师范三年级时，学校成立了通讯社，主要原因是中央讲师团来我校支教。讲师团是北京国际广播电台的。我记得团长叫老邱，很随和，很稳重。有个李政老师带着厚厚的眼镜，教二年级，我们班主任陆建业老师有一次开班会时介绍说，李老师是上海人，研究生毕业，有学问，特爱学习，一本新出的他一夜把它看完，然后给我们讲。我却喜欢我们的英语老师崔红，还有一个男老师叫丁庆，据说丁老师毕业于北大，以前是北大的学生会主席，我们爱去丁老师的房间，丁老师给我们讲了好多外面的事情，开阔了我的视野，丰富了我的想象力。那时我就开始跟老师们后面学写通讯稿，李政老师还叫我们成立一个通讯社，叫《晨钟》通讯社。我记得李政老师教我们怎样写通讯，要我们记住新闻的五个W—就是who、 when 、where、 how、 why，我至今记忆犹新。我在三年级时给县广播电台发过稿件，每篇稿费三元，总共发过三次，每次写稿之后，满世界找袁老师批改；我当时就幻想着在合肥晚报、安徽青年报上发稿，但寄了几次稿都是泥牛入海，杳无消息；渐渐地我感到有些灰心。

除了写稿之外，我就痴迷于篮球，每晚必打；我和我们班篮球队去过包公酒厂、肥光小学、肥光中学打球；记得三年级时合肥师范和肥东师范都来到我们学校同我们班篮球队交过手；每天清早我起床去跑步，一般跑到桃花源再跑回来；晚饭后我经常去校园周围散步，与几个好朋友探讨人生；那时电影《人生》正在放映，我们都在讨论高家林的命运；我们感觉我们就是高家林一样的人，我们的青春、未来等着我们来创造。

三年级下学期我们要去实习，实习地点在我们县的高刘区长镇小学。长镇学校位于长镇街北的一个小院子里，两排平房分布着一年级到五年级，朝南的盖一间厨房，学校大门朝北；校长姓陈，四十多岁、皮肤黝黑；他首先向我们介绍学校的班级设置、学生数并分配了教学任务。我被分配跟一个四十多岁的女上海下放知青曹老师后面实习，教二年级的语文，曹老师是民师，把班级交给我们，她很少来学校，她常说“孩子交给你们我放心了”。学校雇一个伙夫，姓刘，每天做三顿饭给我们去吃，我们十几个人就在学校的食堂吃饭，最常吃的菜是豆腐烧肉，豆腐多肉少，但好吃，我一次能吃三碗饭，有时豆腐汤都喝得有点鲜味。学校有一个五十米的操场，有一副篮球架——就是用两根弯曲的长木头上固定一个篮球板的那种，每天放学后我们几个实习老师就在操场上打球；当然我们也和附近的长镇中学老师打球，除了打球之外，我们就备课；春天的风吹过，我的心情有点落寞，打球的人越来越少，别人都忙自己的私事，只有我对着二年级的语文书发呆；一个艳阳高照的周五下午，我主动提出给做饭的刘师傅挑油菜秸秆，当时挑秸秆的有李心定、王志聪。当我挑第五趟时，我看到袁老师站在学校的门楼前微笑地看着我；我放下担子，快步朝老师跑去。

那天下午袁老师和我谈了很多，主要是实习的问题、教学方法、学生兴趣的培养，我们的伙食等。下午四点多时，袁老师要回去，我一个人送；走过学校后面的一条水沟，偏西的太阳把袁老师的身影拉得很长，江淮平原春夏之交的风有点凉爽，四野里一个人也看不到；我在老师的身后跟着，想说话，但无话可说，我感觉老师是我的一个亲人，像兄长，又像父亲；当袁老师越走越远时，我的那种情绪越难以控制，我真想追上袁老师，和他再说一会儿话，或者叫袁老师把我带走，但我控制住了。我只觉得眼角有点湿润，有种失落，有种无依无靠的感觉，当袁老师和我再次挥手告别时，我毅然把头转了过来，我怕自己的眼泪流出来；我知道我自己的路要靠自己走。

袁老师走后不久，我给他写过两次信，每次老师都回；我记得袁老师给我最后回信是用一首诗结尾，“我、用心开凿着、敲打着，聆听着遥远的回声。”这些年我没有给老师引以为豪的资本，自然袁老师也没听到我的一点回声。再此后我听说袁老师去了深圳，便再没有联系。

这些年昔日的同学们变化很大，或显或贵，或贫或富。只有我这些年还过着平淡的生活；教书、结婚、生子、家庭变故、养家糊口，终没有做出让老师引以为豪的事情，有些个人方面的挫折和教训也羞于向别人提起，更不敢向老师诉说；前年同学会时我期盼再见老师，结果未能如愿；遥遥的听说过老师回到家乡，终未能晤面，深以为憾。有时静下来想一想，还是不见为好；这种绵长的想念能让我的思想更丰满、感情更纯洁；我想还是用心香一柱，遥祝我敬爱的老师在他乡身体健康，四季安好吧！
