在十年前的中国，大气污染问题对于普通民众来说可能是个比较飘渺的话题。正如空气本身的性质一样，看不见摸不着却无处不在。而专家学者们则主要关注的是对于工业生产，燃煤发电所产生的硫氧化物的处理和汽车尾气中氮氧化物的处理。十年时间飞逝，随着中国经济的迅速发展，人们生活水平的不断提高，人们开始关注生活的质量问题。与其同时越发严重的正是中国以牺牲环境为代价发展经济所带来的环境问题，其中大气污染问题尤其明显。这几年来关于温室气体和温室效应的话题被讨论得沸沸扬扬，专家们各有其立场，但对于普通百姓来说，全球变暖问题似乎仍很遥远。对于温室气体所带来的全球变暖，海平面上升，冰川融化，动植物灭亡的问题，人们大多数是在电视新闻或报刊杂志上看到，恶劣天气的频发也并不是发生在世界每个角落。相比于温室气体所带的大气污染问题，人们开始关注更多的便是最近发生在北京，广州，武汉等多地的灰霾问题。尤其是在北京持续很久的灰霾严重影响了当地人们的日常生活和身体健康，更是引起了广大专家学者和普通民众的高度关注。而其实对于灰霾现象，国外专家学者很多年前便开始研究。

那么何为灰霾？灰霾是导致近地面大气浑浊的多种空气污染物的混合体。构成灰霾的主要污染物是硝酸盐、硫酸盐、有机碳、元素碳、等固体细颗粒物（PM2.5）和臭氧()、二氧化氮（）、二氧化硫（）、挥发性有机物（）等气态污染物。灰霾往往与天然污染源的排放和二次污染污染物的形成有关，还与一定的气象条件和地形有关。我们现在最关注的同时也最难解决的室外污染物之一是可吸入颗粒物。可吸入颗粒物被分类为两种，直径小于2.5微米的颗粒物（PM2.5）和直径小于10微米的颗粒物（PM10）。虽然两种形式的颗粒物都对人类健康有极大的危害，PM2.5被普遍认为是更危险的，因为它的体积小，大约只有人类头发宽度的1/30。人们在呼吸时，PM2.5可以进入人类肺组织深处，甚至进入血液，造成严重的健康问题。同时更小的颗粒物在大气中可以有较长的停留时间。因此，PM2.5可以传播的更远，停留在空气的时间越长，影响更大的人口。PM2.5和PM10的主要来源包括机动车，电厂和其他工业源，以及生物质的燃烧。其中一个主要的来源是柴油为动力的车辆。这些污染源相结合，可以在城市或农村地区天空一片阴霾，而且往往发生在下午时段。

对于容易形成灰霾的城市,除了城市当地工业污染,汽车尾气的影响以外,特定的地形导致污染物的难以扩散也是灰霾形成的主要原因，像美国的洛杉矶,还有前面提到的受灰霾影响的北京和武汉都受到了地形的影响。洛杉矶市三面被群山包围，当地空气干燥，白天阳光充足。到了晚上，地表面冷却很快。地面附近的空气变冷，而上层空气都比较热，形成逆温。北京市位于华北平原的西北边缘，背靠太行山余脉和燕山山脉，面对辽阔的华北平原，东南距渤海约150公里, 地处暖温带半湿润地区，气候属于暖温带半湿润大陆性季风气候,四季分明，春季多风和沙尘，夏季炎热多雨，秋季晴朗干燥，冬季寒冷且大风猛烈。武汉市则居于内陆、距海洋远，周围地形如盆地，集热容易散热难，河湖多、晚上水汽多，城市热岛效应和伏旱时副高控制明显。通过比较以上3个城市的情况可以发现它们都是较大的工业城市，而且城市海拔较低，周围至少有一面是高地，都分布在低于南北纬50度的地方。这些地区夏季阳光明媚，天气温暖干燥。在城市的盆地地区，逆温现象十分普遍。夏季的阳光使地面温度升高，城市街道和建筑物迅速升温，与炎热的物体表面接触的空气温度升高。通过对流空气向上运动，但它却不能穿透逆温层，因为上面的空气温度更暖且密度更小。空气聚集，但连续的对流形成了垂直的循环，使空气完全混合在一起。从建筑物和汽车废气释放出的气体和颗粒也都聚集在逆温层下，通过对流把聚集的空气彻底混合。这样导致污染物无法快速扩散而聚集，大大增加了当地的污染物浓度。

城市内部灰霾的形成也同样受到了这种类似地形的影响，学者称它为街谷模型。随着城市化的加速，城市及城市周边的自然生态系统逐渐被人工生态系统取代，取而代之的是钢筋混凝土浇筑的高楼与马路,很容易形成城市街道峡谷。这种城市街道峡谷是指两侧有连续，高大建筑物的狭长城市街道空间。在这种地形下,上层大气在进入城市时，风速迅速降低并产生特殊的湍流，使街谷内的流场完全不同于上层大气。而气流对污染物具有显著的运输、稀释、和扩散作用，因此，对城市街谷内污染物的浓度、分布有着很大影响。北京的灰霾现象正是因为污染物积聚难以扩散而导致北京的灰霾持续了如此之久。有相关专家的研究发现,除了通过控制排放源,增大扩散和增加沉积率来降低大气中污染颗粒物的浓度以外,地面的性质也影响着颗粒物的浓度。有研究表明植被对城市空气质量能有接近5%的提高。在城市，尤其是在城市街谷地带种植植被能通过增加沉积作用而降低60%的可吸入颗粒物（PM）浓度和40%的二氧化氮（NO2）浓度。因此，通过对植被的合理利用能过创造一个有效的城市污染过滤膜，对密集城市地带空气质量的提高有着快速有效并且持续性的影响。

灰霾问题不是一个暂时性的问题，相反它是一个长久的问题，从它如何形成，加剧到我们如何解决治理并消除都需要一段很长的时间。

二：环境污染

就最近这几年来看，随着各地区的经济迅猛发展，环境污染问题也越来越严重，保护环境，维持生态平衡也成为了我们每个公民应尽的责任和义务，也是为了社会更好发展的一项重要举措!

何为环境?从哲学的角度来看，所谓环境，主要指我们所研究的主体周围的一切情况和条件。对于人来说，环境是指人生活于其中，并能影响人的一切外部条件的综合。人的生活离不开好的环境，在人类几百万年的历史进程中，环境对开创人类文明和进步发挥着巨大作用。

大气资源、水资源、土地资源等等，都是让人类得以生存的物质基础;而森林资源、矿藏资源等资源又为人类的不断发展提供物质，创造出地球上高度的人类文明。但是，人类在开发利用环境资源的同时，也对自己的生存环境产生了一系列环境问题。

在我们身边就有很多污染环境的污染物，例如说：大量的生活废弃品，塑料袋(也称白色垃圾)，一次性木筷，一次性饭盒，果皮纸屑。污染物对环境来说，毫无疑问，肯定有很大的危害，例如动物的腐烂的尸体会影响环境卫生，而且还会滋生细菌。饭店、餐馆认为很卫生的一次性木筷，使用后随便一扔，影响了市容，破坏了环境。。

现在像我们柳疃镇、青乡乡，最近电网部门纷纷撤除喷水机器的使用。喷水机的使用对环境的污染更加恶化、污染了水资源对人们的身体健康危害甚大。人类的活动会使大量的工业、农业和生活废弃物排入水中，使水受到污染。又例如说，我们北部渤海湾受到工业、印染厂的废弃物排放大量鱼虾死亡，地区农民上海捕鱼，鱼的体内含有大量化学物质对人们的身体健康造成了危害。据资料统计，目前，全世界每年约有4200多亿立方米的污水排入江河湖海，污染了5.5万亿立方米的淡水，这相当于全球径流总量的14%以上。1984年颁布的中华人民共和国水污染防治法中为“水污染”下了明确的定义，即水体因某种物质的介入，而导致其化学、物理、生物或者放射性等方面特征的改变，从而影响水的有效利用，危害人体健康或者破坏生态环境，造成水质恶化的现象称为水污染。水的污染有两类：一类是自然污染;另一类是人为污染。当前对水体危害较大的是人为污染。水污染可根据污染杂质的不同而主要分为化学性污染、物理性污染和生物性污染三大类。

最近，我发现政府部门、昌邑环卫局开始大力整治环境，沿街排查污染源，青乡街也定点安置了便民垃圾桶，替代了原来垃圾围绕街道，臭气熏天的状况。各个村庄开始整治村内环境的污染源，使街道、村庄焕然一新!而这不是主要的，更重要的是我们每个人自觉保护环境，保护我们赖以生存的家园，为了我们更为了我们的后代，树立好榜样，奠基好基础，让我们的家园更加美丽、更加丰富多彩!

所以呢!环境与我们的生活密切相关，保护环境卫生从我做起，从现在做起：不随地吐痰;不乱扔垃圾;废弃电池和塑料袋要处理好;多植树造林，不践踏草坪;不污染水源。保护环境，我们有责!看你的行动喽!

三：环境污染

在二十一世纪的今天，人类赖以生存的地球环境越来越恶劣，灾难频发，旱灾、洪涝灾害、土地沙漠化、地震、全球气温上升、海啸等等过去，以我所受到的信息宣传，简单以为环境污染只是浓烟滚滚，或者水面上漂浮着垃圾、发出恶臭，蚊虫成堆、尘土飞扬等等。但是，今年从网络、报纸、广播、电视、人们的关注里，我似乎明白；现实的情况要糟得多。西南五省大旱，就是我们自己想都没有想到的原因，专家分析：因为在过去10几年中，西南从新西兰大量引进桉树速生林，为了求短期的经济利益，毫无限制的大面积种植，以用来工业造纸，从而导致物种生态环境失衡，形成地下水严重缺失。俗话说，十年树木，百年树人，可这种桉树两三年就成材，是一种巨大的抽水机和抽肥机，不断侵蚀着其他植物物种的生存空间，而当地人却沉浸在多种树就可以保护环境的僵化错误的指导思想中，不断的在往恶性循环上发展，正是这个想到想不到的原因最终导致西南几百年的大旱灾。在报纸上，我看到温总理在一片干涸开裂的耕地上，捧着一颗枯死的禾苗，只说了一句话：“痛定思痛！”云南拥有大片的原始森林，风景名胜众多，地理环境独特，自古以来就是一个山清水秀，气候宜人的好地方，可是为了种植这种桉树，大量砍伐原始森林，想象这些经过几十年甚至数百年才形成的树木，仅仅是为了去满足最快速度的造纸而被破坏，真是让人可惜，并且痛心。据说旱灾的另一个原因，就是所有的大江小河都修起了水电站。对这一点我有自己的感受，早两年湘江的水面多么宽广，可是上游修了一个水电站后，下游的水明显减少，甚至连河床都经常露出来，同时影响到了城市自来水的引水工程，我都有这些感受，那些江河里小鱼虾们感受就应该更深了。前些天报纸上又爆出地沟油事件，报纸上说地沟油是别人吃完的饭菜倒进垃圾桶后，一些黑心商人把这些进行简单的提炼加工后，不但闻不出异味，加入香精后吃起来还挺香，但是对人体危害很大，我现在都不敢随便在外面吃东西了。环境污染的问题日益严重，影响到了我们生活的方方面面，对此我感到非常的忧虑。

四：河道为什么会污染

在我们学校旁边，有一条小河，听长辈们说，原来这里的河水清澈见底，河里鱼虾成群，夏天人们喜欢在水里游泳，还直接取水饮用呢！可如今，河水不但变得混浊，有时还有臭味呢！

为什么河水会发生翻天覆地的变化呢？经过我们全班同学的观察分析，河水污染有许多原因 。首先，人们不重视环保，乱倒垃圾。如有一次，我去张微家去玩，吃了一根香蕉，问她的妈妈：“阿姨，香蕉皮扔哪里？”只见她从我手中拿过香蕉皮，又随手用力一扔，扔进了小河，说：“这就是我们家的垃圾桶。”甚至有人把死猫死狗也扔进去了，这时，如果你从旁边经过，一阵阵臭味就会扑鼻而来。我真是不明白，人们为什么不多走几步把垃圾扔到垃圾箱里让垃圾车运走呢？。其次，人们家里的化粪池的排污口就直接通向小河。特别是我们学校，大小便没有经过处理就流进了小河，让人看了真是恶心。河水不变臭才怪呢！还有人们给庄稼喷了农药后，就在河里洗药筒等等。由于各种原因使河水变得越来越脏，甚至发臭，更不用说饮用，就连小鱼也快要无家可归了。

随着经济的飞速发展，人们的生活不断改善的同时，环境污染也已经成为现代社会面临的重大问题之一。近一个星期来，我们有组织地对周边的环境污染情况做调查，报告如下：

一，河水污染。 近几年来工业生产发展迅速，人们只顾着怎样节省原材料的消耗，而对于在生产中出现的一些有害的物质并没有引起重视，废水没有经过处理就直接排放到河道中，造成河流污染情况严重。我们在调查中就看到好几家工厂，把深绿色的、浓黑色的污水直接排入河流，排污口处的水面上漂浮着大量白色泡沫。居住在河边的人们随手将剩菜剩饭、家庭垃圾都装进塑料袋往河里倒，我们的母亲河，现在已经遍体鳞伤，成了一条垃圾河。

还有个不美的地方，就是一些校广告到处贴，连电线杆上，人行道上都用五颜六色的油漆刷出广告人的联系电话，看着就不顺眼。这些被人们称作“城市牛皮癣”的现象，谁来治一治啊!

到街上随便转一转，就看到太多不美的地方，这都是大家不自觉造成的。奥运会就要来临了，要是大家还不注意环境，就要被外国朋友取笑了。

环境保护靠大家，我们一定要从自己做起，人人动手来保护我们的家园。

Finally, it was time to be busy for two months. So I got up early and quickly packed my things to school.

The long-awaited accommodation has begun. We had long wanted to get rid of our parents, and we were so excited about the dormitory that we started to be independent when our parents left. We can live the way we want to live without our parents long-winded lessons. But obviously, were all wrong.

Our fantasy dorm life is wonderful because we didnt think about doing things on our own. In the past, we didnt know much about the word independence. It was not easy to find independence in middle school. Because we used to be too dependent on our parents, we have to get rid of this bad habit in middle school. Teachers say junior high is where you learn to be independent. So now, we have to do everything ourselves, and we cant rely on anyone else.

In the first day or two, I was not very comfortable, because the people in the dormitory were very strange, and I couldnt find the topic of chatting at first. But I was glad that I soon joined the group and got along well with them. It was a great comfort to me because my mother said that if I didnt talk to you in the dorm, it would be very lonely and very hard. But of course, in the dormitory not only to have a good relationship with students, but also to adapt to the environment here.

After a week, I have been used to our dormitory, and we have adjusted our time, and will not be able to go to bed when we are busy at the beginning of school. All in all, my dorm life is pretty good. Because I was so quick to meet a group of good friends, I was so quick to adapt to the dormitory environment. I have a good rest time to have the energy to study, which is a step in my education. So from now on, I want to work harder, cant do the best, try to do better!

现在有许多疾病在危害人类的健康，甚至威胁到人类的生命。人类跨入21世纪，世界发生了多少惊人的变化。在人们为科学技术突飞猛进的发展欣喜之余，又经历了更好的不安甚至灾难。除了对高科技特别是生物科技的发展所带来的恐慌之外，战争和疾病似乎直接将人类带到了地狱之门。

水污染对人体的危害，人体在新陈代谢的过程中，随着饮水和食物，把水中的各种元素通过消化道进入人体的各个部分。当水中缺乏某些或某种人体生命过程所必需的元素时，都会影响人体健康。例如，有些地区水中缺碘，长期饮用这种水，就会导致“大脖子病”，就是医学上所称的“地方性甲状腺肿”。当水中含有有害物质时，对人体的危害更大。致癌物质可以通过食用受污染的食物(粮食、蔬菜、鱼肉等)，带入人体，还可以通过饮水进入人体。据调查，饮用受污染水的人，患肝癌和胃癌等癌症的发病率，要比饮用清洁水的高出61。5%左右。当污水中含有汞、镉等元素排入河流和湖泊时，水生植物就把汞、镉等元素吸收和富集起来，鱼吃水生植物后，又在其体内进一步富集，人吃了中毒的鱼后，汞、镉等元素在人体内富集，使人体患病而死亡。这样，从水生植物→水生小动物→小鱼→大鱼→人体，形成了一条食物链。人体最后成了汞、镉等元素的“落脚点”。

水污染对水生生物的危害水中生活着各种各样的水生动物和植物。生物与水、生物与生物之间进行着复杂的物质和能量的交换，从数量上保持着一种动态的平衡关系。但在人类活动的影响下，这种平衡遭到了破坏。当人类向水中排放污染物时，一些有益的水生生物会中毒死亡，而一些耐污的水生生物会加剧繁殖，大量消耗溶解在水中的氧气，使有益的水生生物因缺氧被迫迁栖他处，或者死亡。特别是有些有毒元素，既难溶于水又易在生物体内累积，对人类造成极大的伤害。如汞在水中的含量是很低的，但在水生生物体内的含量却很高，在鱼体内的含量又高得出奇。假定水体中汞的浓度为1，水生生物中的底栖生物(指生活在水体底泥中的小生物)体内汞的浓度为700，而鱼体内汞的浓度高达860。由此可见，当水体被污染后，一方面导致生物与水、生物与生物之间的平衡受到破坏，另一方面一些有毒物质不断转移和富集，最后危及人类自身的健康和生命。

水污染对工农业生产的影响工农业生产不仅需要有足够的水量，而且对水质也有一定的要求。否则，对工农业会造成很大的损失，特别是工农业生产过程中使用了被污染了的水后，对人类有着极大的危害。一是使工业设备受到破坏，严重影响产品质量。二是使土壤的化学成分改变，肥力下降，导致农作物减产和严重污染。三是使城市增加生活用水和工业用水的污水处理费用。

清洁的空气是人们赖以生存的必要物质基础，一个成人平均每天要呼吸15立方米空气，人们若呼吸了严重污染的空气，无疑对健康是有害的。因此，研究空气污染的影响，认识清洁空气的价值是一个十分复杂的前沿科研课题。而儿童处于生长发育阶段，是对外界空气污染最敏感人群，研究空气污染对儿童的影响更易获得有价值的结果。基于此，以中国工程院院士、中国环境监测总站总工魏复盛为中方首席科学家的中美科技合作项目一一空气污染对人体呼吸健康的影响研究，在广州、武汉、兰州、重庆等城市和郊区分别选点，对空气中直径2.5微米颗粒物进行调查、监测，取得8196份调查问卷，测试儿童肺功能约15000人次，包括环境监测数据，共获得了约300万个数据，经过统计分析，对空气污染对人体呼吸系统健康(特别是儿童)的影响有了定量化的认识。研究结果证实，对人体健康的影响以空气中细小颗粒物污染最为严重(我国有2/3的城市超标)，其次是二氧化硫污染(我国有1/3的城市超标)，氮氧化物污染的影响相对较弱。可以说，细小颗粒物(可吸入颗粒物)是人体健康的第一杀手。据专家介绍，颗粒物上附着的有毒重金属、酸性氧化物与土壤相比富集几百倍、几千倍，甚至上万倍，并可在空气中飘浮多达几十天，有害物质随可吸入颗粒物进人体肺部，并有可能透过肺泡进入血液，直接危害人体健康。

近日，这项历时8年的研究成果在京通过了由国家环保总局主持的专家鉴定。专家们认为，这一研究成果对于我们认识清洁空气的重要性、提高公众及领导层的环保意识有着重要意义。研究成果的数据为国家空气环境立法、制定、修订空气质量标准、排放标准及空气污染治理政策提供了科学依据。

家电为了吸引顾客，往往是以提高音箱的分贝为主要手段，各种音乐特别是打击乐发出的声音，会增添人们的焦虑情绪。按照国家规定的标准，公共场所的噪音住宿业小于55分贝、商场(店)、书店小于60分贝、公共交通等候室小于70分贝，但现实的公共场所中，噪音要远大于这个标准。我国对居民生活区的噪音也有相关的规定，住宅区白天的噪音不能超过50分贝(一般说话声音为40～60分贝)，室内噪声限值要低于所在区域标准值的10分贝。医学证实，过度的噪音污染，会导致人的耳部不适，出现耳鸣耳痛症状;损害心血管;分散注意力，降低工作效率;造成神经系统功能紊乱。噪音污染的过程其实是一种慢性中毒过程。记得有一幅荣获世界漫画大奖的作品，就是在一间超高分贝的房中，关押着一名犯人，犯人双手抱头面部痛苦，这幅画题名为“极刑”。可见噪音对人的影响。因此，现实生活中，要防止噪音污染，维护健康的生活环境。
