我的性格偏于内向，不善于表现、不善于出风头，比较内敛，不十分喜欢和不熟悉的人在一起。但是我能处理好周围的人际关系，乐于接受他人，也能认识到自己和他人存在重要性。与人相处时懂得为他人着想，与学生交往时能进行换位思考，尊重学生，有强烈的同情心，喜欢帮助别人，不太计较个人得失。遇事时的处理原则是“对事不对人”，很少无端猜疑，不敌视周围的人。能够很快适应新的工作和生活环境并对此有充足的安全感。

大多数情况下都能保持良好的情绪，对于突然出现的消极情绪大数情况下都能够较好的控制，心态一直很好。懂得自尊自重，与人交往时从不委屈自己，但也不会委屈别人，不喜欢与人争锋。从不奢求和羡慕别人有而自己无法得到的东西，懂得如何从满足中得到快乐，懂得如何做一个心态平和的聪明人。

在从教十余年的时间里，我渐渐认识到心理学在教学和管理中的重要性。我在网上阅读过一些心理案例，也参加过心理学培训，通过培训不仅使我懂得了自己和他人的存在价值，也让我更清楚的了解自己的能力、性格、情绪和优缺点。在培训中也让我学会了如何从不快中极早解脱出来，如何积极地寻求改变不利现状的新途径；学会了如何增强自信心，如何自由、适度地表达、展现自己的个性，让我深切领悟到了人生冲突的严峻性和不可回避性；还让我学会了很多让自己快乐起来的方法，学会了如何在困难面前安然处之。另外，在教育不断深入的今天，心理问题已成了当今教育界的最大难题，如何帮助学生树立正确的人生观，如何帮助学生树立自信心，如何培养学生的抗挫折能力以及如何帮助学生进行自我心理调节等等，都已成了我们在教育管理过程中不可忽视的问题。这些也都迫切要求我们这些教育工作者具备一些必备的心理学素养和心理健康教育知识。正是基于以上两点原因，才让我下定决心申请成为一名心理健康教育教师，也希望自己能成为一名合格的心理健康教育教师。
