第一次，我取了一张饺子皮，用勺子舀了整整三大勺放入皮里。沾了点水，涂在边缘，靠水的粘性包起来。不好，馅露出来了!饺子弟弟抱怨道："别再放那么多馅了，我都撑死了!"我不信，把他包紧不就可以了?可老天爷偏偏和我作对，饺子皮破了，我的第一次包饺子失败。我像泄了气的皮球一样，认为自己不可能学会。可看着妈妈劳累的样子，我决定尝试第二次。

我吸取教训，注意馅的量，可却包得更离谱了。我舀了一大勺放入饺子皮中，可这回水蘸多了。黏在手上包不起来了。我向妈妈求救，妈妈在我手上撒了点面粉。嗨，妈妈真有办法，这回可以包了，但由于刚才水太多的缘故，包起来的饺子不像妈妈的那样可爱好看，我的完全像个丑八怪。

有了前两次的经验，我信心满满，拿起饺子皮，将馅舀入饺子皮中，沾了一点水，涂在边缘，再把他沿边包起来。我终于包出了个像模像样。完美无瑕的饺子了!

最后，我把一个个"小士兵"排队放入锅中，有的在锅里游泳，还说："真好玩啊"!有的在洗澡，锅里冒出了很多泡泡。

饺子煮好了，满屋子香喷喷，哥哥和爸爸鼻子灵得很，连忙下楼来吃。不一会儿功夫，一锅饺子就解决了。这饺子的味道还真是不错啊!

早上，我紧张地走进教室，心怦怦直跳，就像心里有只兔子在乱撞...

我正和同学在聊天，这时，老师进来了。我立马摆出一副“好学生”的坐姿。然后，老师拿出期末卷子，开始宣布成绩。我手一直抖着，老师叫到了我的名字，我面带笑容走上讲台，看了我的期末成绩，瞬间乐开了花。回到座位，又看了看我的“对手”的卷子，“99”，哈哈，这回我终于让她输得心服口服啦!我沉浸于快乐中时，突然看到了卷子上的一个拼音题，正确答案应该是“振作”，我却写成了“镇作”，老师不但没有给我打错号，还给我打了一个大大的对号，我心里的喜悦瞬间被吹走，这时，我犹豫了，不知道是该告诉老师真相，还是隐瞒事实。

在我的一番思考下，我当着全班同学的面，把事实一五一十地告诉了老师，老师没有批评我，反而说我勇敢。我像吃了蜜似的，心里有说不出的愉快!

我不知道我对它们的想念以及向往，能否改变我的肠胃，让我在未来的什么时候，又能够和太阳比赛，看我吃冰淇淋的速度快，还是它让冰淇淋融化的速度快，又能抱着妈妈为我切好的大半个西瓜，坐在地板上抱着西瓜啃，又能全副武装的跑去游泳池，躺在水面上，想游就游，不想游就一直躺着。

我向往的暑假生活，只要有冰淇淋、西瓜以及游泳池，一切也就完美了。

于是，我向妈妈请教，妈妈很用心地教我。她先拿起饺子皮，然后，夹起一砣肉放进饺子皮里。肉不能太多，也不能太少，肉多了陷就会露出来，肉少了不好吃，然后再把皮对折沾点水，再里面捏一下，外面捏一下，像波浪一样地捏。哦，原来是这样包的啊!我知道包了。我再拿起一块饺子皮，按照妈妈说的方法包，果然包出来的和我之前包的不一样，不一会我也包了十几个了，妈妈说：“嗯，不错，有进步。”
