As we know, people have beenliving on the earth for thousands of years, human activity damaged natural environment, such as excessive abuse of natural resources ,the sewage dischargedfrom factories ,the animal slaughter ,kinds of chemical fertilizers andgreen-house effect. 二、开展第24个“世界无烟日”宣传教育活动，学校利用升旗仪式，进行宣传吸烟有害健康的讲话，并布置开展第24个“世界无烟日”活动计划。

1、学校利用晨会课向学生解读《禁烟条例》，积极开展吸烟有害健康的宣传教育，让学生知晓哪些场合禁止吸烟，监督身边的大人不在公共场所吸烟，引导学生积极参与“我劝父母戒烟”的家校联系活动。

2、同时组织学生观看禁烟宣传片，观看禁烟展板，加深禁烟意识。教育学生从现在起要“拒吸人生第一只烟”，举行“拒吸第一支烟，做不吸烟的新一代”全校学生签名活动。

3、向全校师生发出倡议：自觉遵守公共场所禁止吸烟的法规;自觉做一名控烟活动的宣传员和监督员;自觉地做控烟的践行者;教师要作控烟的表率;学生不学吸烟，拒绝吸二手烟，积极向家人劝阻吸烟;宣传吸烟的危害。

4、教师以身作则加大宣传。学校充分利用广播、宣传栏、黑板报、校园网等进行吸烟有害健康宣传，教育学生不要吸烟，同时这项活动作为学校卫生教育工作的重要内容来检查、考核。为了推动宣传教育工作，在“5。31世界无烟日”举行了全校教职工控烟承诺签名活动。

5、开展控烟志愿者行动，巡查校园角落。

6、把无烟日活动与创建全国文明城区活动结合起来，让全校师生树立健康意识。明白关爱健康，保护生命是环境保护的最高目标、是幸福的基石。

通过本次活动，让学生知晓了本次无烟日的主题是“世界卫生组织《烟草控制框架公约》”，口号是“烟草致命如水火无情，控烟履约可挽救生命”。教育青少年更加深刻地了解烟草的危害，拒吸第一支烟，从而控制新一代烟民的产生源头，逐渐降低人群吸烟率。明白了烟草危害是当今年世界最严重的公共卫生问题之一，是人类健康所面临的最大的危险因素。
