没想到，这调皮的雾霾居然给我们中小学生们带来了一个意外的“好消息”。 星期三，刚回到家一会儿，电话便“叮铃铃”的响了起来。“太好了!明天停课一天!”同学兴奋地叫声把我吓了一跳。“什...什么?真的吗?”我不禁有些难以置信，但是同学一遍遍的“真的!真的!”又让我不得不相信。连续打了几个电话给其他同学，他们都告诉我因为污染，明天确实停课。“太好了!”我按捺不住心中的激动，差点蹦了起来。

第二天，我八点钟才起床，一整天都呆在家里面，看书、写作业、上网、看电视...时间过得真慢!我突然觉得其实在学校也挺好的。虽然要写作业，要上课，但是至少能和同学们一起在操场上玩耍。现在外面全是雾霾的世界，只能一直在家里面宅着。

这次雾霾闯了大祸，让南京市的中小学都停课两天。虽然开始很开心，觉得“雾霾真好，不用上学”，但是雾霾带给我们的一种伤害更大，它污染了环境，会让我们的呼吸系统受到伤害、使交通受到阻塞......该怎么让这个调皮的孩子变乖呢?雾霾有这几个臭味相投的朋友：工地扬尘、汽车尾气、工厂废气，烧秸秆产生的浓烟等等。如果我们能够想办法把它们管住，那么雾霾自然就会听话了。所以，我们每个人都要从自己做起，少开车，多坐公共汽车，既节省了能源又减少了污染。希望让我们的头顶上永远是一片蓝色天空。雾霾，快走吧!

雾霾，从14年慢慢的来到了15年新的羊年。雾霾已经导致了多人生病，现在人们嘴里常常说出的雾霾，其实就是PM2.5。雾霾是人们健康的杀手，已经影响到了我国四分之一的国土，我国约有六亿人遭受雾霾袭击。

雾霾的形成，已经影响到了许许多多的人。专家说‘雾霾的形成是由空气中的灰尘、硫酸、硝酸、有机碳氢化合物等大量细小的细菌等形成了霾。’因为现在到了冬天，天气比较潮湿所以霾一受到潮湿的天气就会形成雾，所以经常被人们称为“雾霾”。

雾霾里面有许许多多的人们留下的痕迹，汽车尾气、化工厂排气、化工厂排污水等……

人们在这个世界上给后代留下的够多了，可是现在的大家给后代却留下了一个十分不好的一种气体那就是我们现在严重危机的雾霾——PM2.5，而它就是人们的健康杀手。

我们大家现在要一起联合在一起，一起抵抗病毒的新的援军——雾霾大将。我们可以多种树，少开车。我们每次出门的时候也要带上口罩哟!我们也尽量少出门。

一年一度的新年又到了，真开心，因为可以和全家人吃年夜饭又可以领到压岁钱，平常在家里都没办法和爷爷奶奶一起吃饭，现在终于可以一起吃饭了，我感觉到我是全世界最幸福的人。

过年的时候，爸爸带我们回老家玩，早上我们出发了，我感受到 老家热情的太阳，晒的我把衣服一件件的脱掉，到了饭店我直奔沙滩，躺在椰子树的吊床上，大家都要想玩玩看，接着我们换上泳装，直奔游泳池玩水，我们在游泳池打水仗，玩的真开心，到了晚上，我们在很多丰盛的自助餐吧，享用晚餐，就这样，度过美好的一天。然后我们去了老街，看到了孔庙、平安古堡，这些建筑物看起来古色古香，真有趣。

最后一天，我们去外婆家拜年，和外公外婆一起吃饭，吃完饭后，外婆发给我们红包，我们开心的跟外婆说：”谢谢外婆外婆听了很开心，我们也很开心。”

以上是我的快乐新年假期，我觉得很开心，很好玩，下次一定要请爸爸安排更好玩的行程。

近日，北京在内的数个重点城市陷入了浓浓的雾霾中，天空晴了又灰。两周过去，这类新闻已经变得乏力。对于此次前所未有的雾霾灾害，网络上引起了激烈的讨论。对于这次的雾霾灾害，我又有一些自己的看法。

雾霾是一种恶性的自然现象，其内含有的大量“pm2.5”给人们带来了各种各样的困恼，健康就是其中最重要的一个危害。吸入雾霾，便会给人们的生理健康带来巨大的影响，各种良性、恶性疾病接踵而至，市民死亡率远高于平常，可以说，雾霾给人们带来了巨大的危害。

万事皆有根源，那么，究竟为什么会出现这么大面积，大程度的雾霾灾害呢?这显然是一个重要的话题。雾霾刚起，网友们的想法众说纷呈，有的说是因为垃圾的处理方式，有的说是因为工地施工和家庭装修，还有的说是污染物排放。而我却认为是因为车辆的猛增，各种排放物每天都在制造，这才是雾霾天气最根本的原因。事实正是如此，车辆大量的燃烧石油、汽油，排放出大量的黑烟和水汽，这些混合在一起，就成了雾霭的主体。

雾霾，在中国是第一次，却不是世界的第一次。英国首都伦敦，就曾经被冠以“雾都”之名，同样是雾霭在作怪。从1952年开始，浓浓的雾霾便笼罩了伦敦。和中国相同，一开始伦敦人对此并没有太大的担忧，可远高于平时的市民死亡率却让伦敦人不得不警醒，随即便开始了长达六十余年的治理行动。

为什么会形成雾霾?这是次要的，相比这个，大家更关心的是何时能让帝都摆脱雾霾的威胁。在城区设立无烟区，将污染大户迁到郊外，这些都是有效的治理方法。还可以拔高烟囱、勤种树木。可以说的是，摆脱雾霾，并不缺少方法，而是需要岁月的堆积。

除官方的应对之外，每个处于雾霾中的市民都应该从自己做起，少开车，换节能车，尽量乘坐公共交通。只有每一个人都行动起来，才能真正将雾霾赶出中国!

雾霾天气是自然和人为污染环境所形成的，面对这种恶劣天气，我们只有采取各种措施尽量避免其给人们正常生活和健康带来的危害。

1.减少外出。抵抗力弱的老人儿童以及患有呼吸系统疾病的易感人群应尽量减少出门，或减少户外活动，外出时戴口罩防护身体，防止污染物由鼻、口侵入肺部，外出归来后，应立即清洗面部及裸露肌肤。

2.减少户外锻炼。雾霾天气气压低，能见度低，空气中悬浮大量尘埃等有毒颗粒，患有支气管哮喘、慢性支气管炎、阻塞性肺气肿和慢性阻塞性肺疾病等慢性呼吸道疾病患者，应尽量避免户外锻炼，以免诱发慢性病得发作或加重。同样大雾天气压较低，高血压、冠心病等慢性病患者不宜做户外锻炼，以避免诱发心绞痛、心衰。中等和重度霾天气易对人体呼吸循环系统造成刺激，尤其是在早晨空气质量较差。通常来说，若无冷空气活动和雨雪、大风等天气时，锻炼的时间最好选择上午到傍晚前的空气质量好，能见度高的时段进行，地点以树多草多的地方为好，霾天气时也应适度减少运动量与运动强度。

3. 关闭门窗。由于雾霾天气时，空气中的污染物难以消散，在大雾的天气应紧闭门窗，避免室外雾气进入室内污染室内空气，诱发急性呼吸道和心血管疾病的发生。

4. 注意饮食。患有慢性呼吸道疾病患者，尤其是老年人要保持科学的生活规律，避免过度劳累，多饮水。要注意饮食清淡，少食刺激性食物，多吃些豆腐、牛奶等食品，必要时要补充维生素D。
