雾霾的天气，我们呼吸的是混浊的气体。空气中的霾会引起肺炎、咽喉炎、气管炎、心脏衰落等疾病。1952年，英国伦敦的那场大雾似无形的杀手，在短短五天内就夺取了4000人的生命，在之后两个月内有夺去了8000人的生命，可见大雾的威力，也该给我们敲响了警钟。

针对雾霾的几点建议

科学技术是第一生产力。技术在发展过程中成为人与自然、人与社会之间进行物质、能量和信息变换的“媒介”，是变天然自然为人为自然，以及实现对社会调节、控制的手段。人类社会的每一项进步，都伴随着科学技术的进步。尤其是现代科技的突飞猛进，为社会生产力发展和人类的文明开辟 了更为广阔的空间，有力地推动了经济和社会的发展。科学技术所开拓的生产力创造了高度发达的物质文明，但对科学技术的使用不当，又引发了世界范围内极其严重的环境问题，我们在享受科学技术带来的物质财富的同时也深受其害。本文为减轻雾霾提出几点建议。

大气污染的形成不是一朝一夕，治理污染也不可能毕其功于一役。要从根本上消除重污染天气，改善空气质量，需要在制度上实现保障，从源头上进行防治，并制定长效的协同联动机制。

(一)加大综合治理力度，减少污染物排放 雾霾天气中污染物的主要来源是燃煤、燃油以及与居民生活有关的各种排放。对于燃煤源消减的关键是加强工业企业大气污染综合治理，全面整治燃煤小锅炉，逐步用高效节能环保型锅炉淘汰中小型燃煤锅炉。加快推进城市集中供热，扩大高污染燃料禁燃区范围，逐步推行“煤改气”工程建设;鼓励北方农村地区推广使用洁净煤。加快重点行业脱硫、脱硝、除尘改造的工程建设。减少燃油导致的污染物同时需要强化移动源污染防治，大城市严格限制机动车保有量，实施公交优先战略，提高公交出行比例，大力推广新能源汽车，提升燃油品质，加快石油炼制企业的升级改造，严厉打击非法生产、销售不合格油品的行为。除燃煤燃油外，污染物源还有油烟污染、秸秆燃烧等，应开展餐饮油烟污染治理，餐饮服务经营场所安装高效油烟净化设施，强化无油烟净化设施及露天烧烤的环境监管;全面推广秸秆还田、秸秆能源化利用等综合措施，加强秸秆燃烧监管。

(二)加强科普宣传工作，提高民众减排意识 大气污染不仅仅来源于工业、汽车尾气、建筑工地等，也来自于日常生活。驱散雾霾，离不开每个人的环保意识和环保行动。要积极开展多种形式的宣传教育，普及大气污染防治的科学知识，倡导文明、节约、绿色的消费方式和生活习惯，引导公众从自身做起、从点滴做起、从身边的小事做起，在全社会树立起“同呼吸、共奋斗”的行为准则，共同改善空气质量。充分发挥新闻媒体在大气环境保护中的作用，积极宣传区域大气污染联防联控的重要性、紧迫性，宣传国家采取的政策措施和取得的成效，加强舆论监督，为改善大气环境质量营造良好的氛围。

(三)加强对雾霾的监测预报预警能力研究，提高科学有效防控能力 在国家、地方相关科技计划中，加大对大气污染防治科技研发的支持力度。进一步强化气溶胶和雾霾监测分析技术研发和系统建设，完善大气成分监测体系，改进雾霾数值预报模式，有效提升雾霾天气和大气污染的监测预报预警能力;大力开展雾霾天气形成的机理研究，及城市对边界层动力热力结构的作用和对雾霾形成发展消散的影响研究。加快推进大气污染综合防治重大科技专项，开展光化学烟雾的危害性、污染机理与控制对策研究;开展区域大气复合污染控制对策体系研究。加快工业污染防治技术、工业脱硫脱硝除尘技术等的研发与示范，积极推广先进实用技术。以科学研究为依据提高大气污染的防控能力和效益。

Yesterday, I felt very tired. When I was in class, I felt sleepy and could not listen to the teacher carefully. And I did not want to eat anything at home. I went to bed early. 昨天，我感到非常累。我在上课的时候，我就觉得困了，总是听不进老师讲课。在家里我不想吃任何东西，我早早地上床睡觉，今天早上，我感到头晕，而且我的头是热的。我妈妈说我发烧了。于是她带我去看医生，医生给了我开了一些药，并告诉我在家里有好好的休息。这是不是太严重了，我希望我能好起来。

我的英语老师名叫朱祥慧。听这名字,以为是女的,其实是男的。朱老师长得丑,而且不是一般的丑。俗话说得好:人不可貌相,海水不可斗量。我们以貌取人就大错特错了。他虽然丑,但是英语过了八级呢!厉害吧!

更厉害的还是上他的课呢。他的课,每一节都不同寻常。特别是班上那些调皮捣蛋的学生,简直就是小心翼翼、提心吊胆了。对他们来说,上英语课,应该如同下地狱一般痛苦吧。为什么呢?因为一不小心就有“坠入深谷的危险”——接受“严刑拷打”的考验。“拷打”的过程中,班里有些女生就拍手叫好。用英语老师的话来说,那就是:“上英语课有仇的报仇,有冤的申冤。如果这些男生一而再、再而三地欺负女生,找我就可以了!”这一番话可是说到女生的心窝子里了。

我最佩服英语老师的“双棍打”。左右手都得打,经过老师的一阵“狂打”,你的手非得疼上半节课。其次就是“蹲板凳”——把凳子抽出来,然后你坐在空气中,姿势还必须就像坐在板凳上的一样。20分钟下来,你就挥汗如雨了!这两招还都不算狠,最狠的一招是“笑脸”。英语老师会拍着你的肩膀,笑着对你说一番话,这时,他就会露出那一口不齐整的大牙,令你“毛骨悚然”。

当然也有女生挨揍的时候。前两招我就都领教过,第三招还没“享受”过,我现在是没有那个“荣幸”了。所以,我觉得一句话非常适合形容英语课,那就是:不经历风雨,怎能见彩虹。

“严师出高徒”,我们班的英语成绩就不用说了,每次考试都稳拿第一。英语老师常常用武力,我们班同学居然都喜欢他,在学校组织的“最受欢迎的老师”的评选中,英语老师竟然位居榜首。

自小至今，我的兴趣很广泛，不但有动有静，也分室内和室外，还依喜好程度不同，而有排行顺序。

每个人都有不同的兴趣，但这些兴趣的培养，却不是一朝一夕就可养成的。 我喜欢在空闲时阅读课外书籍，如此一来不但能使自己多方面涉猎更多不同的知识外，更可以增广见闻;另在假日时，我也喜欢到户外享受大自然的洗礼，也可让亲子之间的互动关系更为亲密，再则我也喜欢弹奏那有着优美旋律的古典钢琴，因每当音乐一起，顿时会使人暂时忘却烦恼且心旷神怡，更能使同时爱好音乐的爸爸欣喜不已。

但在所有兴趣中，我唯一钟情不二的是绘画，因自我入幼儿园起，依稀记得在老师的启蒙教导下，让我第一次接触的是蜡笔，我学会如何使用它，握着它随意用线条勾勒出各式各样不同的图形，有方形、 圆形、三角形、也有动物、植物、天、地、山、水或配合季节、白天、晚上，一一呈现出不同的景象，常还会因浸淫在绘画世界而废寝忘食，更难以忘怀的是一年级时，还常因画画而得了不少奖及老师极力的赞赏呢!

还记得去年冬天的那场雾霾吗？天空像被扣上一口黑压压的大锅，整座城市浸泡在漆黑的雾霾之中。人与人之间的距离，悲哀地拉大，你站在我对面，我却看不清你的模样。商家的霓虹灯不再属于夜晚，不得不在白天闪烁，把泉城变成了海市蜃楼，活脱脱一副恐怖片的既视感。

这一天的早晨，舅舅同他的三个同事开车去上班，由于能见度非常低，舅舅开得非常小心。汽车经过一个普通的十字路口，雾灯、车灯、转向灯、红绿灯，在强大的雾霾攻击之下，全部淹没了光泽，成了别人眼中失灵的黑灯。

汽车小心翼翼地转过弯，迎面深灰色的世界里，一辆大型油罐车凶神恶煞般的冲过来，不偏不倚，撞上了舅舅他们的车。“咣”的一声巨响后，舅舅的车直接被甩进了路旁的水沟里。

周末的中心医院病房里，舅舅懊恼地躺在病床上，腿上打着石膏，浑身缠满了绷带，头上、脸上被一层层的绷带包裹着，看不清以往俊朗的脸庞。妈妈满眼是泪，断断续续告诉我，舅舅断了五根肋骨，右腿粉碎性骨折！

病房里，跟舅舅同车的三位叔叔遭遇也不好，其中两位伤情较轻，另一位比舅舅还要严重。更想不到的是，肇事司机竟然是我二姨夫公司里的员工！也就是说，运输公司老板的员工，开车撞伤了老板的大舅哥！

这剧情，简直就和某些电视剧一样狗血，却是刀刀见血地，真实地、千真万确地发生在我们家啊！

得知消息后，全家人都震惊了！场面非常尴尬，虽然二姨夫第一时间赶到医院挨个进行了探望，一再赔礼道歉，但是面对巨额的医疗费，再加上后续的赔偿款，原本和睦的一家人还是有了无法言说的嫌隙。

一场雾霾导致一场车祸，一场车祸不仅殃及了四个无辜，还破坏了四个家庭的团结。亲戚们之间的关系，就这么被强行塞进的一团雾霾硬生生地阻隔开来。隔阂像缥缈的雾霾，像野蚕吐不尽的丝网，笼罩在全家人的心头，再也回不到以前和睦幸福的心态了。

直到今天，舅舅还是不能下床，更不能工作，孱弱的舅妈独自承担着照顾老人和孩子的重任。而二姨一家也活在深深的愧疚之中。

而在那个一周没见到太阳的雾霾岁月里，真的不敢想象，还有多少人，因雾霾而惨遭车祸？还有多少人，因雾霾失去了健康？还有多少人，因雾霾停止了呼吸？还有多少家庭，被雾霾剥夺了幸福？

我们总侥幸地以为，车祸是一场意外；我们总天真地设想，悲剧不会发生在自己身上；我们总无关痛痒地讨论，世界各地环境恶化的新闻，就是不会想到，一旦一语成谶，命运会被怎么改写，生活会被怎么反转。谁都不希望噩运降临在自己家的头上，但是，当真正无法阻挡时，真的会让人无法相信，措不及防！

那么，我想问，真的是无法阻挡吗？环境污染真的和我们没有关系吗？环境恶化真的跟我们的生活一点瓜葛都没有，一点影响也不存在吗？

不是的！环境影响着每一个人的生活，环境决定着人类的未来，环境关系着你我他，关系着子孙后代，关系着千秋伟业！

还记得吗？十年前的小清河，那条彩色的河，那条臭气熏天的河，那条谁也不想走近的河。一天的光阴里，小清河像变色龙一样，会有四种颜色！早晨是黄色的，中午是青色的，下午是紫色的，黄昏是红色的！因为每天的四个时段，有四家不同的工厂排放不同的污水！

那时的小清河，背负着多么沉重的负担啊！可是，发展经济才是头等大事，不仅小清河无可奈何，老百姓也束手无策啊！

短视必然带来报应，阵痛之后是血淋淋的教训和领悟！

老师们，同学们，今天的小清河早就绿了，人在画中行的舒适和惬意，让百姓的脸上写满了幸福。保护环境可不单是政府的事，你和我都可以在举手之间，融进环境保护。行动起来吧！不用多么伟大！只要一点点，一点点就足够了！

平常出门，少开几次私家车；满大街的共享单车，扫码即可骑走，这是时尚生活的新选择。没用完的本子，别急着扔了，每人每天节约一张纸，全国13亿人口，就会节约13亿张纸，相当于保护了2700吨树木！

老师们，同学们，雾霾之痛，不仅是我们一家人的痛。因为，We have only one earth as our homeland ，我们只有一个地球，一个家园！
