6月5日是世界环境日。6月3日，我省在成都举办了世界环境日纪念会暨公众开放日活动。在纪念大会现场，省环保厅宣布“四川环保世纪行”集中新闻采访活动启动，同时为长期从事环保工作的环保人士颁发环保纪念奖章，为四川省环境保护技术专家颁发聘书，并为环保志愿者颁发证书。

成都市环保局总工程师刘富忠告诉记者，作为一名环保“老兵”，在治理环境污染、改善环境质量的艰巨任务面前，更应该积极履行环保职责。

此次活动，现场嘉宾还前往锦江区现代节能环保服务业园区环保公共服务平台，考察了四川省环保产业联盟，四川省直机关青联委员以及青年代表还前往成都市第九污水处理厂参观。

昨日，来自9个单位的20多位志愿者组成一支小分队，参加首次现场活动。关山荷兰风情园的4名园艺师为居民讲解花草栽培小知识，提醒居民不要把含羞草、夹竹桃、一品红等花卉放在室内。黄鹤社会工作服务中心现场教居民用废弃的餐厨垃圾制作酵素。中南民族大学环保协会、华中科技大学文华学院绿风创作室的同学们将废旧的饮料瓶、鞋盒、衣服、纸张制成精美的手工艺品。

9月21日，密云区“知性、智行——爱要有一套”世界避孕日主题宣传活动在首都经贸大学密云分校举办。

此次活动旨在科学普及生殖健康及预防艾滋病知识，使青年学生了解必要的性与生殖健康信息、教育和服务，增强其对艾滋病的认识和自我防护意识;同时将婚育新风送入大学校园，传播生育文明理念。

活动中，区疾控中心、妇幼保健院专业人员就性与生殖健康及怎样预防艾滋病等知识进行了细致的讲解，向学生发放宣传品。300余名学生参加活动，并在“青春健康 安全避孕 预防艾滋 履行承诺”条幅上签名。

活动期间，婺源县国土资源局在书乡路启动了地球日宣传活动。在现场，工作人员向路过行人发放地质灾害防治知识手册，呼吁广大市民关注地质灾害，爱护地球，珍惜资源。针对对民众日常生活构成威胁的地质灾害现象，工作人员进行仔细的宣传和释惑，向放学途经的学生派发漫画形式的地质灾害宣传折页，让学生易掌握地质灾害基本知识。此次活动共展出展版6个，发放宣传册300余份，期望通过举办此次活动，提高民众对地质灾害防治和国土资源管理相关知识的关注程度，促进全社会共同携手防御自然灾害，增强大家节约利用资源和爱护地球的意识。

为切实加强卫生计生工作，提高育龄人群安全避孕意识，唤起全社会对生殖健康的关注，减少非意愿妊娠和不孕不育的发生。9月21日，丰都县兴龙镇开展以“安全避孕、性福选择”为主题的避孕知识宣传活动。

活动现场，该镇计生干部向村民宣传了卫生计生政策法规知识、免费避孕药具发放政策、免费避孕药具品种、使用方法及适应人群、辖区内免费避孕药具领取地点等,并现场解答群众咨询避孕知识、健康保健相关问题，通过计生干部耐心细致的讲解，让居民了解避孕药具、避孕常识，掌握自我保护的方法。

此次活动，共发放健康宣传资料500余份，接受咨询和免费发放避孕药具200余人次。
