我最好的朋友是我的同学李艳。她有一双大眼睛，长头发梳成了辫子。脸上时常有甜甜的微笑，使她显得更加活泼。

李艳很聪明，学习很好，两次获得学校的奖学金，她是我学习上的榜样。她告诉我说我们应该充分利用时间。

李艳很热心，乐于助人，班里同学学习上有困难，都喜欢找她带忙。但她不喜欢别人夸奖她，因为她认为她做的很普通。

我为拥有这样的好朋友而感到骄傲。

春天鸟语花香，到处一片生机勃勃，真是一个适合游玩的季节。这不，我和妈妈一起又来到了美丽的人民公园。

从东面进入人民公园，映入眼帘的是几个大花坛。花坛里的花可真不少，有红的似火的串串红，黄的似金的小黄菊，白的似雪的小白菊，还有粉的似霞的月季花……走过去闻一下，一股花香扑鼻而来。一阵风吹过，所有的花随风舞动，像一个少女穿着裙子跳起了“小天鹅”。

走过花坛，就来到了音乐喷泉广场。音乐喷泉是圆形的，音乐响起，喷泉舞动着她那迷人的舞姿。音乐的声音开始变大，“少女们”像穿上了白纱裙飞向了天空。音乐声越来越大，忽然，四周的喷泉开始变短，而中间的喷泉“哗”的一下飞向了天空，形成了足足有四五米高的大水柱，大水柱到了一定的高度，变成了小雨滴落下来，凉丝丝的。

沿着木板桥向北走，就是人工湖了。阳光照在大圆镜似的湖水上，波光粼粼的。一阵风吹来，湖面泛起层层波纹，真好看呀!一只蜻蜓在湖面上飞过，在水中一点一点的，形成了一个个的小圆晕。我和弟弟拿着渔网去湖边钓鱼，我们先把一小块面包放在水面上，把鱼网放在面包下面，等待着小鱼。

人民公园真美呀，我爱人民公园。

中国教育报开设了“体育是否该纳入高考”专栏，关于“体育是否该纳入高考”的问题，我的观点是该纳入高考——体育入高考，减负强体质。

从学生方面说，体育入高考，能达到减负强体质的目的。

从中考体育考试就可以看出，自从中招考试加试体育以来，学生开始重视体育锻炼，不少学生在业务时间还加强体育锻炼。比如，有的同学在周末、假期自觉参加体育锻炼，文化课的学习负担相应减轻，身体素质在逐渐提升。因为体育入高考，学生要进行必要的体育锻炼，教育部门在设计学业任务时就会预留出体育锻炼的时间，课业负担自然会减轻一些，不然，怎么有时间去进行体育锻炼?

从学校方面说，体育入高考，能使学校的课程设置得到保障。

现在有的学校为了片面提高升学率，任意压缩非高考科目的课程设置，挤占了体育课的节次，无形中增加了我们的学业负担。若将体育纳入高考，受考试指挥棒的影响，也会倒逼人们重视体育，社会、教育行政部门、学校、学生、家长、老师各方就不得不重视体育课，体育课的时间便会得到保障。

过去我们总说体育课流于形式，是因为行政部门疏于监管。其实，只要体育被纳入高考，学校就会按课程标准排课，由于需要和其他科目一样考试，因此不督察也能保证课程质量。

对于体育入高考，要想真正达到减负强体质的效果，还需从根本上解决问题。

高考竞争的“剧场效应”之所以愈演愈烈，关键还是在于要拿高分，要考好大学。所以要想真正实现“体育入高考，减负强体质”这一目标，就必须让体育和语文、数学一样有分数上的竞争力，甚至让体育达标成为录取的硬杠，让家长和老师的眼睛不仅要盯着文化分，也要盯紧体育分。最近几年清华大学游泳不过关不允许毕业的措施，就十分值得推广。

“体育入高考”是当下切实可行之举，有必要先做起来，再辅以其他举措，如此我们就有理由相信，它会起到“减负强体质”的作用，也会加快建设健康中国的步伐!

我长得不高也不矮，可是，我们班的王琴非要叫我“小矮子”，其实，她比我还要矮呢!我长着一对双眼皮的眼睛，别人见到我都说我的眼睛很漂亮。

我是一个胆小的.人，因为我天生就怕那种长得毛茸茸的、看起来很脏、稀奇古怪的虫。就说前几天吧，下了几场大雨，早上我来到学校，看见校园里有好多的蚯蚓都在爬啊爬的，我被吓得大喊大叫，我踮起脚尖一蹦一跳地朝教室跑去，可是，教室的门还没有开，顿时，我傻眼啦，看着蚯蚓在我的面前爬动，我的身子不禁颤动了一下，我站在原地像热锅上的蚂蚁不知道该怎么办?这时，开门的同学来啦，我是第一个冲进去的，我一进去就趴在桌子上，过了好一会儿，我的心终于平静了下来。

我还很勤劳。记得有一次，爸爸妈妈没有下班，家里很脏，我就拿扫把把地上扫得干干净净的，又用拖把把地上认认真真地拖了一遍，还把垃圾都送进了垃圾桶里去了，又把拖把洗得干干净净的。爸爸妈妈回来一个劲的夸我长大了。
