本学期，我将结合学校工作计划和学校教学工作计划的要求，规范常规教学，提高教学质量，努力形成自己的教学特色。

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

Everyone has their own parents, you are not in the heart often think the future will take care of filial piety, they would not let them suffer later after you do this to parents as well, but have you ever thought, your parents how much later? Too many uncertainties about the future is not it, if you really love your parents, then you use what you have more time now to spend time with them now, whether or not your ability, do your best strength to love them not waiting for the day after, because someday will not necessarily make sense, does not it?

在我咿咿学语时，爸爸和妈妈就分开了，据说理由很简单，嫌我是个女孩儿。从此，妈妈便带着我继续维持这个不完整的家。从小到大，妈妈一直无微不至的关心我，照顾我。她平时工作十分繁忙，一下班就急匆匆的赶回家，变着花样给我做好吃的。

我刚上小学时，妈妈为了让我学点本领，省吃俭用好几个月，让我报名参加了少年宫的电子琴班，于是每个周末的下午，妈妈便又多了一项任务—接送我去学琴。少年宫离我家很远，妈妈蹬着那辆破旧的自行车，带着我，背着琴，每次都累的够呛。我劝妈妈坐汽车，妈妈却打趣地说："骑车能强身健体。"当时，不懂事的我还赖在车子上给妈妈加油。直到现在我才明白，妈妈都是为了省钱呀!

还记得去年那个傍晚，上课是天空还是彩霞满天，可不一会儿，就下起了倾盆大雨，妈妈毫不迟疑地将外套脱下来给我穿上，领着我往回走。天黑沉沉的，望着那时隐时现的电光，我突然想起了童话中的魔鬼。那电光一闪一闪的，仿佛就是鬼的眼睛。

"轰隆隆"，可恶的"魔鬼"又大声一叫，令人心惊胆战。"妈妈，快逃啊，魔鬼来吃我们了!"我紧紧地抱住妈妈，闭上眼睛。妈妈一边吃力地骑车子，一边安慰我说："晓莉，世界上没有鬼，知道吗?"听了妈妈的话，我那颗悬在嗓子眼的心，总算放了下来。

雨越下越大，雨水无情地抽打着妈妈，顺着脸颊流入妈妈的衣服里，让人看着都凉飕飕的。路上的雨水积了半尺多深，在水里汽车显得十分困难，妈妈便下了车推着我走。借着微弱的路灯，我发现妈妈那单薄的衣服早已被雨水打湿，紧紧地贴在身上。妈妈喘着粗气，越走越吃力，额头上的水让人分辨不出是雨水还是汗珠。妈妈把眼前的头发拨在耳后，用手抹了一下脸上的水，继续拼命向前走。

好心酸的母爱啊!我的心头猛然一颤，几滴眼泪落下来。

在妈妈的帮助下，我上网看到了吴邵萍老师的先进事迹。吴老师从教27年来，刻苦钻研，勤学苦练，把所有的爱全部倾注在幼儿身上，把所有的情全部奉献在幼教事业上，她身上饱含对教育、对孩子、对事业的宽广的爱。看着吴老师的先进事迹我不由自主地想到了我们二(6)班的班主任王老师。

王老师跟吴老师一样对人亲切，虽然年纪很轻，但她会像大姐姐一样关心我们。春节前有一次下雪，一名同学玩耍时滑倒了，王老师看见后立刻跑去将他扶了起来。瞧，她多么热心啊!其次，王老师对我们的学习也十分关心。我们二(6)班是新组建的班级，同学们来自四面八方，学习基础不均衡，在第一次年级摸底考试时，我们班成绩在全年级中名列倒数，王老师看在眼里，急在心中。她每天早早来到教室带领我们早读，查看同学们有没有认真读书，有没有不认识的字，还纠正我们的发音。上课时她不仅教给我们课本中的知识，有时还给我们拓展课外知识，让我们在学习中成长为一名有用的学生。在王老师的认真带领下，上学期的期末考试，我们班的语文成绩取得了很大的进步。

最后，王老师还通过家访与家长交流我们的学习情况和在校表现。记得她到我家家访时还当着爸爸妈妈面表扬我了呢!我还真有点不好意思。王老师还会经常提醒和建议家长，让我们做一些力所能及的事情，锻炼我们的做事能力，这些建议都得到了很多家长的认可。

这就是我寻找到的身边的“吴老师”，我们可敬可爱的班主任王老师，一位值得我们学习与感谢的人。
