雾霾，在有的时候是不会出现的。比如说，下雨天，霾都是固体，只是半径小，自然被雨水“冲刷”掉了;大风天气也不会出现雾霾。在雾霾出现的时候我们一定要先注意防护，无论老人小孩，还是什么人，都要尽量避免在雾霾天气外出，或者在雾霾情况见好转之后再外出，而且要购买具有特殊功能的口罩，来抵御雾霾。
