我还有一个缺点，就是当老师要让同学起来回答问题时候，我的心就会怦怦直跳，很久才能平静下来。

我今年十一岁了，在这些年的成长中，我从小时候的活泼调皮变成了现在的沉稳安静。在我上学前班的时候，我还是活泼调皮的，但是，经历了一次意外事件后，我的性格从活泼调皮变成了沉稳安静。

那天，在学前班上完外语课后，老师让我们男生和女生排成两队去食堂吃饭，路上老师让同排的男生和女生互相拉着手走。走下楼梯时我想起了以前玩起的游戏“跳楼梯”，于是，我就四个四个台阶往下跳。跟我同排的互相拉着手走的女生也只能跟着我一起四个四个台阶往下跳。忽然，她在跳的时候被一个台阶绊倒了，额头磕在了地上，我赶紧把她扶起来并向她说了对不起，然后问她：“你疼不疼?”她没有回答我，只是一个劲的哭。这时，老师来了，老师问我：“你为什么要这么走路?”我没说话，于是，老师就开始训我。老师训完我以后，我知道自己再调皮下去就可能会出一些大问题了，所以我不能再调皮下去了。于是，我就开始克制自己调皮的性格，当我想和同学打闹时，我就开始克制自己，当我想违反纪律说话时，我就开始克制自己，当我想随便乱画时，我就开始克制自己……后来，在不断的克制下我的性格就从活泼调皮变成了沉稳安静。

就是这件小事，使得我的性格从活泼调皮变为了沉稳安静，并且让我知道，当你想做一些不对或不好的事时，要学会克制自己，不去做那些事情。

我在班级里虽然只是个生活委员，但从来都没偷过一点懒.每回要收班费的时候，就是我最”难过”日子的啊!就像是去向他们”要饭”似的，如果碰上几个“善解人意“的，那“日子“就好些。如果碰上几个“胡搅蛮缠“的家伙。那就没好“日子“过了。我可真想把这份“差事“给“辞“了，但又不想辜负老师对我的期望，所以我一直把这份“差事“做到现在。

我虽然已经12岁了，已经是个小大人了啊，但是在妈妈的眼中，我却是个乳臭未干的小毛孩，离开她们就不能独立生存了，这是我一直否认的事情，我一直想通过什么事情来让妈妈对我刮目相看。终于有一天，爸爸去上班，妈妈闪了腰，在家休息。因为妈妈弯不下腰，所以一大堆的衣服也没有洗，我便把“目标“定在了这上面了。说干就干，我把所有的脏衣服都拿到了洗衣盆里。不知道放了多少的洗衣粉，才把衣服给洗干净。接着，我便把衣服给晒了起来。本来我想给妈妈一个惊喜的，但没想这一切早被妈妈给看到了。妈妈走过来，拍这我的肩膀说：“你终于长大了!“这一刻，我是多么的开心啊!

我把掌声送给自己，同样，我也希望你把掌声送给自己。

Haze pollution have relationship with us, so we should cherish the nature.

今天早上，我起了床，吃完了早饭，就去上特长班了。

下楼打开门一看，外面全都是雾，而且雾还很浓。走进雾里，一股清冷潮湿的空气扑来。我坐上了车子，准备去学特长。在雾里待久了，一些顽皮的小水滴镶嵌在我的衣服上。我向四周望了望，顿时想出了一个奇特的想法：我好像走进了《西游记》中的瑶池?这雾像是走进了神话一般!雾的景象真美呀!路上，姥爷问我：“这是雾还是霾?”我说这是雾，姥爷又说：“不对，是雾和霾都有。”

但雾霾对身体有害。雾霾天气不仅影响市民出行，也对市民的身体健康也有影响。雾霾天气空气流通性差，空气质量也差，雾霾中的有害物质会引发一些疾病，对健康人会轻微的器官损伤，还咳嗽、痰多……

所以，雾霾天气要少出门，出门的话要戴口罩、饮食清淡多喝水、雾霾天气少开窗……

雾霾跟我们的污染有关系，所以我们要珍惜大自然。

From my point of view, we should change ourselves when the situation can’t be changed any more. Difficulties hide in every corner of our life so we have to face them at times. But the problem is that we sometimes are not able to change the challenging situations at all as our abilities are limited. When it comes, we’d better change our attitude towards these difficulties. Only in this way can we get rid of the tough surroundings and be happy.

Something like that happened to me once. There was a time when I was laughed at by my classmates while I was walking. I was puzzled so I asked them why they laughed at me. One of them told me that the way I walked was very strange and funny. I was sad but I just couldn’t change the way I walked. And the situation of being laughed at by those people didn’t stop. Therefore, I changed my attitude towards the incident. I ignored those comments on me and walked as I used to. The comments soon disappeared and I was so glad to have succeeded in the quiet war.

So in my opinion, we should change ourselves first and then the situation can be changed at last. It is very difficult for us to change our surroundings but much easier to change ourselves. People around us will see our change, after which they may change their attitude toward us.
