每次考试前后，我都会找学生谈心，了解他们的心理状态，减轻他们的心理压力，做学生的知心朋友，让学生学得轻松，学得愉快。根据自己和班级学生特点，在处理一些违纪现象时，我一般采取较温和与严厉并举的态度。极个别同学时常违纪，主要表现在上课说话，作业不做，引起同学们的反感的，我一般都会及时处理，并进行跟踪辅导和观察，必要的时候，邀请家长配合教育。

现在的年段上课纪律很好，作业收交情况也较为满意，各项工作都在有条不紊的开展，应该说开了个好头。当然问题还是有的，要一起重视。我听过这样的一个比喻，老师好比医生，父母好比护士，医生开药后，护士的护理就显得尤为重要。学校教育永远离不开正确的家庭教育。我在此提几点建议，希望得到各位家长的理解、配合和支持。

1、对孩子严格约束、管理，加强法制和纪律观念，并多关注孩子的心理变化和动态。

2、增强孩子的安全意识。不做危险游戏，注意交通安全，监督学生不进游戏厅、网吧或一些不健康的场所。

3、监督孩子的学习。合理安排好自己的作息时间和生活，保证孩子每天平均1小时以上的学习时间，按时起床，既是时间观念又是好习惯。并制定一个容易达到的目标，激发孩子学习兴趣，树立孩子的自信心，发挥其潜能。

4、要求孩子在家干一定数量的家务，树立孩子责任心，家长尽量不要把孩子的一切事物都包办。定下家庭学习计划，养成说到做到的习惯。

5、希望家长不管工作多忙多累，尽量和孩子作一次谈话和交流，要有的放矢，不要随便谈谈，或者可以用文字的形式来和孩子沟通。（有一位父亲，原本想写封信"教训教训那不成器的小子"，可下笔却似有千斤重，许多平日被忽略的有关儿子成长的细节，此时鲜活的出现在眼前。他在给儿子的信中写道："你长这么大了，爸爸是第一次给你写信。爸爸为了赚钱维持生活和你的学业，没能好好的关心你。每次回来都没能好好的做一顿饭给你吃，有时还要朝你发脾气，实在是太亏欠你了。"）

6、与老师联系经常化，有时间经常跟班主任或者任课老师多联系，询问孩子在学校的表现如何？成绩怎样？哪些工作是需要家长和老师共同协调的等等？

7、尽量不要在孩子面前评价或者贬低老师。

课堂是学生获得语言知识，提高语言技能和培养语言交际能力的主要场所，因而使得教师的语言成为课堂教学的工具，又是学生学习的内容。而我们作为英语老师，感知身上压力更大。因为英语对我们来说比较是非母语，怎样才能在课堂中更准确，更流利，更自信地表达自己的想法呢?这一直是我们需要改进提高的部分——教师课堂用语。这本书的出现，真的是能使我们在短期能迅速提高，有据可依的范本。

该书提供了英语教学中最基本最实用的表达句式。Part1中介绍英语课堂中常用句式。Part2中介绍在指导学生4种技能及词汇、语法、发音时需要用到的表达方式。Part3中介绍在练习、游戏、文体活动、分组活动等各项活动中需要用的英语表达。Part4中收录了教师与学生之间常用交流句式。此外，在附录中还为学生们整理了不同主题的英语课堂常用语，这样更有利于师生之间的互动交流。

而且该书经过严格筛选，收录的常用语简洁易懂，实用性强。用英语教学的根本目的不在于展示教师英语实力，所以避免使用一些晦涩难懂的高级词汇，提倡使用一些有利于教师解释和学生理解的简单句式。并且针对不同层次水平的教学内容以及每个表达方式之间会存在一些细微的差别，书中收录很多常用语以适用不同情况。

看了这本书中针对各种情况下的课堂用语，简明扼要而且用多种句子表达相同或相近的一个指令，真的非常值得我们借鉴学习，越细细地去阅读这本书，越开始对自己的课堂用语进行反思。

在课堂用语的表达中，常常存在一些问题。比如，在课堂中往往表达比较随意，用语不够规范。再则，表达时词汇单调，显得乏味，不能给学生很好的丰富语言的范例。久而久之，对于学生能力的提升没有正面的帮助。正因为知道教师课堂语言的重要性，如何在这方面得以改进提高，是非常重要的!

那往往哪些因素在影响着我们教师的语言呢?首先由于教师采用的教学方法不同，每位老师的教育背景和教育理念不同，采用的教学方式也各异，因而呈现出的教学用语也不一样。其次，教师的性格，教师的情感也起到一定影响。再则，学生英语程度的高低，也会影响教师课堂用语所花时间的长短。

怎样可以帮助自己提高这方面的能力呢?首先，还是要规范自己的英语表达，先做到正确无误，不能有中式英语。尽量避免受母语的影响，在表达时，句式，语法要多吸收纯正的英语表达，使自己在课堂中能流利地表达自己的想法。

其次，要深入浅出，根据学生的年龄和知识特点，选择适合他们层次水平的语言，但要略高于学生的水平，这样有利于提高学生的能力。逐渐乃至全部使用英语去讲解新学的词汇，句子等等，让学生使用英语的能力得到提升。挖掘教材中隐性的一些话题，让学生拓展思维，去进行互动交流。

再则，教师语言要生动风趣，幽默灵活。这样的课堂，教师往往能利用自己的教育机智，让课堂变得更加活跃，消除学生的紧张情绪，创造更好的语言交流氛围。

然后，教学语言也可和板书，肢体语言相配合。让课堂中的表达更丰富，让学生更显而易见地明了自己的表达，更容易地互相交流。

接着，尽量用“积极语言”代替“消极语言”，给学生更多的鼓励与肯定，培养学生的学习积极性。每一个人都有自卑的心理，尤其是学生在回答后，如果给他太直接的否定的答案，可能会使他产生消极的学习情绪，换种表达，可能对学生来说，有意想不到的效果。

作为英语老师，我们的语言真的非常重要，相信我们多些学习，更关注下自己的课堂用语，对学生的学习起到积极的正面作用，相信他们也会更爱学英语。

工作中我不断钻研科学育人的方法，探索教育规律，以不怕苦累的实际行动感召幼儿，以朴实端庄的人民教师形象教育幼儿，做到了为人师表，修德修才。

教育工作中，我把课前精备、课上精讲、课后精练作为减轻学生负担，提高教学质量的教学三环节，面对有限的课时，我以改革精神探索提高教学效率的科学方法，激发学生自觉参与学习的意识，最大限度地提高单位时间里的教学效益。把提高教学效益当作首要任务，把课前精备、课上精讲、课后精练作为减轻学生负担，提高教学质量的教学三环节。课前精备，是指上课前把功夫下在深入钻研教材，广泛搜集有关资料，精心设计课堂结构及教学方法上，特别是认真研究怎样“用最节省的时间、最简洁的方法让学生掌握最多的知识，并促使学生最快地转化为能力”。课上精讲，是指在课堂教学中，集中时间，集中精力，讲清教材的重点、难点、疑点、能力点、思路和规律，激活课堂气氛，教得生动，学得主动，充分发挥课堂潜在功能。课后精练，是指在课后作业的安排上，本着质量高，数量少，内容精，方法活，形式多样，针对性强的要求，精心设计，合理分配，严格控制作业数量。

学生思维能力及创造力培养是时代的需要。一是注重提高学生的自学能力;二是提高学生的参与意识;三是能使学生养成不盲目接受、深入思考、敢于否定、勇于发表见解的优良心理品质，培养了学生创造性思维能力。

学生思维力、创造力的培养，主渠道是课堂教学。要最大限度地发扬课堂民主，调动学生参与学习的积极性，创设生动活泼的气氛，让学生愉快思考、主动探索、大胆质疑，敢于标新立异。采用“引导式”，充分发挥教师的主导作用，要巧设问题，善设疑点，给学生一个自由发挥的天地，说己之欲说，写己之欲写，提供其积极参与的思维空间。学生只有在此境界中才会产生最佳心态，从而诱发潜在的创造智能，使思维趋于活跃，使灵气得到解放。

在现代科学迅速发展的今天，各学科间的横向交叉、渗透和融合趋势日趋明显，这必然反映到地理教学内容上来。“我始终是教育教学战线上的一名新兵。”我总是用这样的想法来鞭策自己学习和不断提高。正是一直有这样的业务上的饥饿感，培育努力学习，在学习中探索的习惯。并常以自己的读书行动体会去感染学生，熏陶学生，。由于自身文化底蕴逐渐厚实，凭着对教育事业的挚爱深情，凭着“干什么都要争第一，样样工作争优异”的强烈事业心，我针对地理教学中存在的弊端，结合自己的教学实践，进行了大胆的教学改革，创造了许多成功的经验。
