雾霾天气时，空中悬浮着大量的颗粒、粉尘、污染物、病毒等，一旦被人体吸入，就会刺激并破坏呼吸道黏膜，使鼻腔变得干燥，细菌进入呼吸道，容易造成上呼吸道感染及相关疾病。

雾霾天气严重影响了人们日常生活和工作。雾霾天气时尽量少开窗;外出要戴口罩;最好不出门或晨练;同时做好皮肤的清洁。

最重要的是空气环境的治理。所以，我们今后外出尽量骑自行车或乘坐公交车，减少机动车尾气排放，坚持低碳生活，为营造良好的环境做出我们的一份努力。

你说的黑是什么黑，你说的白是什么白，人们说的天空蓝又是什么，真的不知道，已经忘记了吧！

空气中的味道什么？柴静说："我以前不知道空气里的味道是什么，但我现在知道了，是钱的味道。"是啊，全是钱，已经让我们看不清世界了。钱真的很重要吗？真的大于生命吗？我们都是同一蓝天下的人，为什么要这样？为什么不能停止呢？

没有电，但我们有阳光，没有电，只是眼睛看不见。但我们不希望生活在这种世界里，我们不希望内心被霾污染，我们不希望心灵看不见，我们希望心可以看见这个世界。

救救孩子们吧，也救救我们自己吧。如果可以，说真的，我愿意用自己生命的三分之二来换取我们的明天。

一天早上，我起床时，发现窗外灰蒙蒙的，没有了蓝天白云，我想：“雾霾真是说来就来啊！”

当我准备出门去上学的时候，雾霾并没有减少，反而越来越多。我打开房门，出去一看，仿佛整个城市都被笼罩在灰尘里，我只好拿出口罩戴上，心里在默默的想：雾霾可真是一个坏孩子，总是跑出来，恶作剧一样的让人们唯恐避之不及；但是如果雾霾是一个人放出的废气的话，那我一定要揍他一顿，让他知道我们都不喜欢雾霾。

我在路上走着，空气中漂浮着细小的颗粒，感觉自己的鼻子被塞住了似的，喘不过来气。我边走边看着路上的行人，每个人的脸上都带着厚厚的口罩，都低着头，匆忙的走过，还有一个年轻人东躲西躲，走路都不走直线，可逗死我了。

不一会就到学校了，雾霾也渐渐散去，看到别的小伙伴都带着口罩，心里小小的平衡了一下，不过我也终于可以拿下口罩了，拿下来真的特别的舒服！

有一次，我和爸爸妈妈计划明天出去玩可早上起床一看，外面雾霾好重，外出根本看不清路，所以计划取消了。因此，我郁闷了一上午。

每当我早上起来时，如果雾霾严重的话，我都会产会生幻觉，感觉自己住在了雾霾里。所以每当我看到外面都是雾霾时，我就会把口罩踩上几脚，我讨厌雾霾。

又是一个雾霾日，不要外出，减少室外活动，这该死的雾霾似乎想把我们禁锢在有限的空间，感冒、咳嗽、发热，这可恶的雾霾仿佛想把人间变成细菌的世界，以前我们总把恶劣的天气说成是电闪雷鸣，风雨交加，然而雷电有它瞬间的震撼和刺激，风雨又给人无限的憧憬和幻想，唯有这雾霾十恶不赦。我多么希望刮一阵大风吹散这满天的雾霾，下一场大雨把地球冲刷得干干净净。

憋了一整天，我想到外面活动一下，外婆逼着我戴上口罩，说实在的，我讨厌这口罩，它阻碍了人与人的交流，掩盖了人的本来面目。像疑犯，像蒙面人，实在不好受，小区的草坪上，邻居阿姨带着它的爱犬在遛狗，阿姨戴着厚厚的浅蓝色的口罩，那狗居然也戴着大大的黑口罩，看来这雾霾也危及到了动物，忽然我听到高大的香樟树上有几只小鸟在叽叽喳喳地高声鸣叫，雾霾里它们是那么地勇敢。突然，我听懂了它们的叫声，它们在竭力喊着环保口号：减少污染，保护环境，保护我们共同的家园——地球。

世上的万事万物都有着关联，就如同小狐狸和小王子，看似无关，如果细细体会，却发现有着密切的关系，没有想到，雾霾竟与我有关。

“别忘记带口罩，今日有雾霾”，妈妈对我叮嘱着。我知道英国伦敦是一个雾都，城市处于若隐若现之中，认为是一幅特别美妙的画面，还想着长大我一定去看看雾中的伦敦，而现在，我就身处在一片雾霾中，却惊讶的发现它不仅毫无美妙可言，甚至是可怕的。

近来，灰蒙蒙的天空，彩虹桥、松江大桥也变得十分模糊，太阳也只有一个微弱的红光，我引以为傲的青山绿水的家乡吉林市，不再有蓝蓝的天，悠悠的白云，整个城市都被披上了一层神秘的面纱，而能看见的只是影影绰绰的轮廓，我的嗓子也感到痒痒的，干干的。

近期，常听说北京、杭州等一些大城市发布重污染预警，甚至有的城市中、小学还因雾霾停课，并建议人们减少户外活动。除了上学，妈妈和我尽量呆在家里，上学时还让我戴口罩。不再和我出去运动。在学校，也有同学感冒多日，不停的咳嗽。新闻上也频频报道雾霾天气不断出现而带来的后果，已经影响到了我的日常生活。

我查找相关的雾霾资料，雾霾是雾与霾的组合词，雾的主要成因是大量悬浮在地面空气中的微小水滴或冰晶组成的气溶胶系统，是近地面层空气中水凝结的产物。雾主要会使能见度降低，会造成交通隐患，但对人的危害不大。霾是由空气中的灰尘、硫酸、硝酸等有害物质组成，它会使大气浑浊，视野模糊并导致能见度降低，并且会对人体造成较大的伤害。主要是由汽车尾气，工业生产排放的废气等造成的。雾霾的危害相当大，它会对农作物的生长造成影响。还易导致多种疾病发生，危害人的健康，特别是对呼吸系统影响很大。

针对这一问题，我们可以把开汽车改为骑自行车或乘坐公交车，减少尾气排放带来的污染，家远的同学也可以一起拼车;家长们可以戒烟，我们还可以减少燃放烟花爆竹，减少污染;还可以多种植花草树木，来净化环境。

我没有想到雾霾竟与我有关，为了拒绝雾霾，健康生活，从我做起，从现在做起，选择低碳生活，绿色出行，才能阻止雾霾天气的发生，让空气更清新，还我们自己一个山青水秀的美丽的吉林市。雾霾竟与我有关。
