Cuisine

Yangzhou dishes may be one of the reasons why the people of Yangzhou are so infatuated with their city. They have an appealing color, aroma, taste and appearance. The original color of each ingredient is preserved after cooking, and no oily sauce is added, so as to retain the fresh savor of the food.

In Yangzhou all dishes, whether cheap or expensive, are elaborate. Cooks will not scrimp on their work, even with Zhugansi (stewed sliced dry bean curd), a popular dish that costs only a few yuan. Dry bean curd is made by each restaurant that serves it, so the flavor is guaranteed. The cook slices the 1-cm-thick curd into 30 shreds, each one paper-thin but none broken, and then stews them for hours with chopped bamboo shoots and shelled shrimps in chicken soup. 首先，我热爱教师这个职业，想做一名老师，是一个确确实实想做老师的人，也是一个真真正正想在小学教育这个线上做出一点点成绩来的人。一直以来，我也是把自己定位在小学教师这个角色上，也为做好这个角色会出了很大的努力。

我具备了作为一名教师所必须的综合素质，大学期间，除了扎实地掌握了本专业知识，还积极参加社会实践活动，在校担任过学生会干部、社团干部，负责过大型书法理论知识大赛，组织、管理、协调能力强，负责过大型书法理论知识大赛，被评为“优秀团员”、“优秀社团干部”。曾经获得学院课件比赛，征文比赛优秀奖，书法比赛二等奖。实习期间被评为“优秀实习生”，课件被评为“实习优秀CAI课件”，实习的收获让我受益很大。

第三，我觉得我最大的特点就是肯付出，在教师这个角色上，我成长得还是比较快的，用指导老师的话说就是有很大的可塑性，在这里我恳求每一位领导都能给我一个机会。

我是一个普通的教育工作者，这十几年来一直从事着这份朴实而让我倍感充实的工作。自认为是个极度热爱生活的人，为人乐观向上。工作中我比较注重知识的积累，并能够将此运用到教学中去。我也喜欢并热爱我的学生，并力求能在教学和管理中尽可能地发挥自己的个性和聪明才智，同样让学生也喜欢并热爱我。我之所以如此热爱我的工作和学生，最主要的原因是工作能让我获得成就感，产生快乐。所以，与其说我积极投身于教学工作，还不如说我在享受工作带给我的乐趣。

我的气质特征并不明显，属于胆汁质与多血质成分较多，也有一些粘液质成分的人。大多时候都表现得很开朗、热情、独立，但有时却会感觉到非常孤独和无助，难过时最大的表现就是在没人时自己大哭并狂掉眼泪。有时一点小事就能引起我的不安和焦虑，但有时即便大难在前我仍会心态平稳的泰然处之。我给别人的感觉就是遇事乐观且性格温和、待人热情。

我的性格偏于内向，不善于表现、不善于出风头，比较内敛，不十分喜欢和不熟悉的人在一起。但是我能处理好周围的人际关系，乐于接受他人，也能认识到自己和他人存在重要性。与人相处时懂得为他人着想，与学生交往时能进行换位思考，尊重学生，有强烈的同情心，喜欢帮助别人，不太计较个人得失。遇事时的处理原则是“对事不对人”，很少无端猜疑，不敌视周围的人。能够很快适应新的工作和生活环境并对此有充足的安全感。

大多数情况下都能保持良好的情绪，对于突然出现的消极情绪大数情况下都能够较好的控制，心态一直很好。懂得自尊自重，与人交往时从不委屈自己，但也不会委屈别人，不喜欢与人争锋。从不奢求和羡慕别人有而自己无法得到的东西，懂得如何从满足中得到快乐，懂得如何做一个心态平和的聪明人。

在从教十余年的时间里，我渐渐认识到心理学在教学和管理中的重要性。我在网上阅读过一些心理案例，也参加过心理学培训，通过培训不仅使我懂得了自己和他人的存在价值，也让我更清楚的了解自己的能力、性格、情绪和优缺点。在培训中也让我学会了如何从不快中极早解脱出来，如何积极地寻求改变不利现状的新途径；学会了如何增强自信心，如何自由、适度地表达、展现自己的个性，让我深切领悟到了人生冲突的严峻性和不可回避性；还让我学会了很多让自己快乐起来的方法，学会了如何在困难面前安然处之。另外，在教育不断深入的今天，心理问题已成了当今教育界的最大难题，如何帮助学生树立正确的人生观，如何帮助学生树立自信心，如何培养学生的抗挫折能力以及如何帮助学生进行自我心理调节等等，都已成了我们在教育管理过程中不可忽视的问题。这些也都迫切要求我们这些教育工作者具备一些必备的心理学素养和心理健康教育知识。正是基于以上两点原因，才让我下定决心申请成为一名心理健康教育教师，也希望自己能成为一名合格的心理健康教育教师。
