanting a sense of environmental consciousness into people’s mind. If everybody works toward a common goal of making the environment better， we can create a cleaner and lovelier world for us and for the coming generation.

This July I graduated from primary school. I was enrolled to a good middle school. Therefore I had a happy and leisure summer holiday. In the middle of July I attended to a summer camp.
