第三种方法要与对方进行面对面的冲突，但是可以有效的打击校园暴力，使这种不良的社会现象不至于扩大。应该说它是我们讨论的这三种方法中成本最底，效果最好的一种。

不过要说对付校园暴力最好的方法还是将情况报告学校或直接报警。当然，这需要学校对这个问题有足够的重视，能采取有效的方法解决。这在从前学校还做的很不够，不过现在校园暴力已经引起了学校和社会的重视，所以我说当我们遇到这样的问题时要及时的报告给学校或报警，让学校和警察来解决。千万不要“私了”。

为进一步做好控烟履约工作，提高居民群众的健康意识，远离烟草危害，6月4日，社区卫生服务中心结合今年世界无烟日的主题和控烟新形势，深入乡下在水洛镇柳咀村开展《远离烟草、崇尚健康、爱护环境》的戒烟宣传演讲活动，现场对群众介绍烟草的种种危害以及戒烟的好处，讲解了二手烟对家人的危害，倡导大家做文明居民、拒绝烟;号召大家从自己做起，从身边做起，不吸烟、不吸二手烟、不在公共场所吸烟，经常锻炼身体，保持身体健康，积极参与全民健身活动，积极创建文明村庄，建设和谐家园，通过此次宣传活动，共散发宣传资料600份，接待群众咨询80人次，张贴海报20余份悬挂横幅2条，进一步深入宣传了烟草的危害，呼吁广大居民群众为了自己及家人的健康，尽早戒烟，提高了大家对被动吸烟和环境烟草烟雾危害的认识，赢得了广大居民群众的支持和拥护。

今天的班会课上，老师给我们介绍了当前的水资源情况，给我很大的触动。

地球的储水量是很丰富的，共有14。5亿立方千米之多，但是其中海水却占了97。2%，陆地淡水仅占2。8%，与人类生活最密切的江河、淡水湖和浅层地下水等淡水，又仅占淡水储量的0。34%。更令人担忧的是，这数量极有限的淡水，正越来越多地受到污染。据科学家估计，全世界有半数以上的国家和地区缺乏饮用水，特别是经济欠发达的第三世界国家，目前已有70%，即17亿人喝不上清洁水，世界已有将近80%人口受到水荒的威胁。

我国人均淡水为世界人均水平的四分之一，属于缺水国家。全国已有300多个城市缺水，已有29%的人正在饮用不良水，其中已有7000万人正在饮用高氟水。每年因缺水而造成的经济损失达100多亿元，因水污染而造成的经济损失更达400多亿元。

看了这些数字，吓了我一跳，原来我们每天喝的水面临这么大的威胁，也许有一天我们就没水可喝了，怪不得电视上说地球上的最后一滴水将是人类的眼泪，原来这并不夸张。

老师给我们讲：水是生命的基础，它不仅关系到我们人类生活的质量，还影响到人类的生存能力。我们每个人必须行动起来，珍惜水，节约水，保护水资源。

作为小学生，我们要广泛宣传节约用水，养成良好的节水习惯。那么如何从自己做起，不浪费水呢?我每天晚上洗澡，总是开着淋浴，边洗边玩，玩的时间比洗的时间都长，水哗哗地流着，肯定浪费了很多。今天老师讲了世界的缺水情况，我才认识到自己犯了多么严重地错误!我们家的热水器安装在厨房里，洗澡前流到卫生间的总是有大量的凉水，以前我都是白白的放掉，以后我要把凉水接到桶里，留着冲马桶。还有，我每次洗手，打肥皂时水龙头是打开的，其实这时可以暂时关掉，也可以节约水。以前，帮妈妈刷碗，我总是开着水龙头冲，爸爸说这样浪费水，应该先用锅里的水洗碗，最后再用流动的水冲干净。总之我们平时有很多习惯需要改进，如果每个人都把节水的技巧告诉大家，大家再齐心协力，肯定能大大的节约水。

“我患有高血压，摔倒几次了。今天有医务人员来给我们免费量血压，还给我们配了药。真是太谢谢他们了。”5月8日，在上林县“世界红十字日”义诊活动现场，县社会福利院的陆树莲老人激动地说。

5月8日是第70个世界红十字日。为大力弘扬“人道、博爱、奉献”的红十字精神，县红十字会组织县人民医院、县中医院医务人员，到县社会福利院开展了世界红十字日“关爱生命——红十字在行动”志愿服务活动，为全院83名老人提供免费检查、健康宣传等服务。

当天，针对老人的实际情况，医务人员分两组，一组给行动方便、能自理的老人集中义诊，发放健康教育手册，增强他们健康保健意识，提高疾病预防能力。另一组到床前，逐一给年老体弱、行动不便的老人做检查。医务人员根据老人的具体情况，分别给他们配制了药品，同时，给他们每人发放一个头部按摩器，传递了爱心，让老人们感受到了温暖，得到了他们的认可和赞赏。

I love my school so much, because of the beautiful environment. The first

在时代飞速发展的现在，上班时开汽车，浪费水电、木材等已经习以为常了。而就是人们的这一系列举动，正在摧毁着伤痕累累的地球，环保已被人们遗忘在脑后。

我在广告上看见全国一年仅餐饮浪费就相当于倒掉了两亿人一年的口粮，这是一个惊人的数字，由此可以看出我们的浪费是巨大的。而且，中国的浪费不是一点点，我们从不注意汽车排放的尾气、电池埋在土里的危害……由此中国成了一个“浪费大国”。

怎么才能做到环保?这是一个有简单又复杂的问题。我觉得“从小事做起”才是这道题的答案，从不把垃圾随便一扔做起，从以后购物都自带购物袋做起，从出门多乘公交车做起，从少用一次性筷子、餐盒起……环保需要做什么?少吃动物、用环保电池、少用空调、把水重复使用、随手关水龙头，将废纸再次利用等许许多多的方式，只要对环境保护有贡献的方式，都算是环保。

环保有多少，你的道德就有多少，环保有多少，你的爱心就有多少，环保有多少，你的人品就有多少。从现在起做一个会环保，懂环保，做环保的人吧!让地球变得更美好，让生活变得更美好，让人们变得更美好!
