首先介绍一下吸烟的危害：

一、吸烟危害人的健康已为人们所共识，对青少年来说，危害性就更大。据医学家研究表明，青少年正处在生长发育时期，各生理系统、器官都尚未成熟，其对外界环境中有害因素的抵抗力比成人弱，易于吸收毒物，损害身体的正常生长。据美国的调查表明，开始吸烟的年龄与肺癌死亡率呈负相关，吸烟开始年龄越早，肺癌发生率与死亡率越高。烟的烟雾(特别是其中所含的焦油)是致癌物质——就是说，它能在它所接触到的组织中产生癌，因此，吸烟者呼吸道的任何部位(包括口腔和咽喉)都有发生癌的可能，口腔癌或喉癌致死的机率，要比不吸烟的人大14倍。另外，医学证实，吸烟与膀胱癌的发生也有密切关系。

二、吸烟损害大脑，使智力受到影响。在烟草的烟雾中，一氧化碳含量很高，吸入人体后，与血液中的血红蛋白结合成碳氧血红蛋白，使血红蛋白不能正常地与氧结合成氧合血红蛋白，因而失去携带氧气的功能，此外，一氧化碳与血红蛋白结合力要比氧气大260倍，而从碳氧血红蛋白中离解出一氧碳的速度要比从氧合血红蛋白中分离出氧的速度慢得多。由于人的大脑对氧的需要量大，对缺氧十分敏感，因此，吸多了烟就会感到精力不集中，甚至出现头痛、头昏现象，久之，大脑就要受到损害，使思维变得迟钝，记忆力减退，必然影响学习和工作，使学生的成绩下降。

三、烟草中的尼古丁是一种神经毒素，主要侵害人的神经系统。一些吸烟者在主观上感觉吸烟可以解除疲劳、振作精神等，这是神经系统的地一过性兴奋，实际上是尼古丁引起的欣快感。兴奋后的神经系统随即出现抑制。所以，吸烟后神经肌肉反应的灵敏度和精确度均下降。烟草中含有30多种有毒物质，其毒性最强的也是尼古丁。实验证明，提取香烟中的尼古丁2滴放在小狗的舌头上，1到2分钟小狗立即中毒死亡，成人只要服50毫克尼古丁，就会立即身亡。美国有一个团体举行吸烟比赛，一位“吸烟冠军”接连吸了100支香烟，还没来得及领奖，当场中毒死亡了。可见烟中的尼古丁、烟焦油等的毒性是多么的厉害。

四、据调查，引起心肌梗塞的因素很多，如高血脂、高胆固醇、高血压病、糖尿病、肥胖症、酗酒、紧张等，但最主要的因素是吸烟，尼古丁能使心跳加快，血压升高，烟草的烟雾可能是由于含一氧化碳之故，似乎能够促使动脉粥样化累积，而这种情形是造成许多心脏疾病的一个原因，大量吸烟的人，心脏病发作时，其致死的机率比不吸烟者大很多。

所以青少年应引起足够重视。全世界每年吸烟死亡达250万人之多，烟是人类第一杀手。

首先，儿童厌食与家长吸烟有关：

儿童身体发育不健全，抵抗尼古丁的侵害能力还很低，家长吸烟，儿童被动吸烟，烟雾中有害物质残留体内很难排除。尤其儿童进食时，家长吸烟，会使儿童发生恶心不适，一旦这种恶心不适与某种食物联系起来，便产生条件反射，拒绝吃某种食物，时间一长就形成了厌食。

其次，儿童身高与家长吸烟有关：

儿童身体高矮一般来说与遗传有关，但香烟也是一害。科学家曾对千余名儿童进行长期研究，结果发现，家庭成员每天吸10支以下香烟，其儿童身高平均矮0。45cm;每天吸10支以上的家庭，儿童身高平均矮0。65cm;每天吸20支以上的家庭儿童，其身高平均矮0。91cm。

另外，家长吸烟影响儿童智力发育：

据调查，在吸烟家庭成长到7岁的儿童，其阅读能力明显低于不吸烟家庭的儿童，在吸烟家庭成长到11岁的儿童，其阅读能力延迟了4个月，算术能力延迟5个月。留级生的家庭成员多数吸烟。

此外，家长吸烟会引起许多儿童呼吸道疾病：

肺中排列于气道上的细毛，通常会氢外来物从肺组织上排除。这些绒毛会连续将肺中的微粒扫入痰或粘液中，将其排出来，烟草烟雾中的化学物质除了会致癌，还会逐渐破坏一些绒毛，使粘液分泌增加，于是肺部发生慢性疾病，容易感染支气管炎。经流行病学对5—9岁的3528名儿童调查，父母一人吸烟，儿童患呼吸道疾病比不吸烟者高6%，父母都吸烟者，则高出15%左右。调查得知，有吸烟者的家庭中，其儿童发生哮喘性支气管炎的机会，比无吸烟者家庭高3—5倍。不吸烟家庭儿童患哮喘性支气管炎的发病率仅为3。1%，而每天吸20支香烟的家庭，其儿童的哮喘性支气管炎发病率为10。4%，每天吸20支以上的家庭其儿童哮喘性支气管炎的发病率为15。6%。

Last Saturday I joined a voluntary activity which was organized by the students union of our school. My classmates and I took a bus and went to the Animal Rescue Center in our city, where some stray dogs and cats are kept. As soon as we arrived, the workers told us how these animals were collected and what they did to help them. Then we were divided into small groups and helped them clean the cages. We were given some food to feed these animals.

I learned a lot from this activity. Animals need our care and attention, so we should devote our time to taking care of them.

昨日是第29个“世界艾滋病日”，我省各地组织开展艾滋病防治宣传系列活动。

记者从省防治艾滋病工作委员会办公室获悉，当前，我省艾滋病流行形势依然严峻，疫情仍呈持续上升态势。性传播仍是我省艾滋病的主要传播途径，其中同性传播的病例明显增多。截至10月31日，我省累计报告艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人10737例，现存活艾滋病病毒感染者和艾滋病病人8975例。

同时，我省正在积极有序推进戒毒药物维持治疗工作，在全省9个设区市30个县(市、区)先后批准设立23个美沙酮药物维持治疗门诊和10个美沙酮延伸服药点，并批准设立2个城市示范区和4个县区示范区进行第三轮示范区工作。全省目前已建立艾滋病病毒抗体检测确证中心实验室1个，确证实验室11个，筛查实验室315个，国家级艾滋病监测哨点7类共39个，形成一个较为完善的监测检测系统。全省各县(市、区)均已开设艾滋病免费自愿咨询检测点，总数达241个。目前，全省已设立49个抗病毒治疗门诊，截至9月30日，全省已累计为7515个病人提供免费抗病毒治疗。通过规范治疗，绝大部分病人在治疗6个月后恢复生活自理能力，一部分病人已重返工作岗位。

2016年“世界青年技能日”暨技工教育宣传活动举行，斯特林小车、越野概念车满地“撒欢”，各种技工学员的创意和技能让人眼前一亮。活动中，记者得知，一技师学院在全省首先开设了无人机专业，目前初中班已经报满。

The air we breath, the water we drink, the animals with us...We are engaged in building a harmonious relationship between the nature and we human beings.

As a supervisor of HSE management in an oil company, I can see the environmental protection in a different way.

In 1989, an oil tanker hit a rock off the northwest coast of Alaska. 35,000 tons of oil poured into the sea. The accident was one of the worst in history. More than 34,000 birds and 10,000 animals were killed. 4,800 square kilometers of ocean were polluted.

The poured oil long-time coverd the surface of ocean and the bodies of marine creatures.We call oil as "black gold",at that time, it turns out to be "black killer".When I saw the famous French film"The travelling birds", thousands of birds are stuck by black sticky oil and died in a few days,many species are no more exist. Ill never forget that sight-shocking scene.

Therefore, we ought to bound up environmental protection with industrial safty control.

Secondly, when oil tankers use ultrasonic waves to test underwater oil stocks, many whales sensing system is spoiled by the instant powerful ultrasonic bolt. Once they were hit by a ultrasonic bolt,they were almost deaf. They cant effectively respond dangerous surroundings around them and are liable to be reeled in the engine of oil tankers or be killed by whaler and other natural enemies.Thereby,we can see the quantity of whales declines very fast.

Its a shame that a great many oil companies havent even realized that. Highly attentions needs to be paid on to keep improving the exploring technology of drilling work on the sea.

All in all, Enviormental protection is an extremely wide subject, In my short essay I can hope at most to lift one small corner of that field and yet it is a critical corner

Green environmental protection is to make us live a happy life in a clean

environment, however, the environment around us in a worse if we dont alarm,

then, our motherland will be a mess in our hands! Green environmental protection

starts from me. My dad used to drive his car to work, listen to my advice, to

protect the environment, he ride a bike from now on, he thought that not only

the exercise of his body, also for the green environmental protection.

My mother began to contribute to the green environmental protection. Before

she went to vegetable market to buy food, she used plastic bags, a village green

environmental protection propaganda on TV, she understood the green

environmental protection is sustainable, in order to we can have a better

environment. In order to we live healthier lives, so mom from that moment on,

every day go to vegetable market with the own basket, instead of plastic

bags.

As a new era of junior middle school students, and I will response to the

5月31日是世界卫生组织发起的第29个世界无烟日。本次世界无烟日的主题是“为平装烟包做好准备”，我国的活动主题是“拒绝烟草的危害”。为加大控烟宣传和健康教育工作力度，推进我国控烟履约进程，维持人民群众健康，5月30日上午，区疾控中心、霞浦街道、霞浦社区卫生服务中心、陈华浦社区联合在陈华浦菜场开展了第29个世界无烟日宣传活动。

本次宣传活动展出宣传版面10块，发放《吸烟有害健康》小折页200余份、《帮你戒烟》小册子100余份，发放健康宣传环保袋100余个，BMI腰围尺100余个。工作人员利用宣传展版、小折页、宣传手册向群众宣传吸烟及二手烟对健康的危害、戒烟的好处，并通过有奖问答增强群众对吸烟危害的认识。

As we all know, pollution is harmful to living beings. There are many

different types of pollutions in this world. For instance, water pollution, air

pollution, noise pollution and so on. Water pollution cause many kinds of

disease that have negative effects on human beings, sometimes the diseases will

take people’s life away. Dirty air will increase the rate of getting lung

cancer. While the noise pollution will cause insomnia. People’s health condition

will be damaged.

In my humble opinion, people should take measures to control the pollution.

Recently, not only the government, but also individual has taken part in the

action of protecting the environment. This is a good sign. Rivers are being

cleaned, air is purified, and the people come to realize that the importance of

protecting the environment.

However, this is not enough, the problems are still exist. Not all of them

have been solved. Some factories are still pouring dirty water into the rivers

or give off the toxic gas into the sky. We should know that protecting the

environment needs everybody’s effort.
