一个乞丐躺在路边，前行的人谁也没有注意，即使有人看见了，也没有激发“恻隐之心”而继续前行;而当一个人好奇或者关怀地去看乞丐时，奇迹就发生了，周围的人就都会慢慢地围上来，由一个人变成十几个、几十个、百十来个，以至于无数;人们的行为也就逐渐由原来的好奇、关怀演变成一种大范围内的良好社会风气，于是量变引起了质变。
