Mother’s Day is a holiday when children honor their mothers with cards, gifts and flowers. (一)自然气候是影响城市霾日数的首要原因

大范围雾霾天气主要出现在秋冬季节冷空气较弱和水汽条件较好的大尺度大气环流形势下，近地面低空为静风或微风。因此，山、河谷地区(山西的部分城市、湖南长沙等)、平原河湖地区(如南京、合肥、杭州等)更易形成雾霾天气，而干燥多风地区则不易形成。如呼和浩特和乌鲁木齐2012年霾日数为0。本次北京雾霾天气主要是遭遇了罕见的逆温气象条件。

(二)“三高”的经济发展方式是近年来中东部地区霾日数增加的主要原因

2009年我国千美元GDP能耗(2000年美元不变价，下简称单位能耗)约0.77吨标准油，是世界平均水平0.31吨的两倍，同年美、英、日的单位能耗分别为0.19、0.12、0.1吨标准油。尤其是我国第二产业能耗较高。2010年我国三次产业结构为10：47：43，但三次产业及其与居民生活的能源消费比例为2：71：16：11。比产业能耗结构更突出的问题是能源结构。2010年我国能源消费结构中煤炭(其中49.5%用于火力发电)、石油、天然气、电力(包括水电、核电、其他能发电，不含火电)比例为71.9：20：4.6：3.5(下文同此口径)，同期世界煤炭消费占比不到30%，我国清洁能源使用比例明显偏低。

(三)大气污染区域化和生活方式高碳化是一些大城市霾日数增加的重要原因

2011年，北京市单位能耗约为0.32吨标准油，三次产业结构为0.9：24：75.1，能源消费结构中煤炭、石油、天然气、电力比例为27.1：32.6：14.4：25.9，基本达到世界大城市标准。北京市环保局数据显示，今年1月影响北京PM2.5污染物(霾天气的重要成因)的首要原因是北京周边地区的影响(24.5%)，其次是机动车直接和间接排放(约22%)。在长三角和珠三角的部分城市，部分污染物的外来源贡献率达到40%。

霾日数增加不仅是“天灾”，也是大气污染的“人祸”，在人口、产业密集的大城市更易发生，影响也更大。治本之道在于多管齐下，积极应对大气污染。

Now, the new term begins. I live the life normal as before. Every morning, I get up at 6:30. After washing, I eat breakfast at home. My mother always cooks delicious and nutritious breakfast for me. I usually go to school at 7:20 by bike. It only takes me ten minutes to get to the school. We have the morning reading at 7:40 and the classes begin from 8:00. 今天早晨，我打开窗户，一股清新湿润的空气迎面吹来。哦，起雾了!

我打开门，雾便窜了进来。我站在门口，好像从天空降下了一个既厚又宽的大布帘，我的视线被雾挡住了，好像空间只有眼前这么大。大雾在天地之间弥漫着，我如同置身于茫茫的雾海中，又仿佛进入了仙境一般。雾越来越浓了，真像一位仙女穿着洁白的纱裙。雾在我周围缭绕，浸润着我的脸。啊!我感到一切都是那么舒服。这茫茫的大雾，真别有一番诗情画意啊!

看着看着，我仿佛驾驶着宇宙飞船飞向遥远的太空。我在雾中徘徊，这不像在腾云驾雾吗?俗话说，“十雾九晴”。雾在减退，过了好一会，浓浓的大雾变成了薄薄的纱。太阳公公终于露出了笑脸，万丈阳光洒向人间，我尽情的享受着美妙的大自然，心里好舒畅啊!

昨天，爸爸决定带多多和童童一起去游乐场。

今天，多多和童童早早地起了床，马上洗脸刷牙，打开窗门，却发现眼前布满了土黄色的粒子，连马路都看不见，屋子好像被粒子给包围了。

爸爸突然走出房间，郑重地说：“今天有严重的雾霾，所以不能去游乐场了。”

多多和童童听了大大的失望，只好回到客厅里，多多望着窗户外的雾霾，难过地说：“有雾霾可真不好！”“是呀。”童童用沉重的语气回答。“但是为什么会有雾霾呢？”多多十分不解。“我在百科全书上看过，雾霾有两种原因，一种是太阳粒子的照射，还有一种是人类破坏环境。”“所以我们要保护环境？”“是的。”童童回答。

我们一定要保护好环境。

Since the development of the technology, the society gets modernized, people make use of the high technology to pursue more profit. Though the government has noticed the problem that people do to the environment, they still can’t prevent negative result that the polluted environment brings.

打从科技的发展，社会已经变得现代化，人们充分利用高科技来追求更多的利润。虽然政府已经注意到了人们对环境所做的事情这个问题，但是他们仍然不能阻止被污染环境的所带来的后果。

Many years ago, the most prominent problem of the polluted environment is that the river and the water were changed their color, some fish even died for the polluted river. Now the situation becomes ever worse, lately, in the big city, like Beijing and Shanghai, people are annoyed by the bad weather. It is not the rainy day, but the haze around the sky, there is no way for people to run away for it. The haze contains toxic elements, people breathe it and hurt their bodies.

很多年前，环境污染所带来的最突出问题时河流和水的颜色被改变，一些鱼甚至死于被污染的河流。现在这样的情形变得更加的糟糕，最近，在大城市，比如北京和上海，人们受困于糟糕的天气。并不是因为雨天，而是因为雾霾包围天空，人们无处可逃。雾霾中含有有毒的元素，人们呼吸着雾霾，损害着他们的身体。

The haze problem is the result of people’s pursuit for the profit, what people did to the environment now has been paid back by the environment. Now people have realized the revenge from the nature is so huge, protecting the environment is the main task. No matter how bad the environment is, people still need to do something to fix their mistake.

雾霾问题是人们追求利润而造成的，人们曾经对环境所做的现在已经得到了报复。现在人们已经意识到了大自然的报复是多么的大，保护环境是主要的任务。无论环境变得多坏，人们仍然要去做一些事情来弥补自己的错误。
