今年5月8日是第70个世界红十字日，恰逢天津市红十字会建会105周年。为大力弘扬“人道、博爱、奉献”的红十字精神，进一步提升红十字组织的国际影响力和社会认知度，吸引和凝聚更加广泛的社会力量支持和参与红十字事业，天津市红十字会与市文明办、市外办、市对外友协、市外专局于5月5日联合举办“情暖红十字 博爱在津城”2016纪念“世界红十字日”主题活动。市委常委、市委宣传部部长王贺胜，副市长、市红十字会会长曹小红，中国红十字会总会副会长兼秘书长王平及红十字国际联合会官员，驻津韩国、日本商会代表，外籍专家，留学生代表，天津相关单位负责人及红十字志愿者代表近200人参加活动。

活动现场，王贺胜、曹小红与全国“四个100”最美志愿者、天津市红十字会捐献造血干细胞志愿服务队“爱心之家”队长商海涛，中国人体器官捐献志愿服务总队副队长、天津市优秀志愿者栗岩奇，天津市柔道队红十字志愿服务队队长、金牌教练吴卫凤，天津市公交系统619路公交头等舱红十字志愿服务队队长回江涛，红十字青年代表康静怡共同启动“天津市红十字杰出公益人物推选”。据悉，此次推选活动由市红十字会与市文明办主办，以组织推荐和自荐相结合的方式进行，邀请相关领域专家和媒体人士等组成评审委员会。活动将选树一批为天津市红十字事业发展做出过突出贡献、引领社会文明风尚的红十字杰出公益人物，宣传他们的感人事迹，于今年年底将对推选产生的“天津市红十字杰出公益人物”进行表彰。

市红十字会党组书记、常务副会长张红在致辞中对社会各界给予红十字事业的支持、理解和参与表示衷心的感谢。张红说，此次举办纪念活动，就是要弘扬“人道、博爱、奉献”的红十字精神，践行社会主义核心价值观，将人道事业发扬光大。

配乐沙画诗朗诵《源起》追溯了红十字运动的起源，穿越时光，再次重温了那段至今影响并改变着世界人道主义观念和行动;以“红十字”文化元素为设计理念的服饰艺术秀展示了流光溢彩的舞台艺术和温暖的人道情怀;伴随着《让世界充满爱》的歌声，大屏幕回顾了天津爱心企业及红十字志愿者无私奉献的感动瞬间和奉献善举;河北区红十字会应急救护社区志愿服务队现场展示应急救护表演和技能，并通过网络平台开设“天津红十字会应急救护培训”专区直播，使更广泛的人群接受“应急救护”普及服务。

为了让更多人关注血液病患儿，现场还进行了“彩虹计划——你的六一，我的爱心之童话世界”公益活动“心愿发布”环节。4月底，市红十字会在中国医学科学院血液病医院病房内征集了109名血液病患儿的心愿，活动将采取网络招募认领方式帮患儿实现心愿，网址将公布在市红十字会官网。对未能及时在节日前发布心愿的患儿，将通过北方网志愿服务平台，采取义卖募捐的形式购置节日礼物。在“六一”儿童节，市红十字会将把红十字志愿者和社会爱心人士的礼物送到孩子们手上。

在感动人物故事分享环节，主持人介绍了优秀空军雷达兵赵秀忠捐献角膜和遗体，以及河西区红十字会第一任专职会长陈志华老先生捐献遗体的事迹，他们的名字被镌刻在蓟县元宝山庄遗体捐献者纪念园的主题“奉献”纪念碑上，是795名遗体和器官捐献者的代表。

“胸藏文墨怀若谷，腹有诗书气自华”，作为法科生，面对礼与法的碰撞，感性与理性的碰撞，就需要阅读更多的书籍来加深理解。为此，法学院开展了“一人领读一本书”的活动，分别邀请老师和校友每周推荐一本书籍，并提供简短的书评，呼吁同学们阅读并加以探讨，营造多读书、读好书的氛围。“《论语》从一定的方面来说，是具有色彩和温度的，色彩在于它传授给别人的精髓，温度在于它给予给别人的光明。”06级校友王建推荐了《论语》及《于丹论语心得》;“瞿同祖先生的《中国法律与中国社会》以其深刻独到的见解，别具一格的篇章体例向我们展现了自汉至清的两千余年间中国封建法律的演变，是一部关于传统法律文化以及法律史的重要著作。”法学院娄永涛老师推荐的这本书让同学们深刻认识到了法与社会的关系。“礼法碰撞，百家荟萃，我非常喜欢阅读有思想脉络的书籍，学院推荐的‘礼敬诗书，百佳思想’系列书籍很合我的口味。”法学1402班郑蓉同学很高兴近期又有了新书可读。

妙笔生花，写起来

当一只蜗牛踯躅独行，期待与转角，彷徨与瑟缩，都落成了一刀刀浅显而深刻的印记。为提升“写起来”的能力，为记录生活的点点滴滴，法学院推出“蜗牛印记”专栏，广泛征集全校师生校友对日常生活所思所想的随笔。“我是一个星星的孩子，在这个星球上我一直在努力向那个世界招手，我想大声呼喊却哽在喉咙发不出声音，我拼命挣扎却仿佛始终隔着厚厚的玻璃，在路的尽头，是妈妈面对另一个始终不说话的我掉眼泪，是爸爸吸了一根又一根烟的星火晃着我的眼睛。”一篇《一个关于爱的故事》引发了大家的转载，看哭了很多同学，“很感人的一篇小故事，‘爱’也许是最好的希望。”法学1502班胡姗同学有感而发。同时，第二届“学衡杯”学术论文研讨会也在如火如荼准备中，本届研讨会结合第十七个知识产权日，开展了“创新改变生活”知识产权论文征集活动，在院内共收到论文20余篇，近期将邀请组委会老师参与研讨。

唇枪舌剑，说出来

“法不阿贵，绳不绕曲。”、“吏不良，则有法而莫守;法不善，则有财而莫理。”、“惩其未犯，防其未然”等经典法谚在法学院法谚法语大会上展开比拼和赏鉴，“我很喜欢看《中国诗词大会》，没想到现在也亲身体验了一把”、“原来和法律相关的谚语还不少，长知识了”、“挺有意思的，这些经典的思想是现代法律制度的渊源”参与的同学纷纷表示通过活动进一步了解了中华优秀传统文化的魅力，对传统文化和法律知识进行了积淀。学院还将举行“百家争鸣辩论赛”及“模拟法庭剧”等活动，倡导学习中华传统文化中的精髓，从不同的学派中学习不同的观点，在触摸传统文化的同时提高综合素质，包括思维的灵敏度。

“‘读、写、说’是一个系统工程，是培养高素质复合性大学人才的基本要求和有效途径，也是第一课堂与第二课堂有机融合的有益探索。”法学院院长董学立教授最初提出了“读进去、写起来、说出来”理念，旨在培养“会读、能写、善说”型大学人才。

Now in some places of our country, a number of people have been cutting down the trees in the forests because they need wood and more farmland. The areas of forests are getting smaller and smaller. Some scientists say that there will be no vast forests in 20 or 30 years. It is really a terrible thing. Where the forests disappear, dust storms will occur occasionally. The weather will get hot and dry. The whole earth will become a big desert. A lot of plants and animals will disappear.Crops will not grow anywhere. Life will be difficult for everyone. The human beings will be punished for their forest-destroying activities.

Therefore, we should realize the importance of taking care of our forests. We should do our best to protect our living environment and keep our mountains green,the water clean, and the sky blue.

The Importance of Trees

As we all know, trees are very useful. They are of great benefit to man as follows: First, trees provide us with wood and other products; Second, their roots can allow the rain to sink in and keep the soil, so they help to prevent droughts and floods. Trees can clean air and beautiful life.

Unfortunately, nowadays in many parts of the world lots of people fail to realize the importance of trees. They have cut trees down in large numbers without a plan,which makes the soil washed away. They dont know where there no trees, the rain washed away the surface of the soil and this causes floods.

We ought to plant trees each year and carefully look after new trees in order not to make the forest slowly disappear. Only in this way can we make the forest serve man forever.

树的重要性

众所周知，树有很多的用处，人类从中得到如下很多益处：第一，树给我们提供了木材和其他一些产品。第二，它们的根能让雨水渗进并保持乒壤以免被水冲走，所以树木可以预防旱灾和水灾。同时树木还帮我们净化空气，美化生活。

不幸的是，今天世界上很多地方人们没有意识到树木的重要性。他们无计划的大量砍伐树木，这样使得土壤被破坏，他们不知道那没有树的地方，一下雨就把土壤的表层冲走了，导致洪灾。

我们应该多植树，同时好好照顾小树，不要让森林一点点消失，只有这样才能让森林永远为人类服务。

第14个"世界献血者日"将至，今年"世界献血者日"的主题是"我能做什么?"，号召全社会行动起来，用"献血，现在献血，经常献血"来拯救生命。6月11日上午，威海市中心血站在环翠楼广场举办"6·14世界献血者日"庆祝活动，并同时启动"临床合理用血宣传月"活动。

当日上午，环翠楼广场上聚集了无偿献血者、志愿者、大学生代表，医务工作者、采供血工作者代表以及关心、支持无偿献血事业发展的爱心市民，共约300人。他们身着统一的"6·14"文化衫，排成方队，高举旗帜，庆祝献血者共同的节日。

9时30分，活动开始，首先为威海市2014-2015年度全国无偿献血奉献奖、志愿服务奖代表颁发了荣誉证书。随后，现场举行了无偿献血和大型义诊活动。

今年58岁的李林是2014-2015年度全国无偿献血奉献奖金奖获得者之一。他已经献血20年，累计献血24000毫升。"当初就是想着献血是件好事，没想到这一献就是20年。献血既有利于自己的身体健康，又有可以帮助他人，感觉非常好。"李林表示。

褚大磊是2014-2015年度全国无偿献血奉献奖铜奖的获得者之一。他自2010年开始献血，至今累计献血约40余次。"我记不清自己献了多少血，我只知道献血是件好事，人要学会感恩生活，回报社会。我之前就是受朋友引导来献血的，现在身边也越来越多的人开始和我一样献血了。"他表示。
