从教十八年，我就是十八年的班主任、语文教师，在班级管理中，我积累了一定的管理经验，掌握不同学段的管理方式，所教班级多次被评为优秀班集体。也正因为这样，这次知行中国班主任培训，我作为一名一线的班主任，被选派参加了在北京举行的集中培训，回来后，承担培训100名班主任的任务。在语文教学中，我不断地摸索适宜不同学生学习的教学方法，尝试过情景教学、三三六模式教学、引导自授、愉快教学等多种不同的教学法，现在我正摸索、研究、总结很适用于我的“语文情感教学法”。记得那次上《假如我有一支马良的.神笔》一课，听课的一领导评价：作为一个男人，我很不容易动情，然而今天听杜老师深情的范读，入情入境的引导，我差点流泪了，从来没有过如此的感动，语文教学，就应该这样入情入境，让学生领悟每一篇文章的精髓！对于语文课堂的驾驭能力，我从来没有怀疑过自己，我甚至能做到：时而温情感人催人泪下，时而犀利深刻发人深省，时而诙谐幽默惹人发笑。学校、全区、全市，我都上过示范课，且都得到专家、教师的高度评价，全区课赛我也拿过一等奖，但因为35岁年龄的限制，我未能参加过市级、省级语文课赛，这也是我作为一名优秀语文教师最大的遗憾。

在教学中，为提高学生学习语文的能力和写作水平，我很注重课前三分钟的语文实践活动的开展，学生在每节课课前三分钟，交流自己一天中学习语文的感受、畅谈生活中的语文、分享名著和经典习作。我带的学生，多次获省级小作家作文一二三等奖，我的教学成绩名列前茅，得到家长和领导的认可。在兴趣班中一直担任着写作、小记者班辅导老师。

我不断地学习，努力的提高自己各方面的能力，以积极的心态参与竞争。十八年以来，获得过临沧县政府“优秀教师”的称号，荣获临翔区课堂教学竞

赛小学组语文一等奖、数学三等奖，多次被评为区级、校级优质课教师、教学能手、骨干教师、师德标兵，所撰写的论文多次获得国家级、省级、市级一二三等奖。

当然，成绩只代表过去，教学中，我们会遇到不同的问题、不同资质的学生，要管理好每一个班级，让每一个孩子都学好语文，就要求我们不断地总结经验，改进教法，让孩子们学得轻松、学得愉快、学会学习。无论遇到什么样的班级，什么样的孩子，什么样的问题，相信我都能处理好，因为我有一颗热爱教育、热爱孩子的心，我自己是个有理想，有责任心的好老师，在我所选择的教育这条路上，我始终坚信我也会“收获教育之果实，享受教育之甘甜。”这就是我能立足于教育这一崇高事业之本。

The Great Wall

The Great Wall runs across North China like a huge dragon,It winds its way from west to east,across deserts,over mountains,through valleys till at last it reaches the sea.Its the longest wall on the earth,also one of the wonders in the world.

The Great Wall has a history of more than 2000 years.The first part was built during the Spring and Autumn Period.All the walls were joined up in Qin Dynasty.All tile work was done by hand.Thousands of people died while building the wall.Thus the Great Wall came into existence.

Since then,it has been rebuilt and repaired many times.Now the Great Wall,the admiration of the world,has taken on a new look.Its visited by large numbers of people from all partsof thecountry and the world.

长城

长城,像一条巨龙横亘华北地区,它穿过沙漠,越过高山,跨过山谷,由西到东蜿蜒曲折,最后到达大海.它是地球上最长的墙,也是世界奇迹之子.

长城有2000多年的历史.它开始修建于春秋时期.秦朝时,所有的城墙联结在一起.所有工作都是用手完成的,成千上万的人在修建长城时死去.长城就是这样出现的.

目前为止,长城重修多次.现在的长城面貌一新,迎接来角全国和全世界各地的游客.
