在这个家里我很喜欢吃肉，青菜就不怎么爱吃。就因为这个爸爸妈妈不知说过我多少次，可是我就是觉得肉好吃，有一次爸爸为了让我吃菜故意和我抢菜吃，那天妈妈炒了一个我最爱吃的芹菜炒肉，妈妈把菜放在我面前，我不停地挑着肉片吃，真香啊!爸爸来到桌子旁，将菜放在桌子中间，我急忙把菜碗拉过来，爸爸把菜碗又拉了过去，我们俩就这样拉来拉去，我生气了，放下筷子走了，眼看爸爸快要把菜全都吃完了，我就顾不上赌气了，拿起筷子快抢，不管是肉还是菜都进了我的嘴了，不知为什么芹菜也蛮好吃的，从那以后我就开始吃青菜了，我知道爸爸用抢的方法治掉了我不吃青菜的坏毛病，爸爸做的一切都是为我好。

家庭就像我们的大树，我生活在幸福的家里，爸爸妈妈就像树枝让我快乐地生活着，我就像一片叶子。我要好好学习，要把这个家庭建设的更好，也就是我要做一片美的叶子，要把大树装扮得漂漂亮亮。

今天早上，我刚起床拉开窗帘，就看见窗户外面雾蒙蒙的，对面的楼房若隐若现。我高兴地大声喊：“妈妈！今天大雾！我们像在仙境里一样呢！”说完，我就准备打开窗户，感受一下大雾天气。闻声跑过来的妈妈阻止了我，妈妈说：“今天是雾霾天，我们尽量不要开窗。这种污染的天气，对人的健康有很大的影响。”我觉得好遗憾。

终于到了上体育课的时候了，我们大家都要出去排队，这时体育老师开口了：“同学们好！因为今天雾霾天，所以不上室外课，我们只上室内课。”全班同学都眼巴巴地看着不远处的操场，唉声叹气。不能在室外自由地奔跑嬉戏，真让人不舒服啊。

一直持续到下午放学，天还是灰蒙蒙、阴沉沉的，感觉特别压抑。回到家，妈妈正在拆一个大包装盒，原来妈妈买了台空气净化器回家。妈妈说这是她好不容易在商场抢来的，空气净化器都卖断货了。接上电源后，PM2。5竟然显示126了，妈妈连连叹气：“这样的空气，真是让人太不放心了！”

晚餐，妈妈烧了红烧鸭血，红烧白萝卜，都不是我爱吃的。我问妈妈，为什么要吃这些，妈妈说这是抗雾霾的食物，非得让我多吃一点。还要吃不喜欢的食物，真是让我感觉心都要碎了。

雾霾天，真的好烦。我好想念蓝天白云，可以大口呼吸的日子。看到雾霾的形成原因主要是灰尘、汽车尾气、工厂污染等等，看来我们真的要好好保护环境，保护好我们的地球，否则没有干净的空气让我们呼吸，那该是一件多么难过的事情啊！

雾霾是什么?就是雾和霾的结合体，雾—指悬浮的由小水滴组成的水汽凝结物。霾—就是灰霾，是空中的一些灰尘或杂物混合在一起的混浊物。这样的天气可真让人心中不爽。

比如说不久前，在北京的马拉松比赛中，雾霾也不请自来，许多参赛选手都不约而同地戴上了口罩。可当选手跑完时，摘下口罩，只见白色的口罩布满了灰尘，与开跑前的样子形成了鲜明的对比。说明雾霾不仅会让空气变浑浊，有可能那些灰尘还会给人的身体带来不好的影响。

那么雾霾的由来是什么呢?是什么让天气质量变得这么差?1、地面灰尘较大，空气的温度低，地面的人和车把灰尘搅动起来，让空中的灰尘多了起来。2、工厂排出的废气，把空气污染了3、冬季取暖排放出的二氧化碳。
