作为班主任我更相信学生，尊重学生，我相信每一位学生都有自己的创造强项，每个学生都有一定的长处和闪光点，要善于发现学生的长项，抓住每一个教育良机，适时表扬、鼓励。体贴后进生，培养他们的自信心、自尊心、自强心，不让后进生成为掉队的孤雁。另外，我积极组织开展读书活动、知识竞赛、演讲比赛、文娱表演等形式的主题队会，展示学生各方面的才能，发展个性。让学生自己组织、自己管理、自己发展，逐步形成一个健康向上、团结协作的班集体。通过开展丰富多彩的班级活动，优化了班级文化环境，丰富了学生精神生活，促进了学生综合素质的全面发展。

I am 26 years old,born in shandong province . I was graduated from qingdao university. my major is electronic.and i got my bachelor degree after my graduation in the year of xx. I spend most of my time on study,i have passed CET4/6 . and i have acquired basic knowledge of my major during my school time.

In July xx, I began work for a small private company as a technical support engineer in QingDao city.Because Im capable of more responsibilities, so I decided to change my job. And in August xx,I left QingDao to BeiJing and worked for a foreign enterprise as a automation software test engineer.Because I want to change my working environment, Id like to find a job which is more challenging. Morover Motorola is a global company, so I feel I can gain the most from working in this kind of company ennvironment. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

I think Im a good team player and Im a person of great honesty to others. Also I am able to work under great pressure.

My favourite cartoon character is Snow White.She is in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs.Her mother died and her step-mother was very bad.She evebn tried to kill her.Later she met the dwarfs in the forest.They helped her.At last a handsome prince married her and she lived a happy life.I likeher because she is brave and clever.I can learn a lot from her.

我最喜欢的卡通人物是白雪公主。她是白雪公主和七个小矮人中的任务。她的母亲去世了，她的后母非常坏。她甚至(even)试图杀死她。之后，她在森林里遇到了小矮人。他们帮助她。最后，一个帅气的王子娶了她，她过上了幸福的生活。我之所以喜欢她是因为她勇敢而聪明。我可以从她身上学到很多东西。

我叫***，今年27岁。19xx年7月我从**师范学校艺师美术专业计划内自费毕业。由于从97年起国家不再对自费生包分配，使我与“太阳底下最光辉的职业”失之交臂。幸好，当时河西马厂完小师资不足，经人介绍，我在该完小担任了一年的临时代课教师。回想起那段时光真是既甜蜜又完美，虽然代课工资很低，但听着同学们围在身旁“老师”、“老师”的叫个不停，看着那一双双充满信任的眼睛，那一张张稚气的小脸，生活中的所有不快都顿时烟消云散了。我原想，即使不能转正，只要学校需要，就是当一辈子代课教师我也心甘情愿。不料，19xx年起国家开始清退临时工和代课教师，接到了学校的口头通知后，我怀着恋恋不舍的情绪，悄悄地离开了学校。

这天，我想透过此次考试重新走上讲坛的愿望是那样迫切！我家共有三姊妹，两个姐姐在外打工，为了照顾已上了年纪的父母，我一向留在他们身边。我曾开过铺子，先是经营工艺品，后又经营服装。但不论生意做得如何得心应手，当一名光荣的人民教师始终是我心向往之并愿倾尽毕生心血去追求的事业。我曾多次参加考试，但都由于各种原因而未能实现梦想，但我暗下决心，只要有机会，我就一向考下去，直到理想实现为止。

如今的我，历经生活的考验，比起我的竞争对手在年龄上我已不再有优势，但是我比他们更多了一份对孩子的爱心、耐心和职责心，更多了一份成熟和自信。教师这个职业是神圣而伟大的，他要求教师不仅仅要有丰富的知识，还要有高尚的情操。因此，在读师范时，我就十分注重自身的全面发展，广泛地培养自我的兴趣爱好，并学有专长，做到除擅长绘画和书法外，还能会唱、会说、会讲。“学高仅能为师，身正方能为范”，在注重知识学习的同时我还注意培养自我高尚的道德情操，自觉遵纪守法，遵守社会公德，没有不良嗜好和行为。我想这些都是一名教育工作者就应具备的最起码的素养。
