英雄情怀是个体奋斗的助推力和指明灯。“少年强则国强，少年弱则国弱。”对于青少年而言，英雄情怀、家国情怀、爱国主义的培养尤为重要。“为中华之崛起而读书”周恩来总理在少年时就已意识到了大国与小我的关系。周恩来总理的一生都是“以天下为己任”，英雄情怀在其少年时代成为他前进的助推力与指明灯，从而成就了他具有英雄色彩的一生，更可见青少年正处于人生成长的关键时刻，扣好其人生的第一颗纽扣的重要性。
