轻一点的会受到《治安管理处罚法》的有关规定的处罚。第四十三条 殴打他人的，或者故意伤害他人身体的，处五日以上十日以下拘留，并处二百元以上五百元以下罚款;情节较轻的，处五日以下拘留或者五百元以下罚款。 有下列情形之一的，处十日以上十五日以下拘留，并处五百元以上一千元以下罚款：

(一)结伙殴打、伤害他人的;

(二)殴打、伤害残疾人、孕妇、不满十四周岁的人或者六十周岁以上的人的;

(三)多次殴打、伤害他人或者一次殴打、伤害多人的。

不但如此，用武力解决问题还有一项结果是要承担被害人巨额的医药费。所以大家在做事之前一定要冷静的理性的考虑后果，不要盲目从事。

第三种方法要与对方进行面对面的冲突，但是可以有效的打击校园暴力，使这种不良的社会现象不至于扩大。应该说它是我们讨论的这三种方法中成本最底，效果最好的一种。

不过要说对付校园暴力最好的方法还是将情况报告学校或直接报警。当然，这需要学校对这个问题有足够的重视，能采取有效的方法解决。这在从前学校还做的很不够，不过现在校园暴力已经引起了学校和社会的重视，所以我说当我们遇到这样的问题时要及时的报告给学校或报警，让学校和警察来解决。千万不要“私了”。

四、结尾

It is undeniable that the worsening environment has become the biggest concern of the present-day world. Land resources are dwindling because of water loss and soil erosion. Waste gases poison the air we breathe. The rivers and lakes are polluted by waste dumped in them from factories. It is probably no exaggeration to say that deterioration of the quality of the environment threatens the existence of mankind itself.

Some people are of the opinion that the environmental problem is the price we have to pay for economic development. But I do not think that this argument is valid. After all, what is the point of economic growth if peoples lives are adversely alfected by worsening environmental pollution ?

不可否认环境恶化已成为当今世界最大的问题。土地资源在不断减少,因为水土流失。废气污染着我们呼吸的空气。河流和湖泊被工厂的 倒出来的废弃物所污染。这可以毫不夸张地说,环境质量的恶化威胁着人类的生存。

Today the quality of our natural environment has become an important issue. The world population is rising so quickly that the world has become too crowded. We are using up our natural resources and at the same time polluting our environment with dangerous chemicals. If we continue to do this, life on earth cannot survive.

现如今我们的自然环境已经成为一个重要问题。世界人口增长如此之快以至于世界已经变得过于拥挤。我们在消耗自然资源的同时危险化学物品污染着我们生存的环境。如果我们继续这样下去，地球上的生物将不能生存。

Concerned people have made some progress in environmental protection. Governments of many countries have established laws to protect the air, forests and sea resources and to stop environmental pollution.

Still more measures should be taken to solve environmental problems. People should be further educated to recognize the importance of the problems, to use modern methods of birth control, to conserve(保存) our natural resources and recycle(再循环) our products. 今年5月8日是第70个世界红十字日，恰逢天津市红十字会建会105周年。为大力弘扬“人道、博爱、奉献”的红十字精神，进一步提升红十字组织的国际影响力和社会认知度，吸引和凝聚更加广泛的社会力量支持和参与红十字事业，天津市红十字会与市文明办、市外办、市对外友协、市外专局于5月5日联合举办“情暖红十字 博爱在津城”2016纪念“世界红十字日”主题活动。市委常委、市委宣传部部长王贺胜，副市长、市红十字会会长曹小红，中国红十字会总会副会长兼秘书长王平及红十字国际联合会官员，驻津韩国、日本商会代表，外籍专家，留学生代表，天津相关单位负责人及红十字志愿者代表近200人参加活动。

活动现场，王贺胜、曹小红与全国“四个100”最美志愿者、天津市红十字会捐献造血干细胞志愿服务队“爱心之家”队长商海涛，中国人体器官捐献志愿服务总队副队长、天津市优秀志愿者栗岩奇，天津市柔道队红十字志愿服务队队长、金牌教练吴卫凤，天津市公交系统619路公交头等舱红十字志愿服务队队长回江涛，红十字青年代表康静怡共同启动“天津市红十字杰出公益人物推选”。据悉，此次推选活动由市红十字会与市文明办主办，以组织推荐和自荐相结合的方式进行，邀请相关领域专家和媒体人士等组成评审委员会。活动将选树一批为天津市红十字事业发展做出过突出贡献、引领社会文明风尚的红十字杰出公益人物，宣传他们的感人事迹，于今年年底将对推选产生的“天津市红十字杰出公益人物”进行表彰。

为了让更多人关注血液病患儿，现场还进行了“彩虹计划——你的六一，我的爱心之童话世界”公益活动“心愿发布”环节。4月底，市红十字会在中国医学科学院血液病医院病房内征集了109名血液病患儿的心愿，活动将采取网络招募认领方式帮患儿实现心愿，网址将公布在市红十字会官网。对未能及时在节日前发布心愿的患儿，将通过北方网志愿服务平台，采取义卖募捐的形式购置节日礼物。在“六一”儿童节，市红十字会将把红十字志愿者和社会爱心人士的礼物送到孩子们手上。

在感动人物故事分享环节，主持人介绍了优秀空军雷达兵赵秀忠捐献角膜和遗体，以及河西区红十字会第一任专职会长陈志华老先生捐献遗体的事迹，他们的名字被镌刻在蓟县元宝山庄遗体捐献者纪念园的主题“奉献”纪念碑上，是795名遗体和器官捐献者的代表。

6月11日,我市举办世界献血者日庆祝活动,33位累计献血百次以上的献血明星和11位荣获2014—2015年度全国无偿献血奉献奖的稀有血型献血者受到表彰。

据介绍,我市自1992年开展无偿献血以来,无偿献血人次已达70余万人次,连续10次荣膺“全国无偿献血先进市”荣誉称号,献血总量237吨,特别是2016年献血量达20.9吨,较2015年增长12.4%,有力保障了全市临床用血需求,受到社会一直赞誉。在第十四个献血日来临之际,为感谢这些默默无闻的志愿者,我市对部分献血者进行了表彰,以此号召更多的市民参加无偿献血。6月14日至20日期间,凡在我市参加过无偿献血的市民,均可凭本人无偿献血证和身份证免费游览鲁山。

大家都知道，保护环境不只是嘴上说说就可以的，保护环境更要从我们身边的点点滴滴做起，从我们每一个人做起。我认为，现在我们身边最大的环境问题就是垃圾了。不过，你可能会问：“这些普普通通的垃圾又能给我们带来什么危害呢?”其实从表面上来看的确是没什么大问题，没错。可是如果把垃圾分类扯进来，那问起可就大了。如:回收再利用,比如把废弃的工作表加工成毛纸，这样就可以保住几棵幼小的小树。这一次小队活动，我们就专门深入调查了117医院社区的居民们对环境的保护意识高不高，(为此，我们也做了一份调查问卷。)结果呢，让我们感到很自豪，因为我们117医院的居民们都很爱保护环境，都很注重垃圾分类。都是一位称职的好居民!

最后，我提倡大家都要开始保护环境了，为了我们的生活，为了我们的地球!
