Since I was very small, I was very shy in the public place, so I always

avoided giving performance in front of so many people. Though I tried hard to

get over it in school, I still felt uneasy in the public place. When I came to

the job market, I realized that I must get over my fear, or I would lose my

stage.

I still remembered the horrible experience for my first interview. Early in

the morning, I got a called that I was given a chance to the job interview. I

felt so excited. When I came to the company, I found there were other six young

people competed with me, then I started to feel nervous. The employers asked us

I am an open-minded and smart boy/girl with broad interests, like playing basketball, reading, especially in engineering such as software programming, website designing as well as hardware designing. I designed two websites in the past four years: one is the website of our school, and the other one is the website of the Doctor Forum China 2007. Furthermore, I am interested in C plus plus programming language and have written some application programs. I am xxxxx. I was born in Changsha. I graduate from senior high school and major in English. I started learning English since I was 12 years old. My parents have a lot of American friends. That’s why I have no problem communicating with Americans or others by speaking English.

我们从母体里脱离时，我们成为了一个貌似独立的个体。可我们并不是生来就是万能的。我们一直需要着------

上学了，我们也没能逃脱需要。我们需要老师教授的知识，需要同学的帮助-----

因为有了这些需要。我们，开始成为社会人。

人是社会的产物，真正脱离社会的人是不存在的，可我们不能只知道需要别人，一味地寻求别人的帮助，只会藏匿于别人的羽翼之下。我们需要成长，或者说是成熟。而被需要则是一种不过的媒介。被他人需要是一种善良的成熟。

正所谓，赠人玫瑰，手留余香。当我们被他人需要时，无疑也是一种美丽。

表姐去伦敦旅游，那天雾很大，在过马路时，正不知所措时，这时一只大手轻轻地抓住了她。是一位老爷爷，拄着拐杖，他带着表姐安全地过了马路。事后，表姐才知道他是一位盲人。当时表姐真的很感动，连忙掏出钱给他，他却只是摆摆手，微笑着说，我也想被人需要，能帮助到你就好，便离开了。表姐顿时便红了眼眶，正常人都未必有这样的觉悟，而一个盲人却能做到如此。听到这个故事，我也不禁有了很多感慨。
