far as I concern, I think doing physical exercises have lots of advantages.

First of all, doing exercises in the morning will refresh my body as well

as give me a good appetite to eat my breakfast. What’s more, the air in the

morning is really fresh and clean, so I can keep my mind clear and sound in the

class. By doing physical every day I can keep my mind alert that I can finish my

tasks in time. If I do not do any physical exercise, I will feel tired and my

body becomes quite sluggish. During the night, I may find it becomes harder to

fall asleep. Second, doing exercises everyday will help me to mound a better

personality. It takes time and patient to do exercises. Sometimes I just want to

give up, but my friends encourage me to carry on, then I feel a lot of

satisfaction. Doing physical exercises makes me stronger and healthier. That’s

my personal experience.

四年级的时候，我又遇到了姜笑光老师。她不仅注重我们的学习，还十分关心我们的身体。那年冬天，我三天两头地感冒，上课经常因为咳嗽而呕吐。姜老师看到了，语重心长地对我说：“昂然啊，光学习好不行，还要注意锻炼身体”。后来，在平时的千米跑中，老师让我在外圈跟着走。渐渐地我开始能坚持跑下来了，天长日久，我的身体强壮了很多，跑操对我来说再也不是什么难事了。

刚上五年级的时候，我的思想比较浮躁，学习态度不认真，这种苗头被我的班主任邹翠华老师发现了，她多次找我谈心，教育我要有一个好的学习态度。她还主动和我妈妈沟通，帮助我端正学习态度。后来，我上课认真听讲，积极发言，老师也经常表扬我的进步。

不仅如此，邹翠华老师还经常鼓励我们多读书，她经常对我们说：“只有养成好的读书习惯，才能写好作文”。有时，她自费买来一些适合我们读的好书，送给学习进步的同学，这让我们十分感动。

人们常用蜡烛成灰泪始干来形容老师，把自己的知识传授给学生，照亮我们前进的航程。我希望老师是幸福的、快乐的，能在未来分享我们成功的喜悦

我的个子高高的，头发是自带卷儿，洗完头后就像一个可爱的洋娃娃。

我非常喜欢看书，因为书上有许多我不知道的知识。我从小到大看的书都数不清了，有：《阿凡提的故事》、《小故事大道理》、《故事大王》等许多好看的书。

我胆子非常小，有一次，我在外公房里看电视，看着看着，一只调皮的蜘蛛挂着丝慢慢地垂到了我的面前，当时吓得我大声尖叫起来，家人赶快跑进屋来，还以为我发生什么危险的事呢？结果一看，原来是一只蜘蛛。以前我还不怕蜘蛛，可我有一次和小伙伴玩捉迷藏的时候，扑到了蜘蛛网上，蜘蛛趁我没留意，钻到了我的衣服里，把我身上咬了一些红疙瘩，从此它就变成了我的”小克星“了。

我还非常马虎，每次我考试时都是把简单的题给漏掉了或是做错了，所以大家经常把我叫”马虎大王“或”小马虎“。

没有一个人是完美的，当然我也许多缺点。但其中最“致命”的还是我非常的马虎。这个缺点已经伴随了我六年了，我真得很想改掉它。可是，我怎么努力也无济于事，总是在重要关头出现一些小错误。我真的希望我可以改掉这个缺点，还是那句老话：世上无难事，只怕有心人！我相信，总有一天我会有我的优点战胜我致命的缺点。

I’m a primary student. I live happily. I have long hair and a lovely face. But I ‘m very short.
