只见台上的演员有男有女，男演员画着或黑、或白、或红的各色脸谱，手中刀枪剑戟舞动如飞，让我们看的眼花缭乱，都忍不住热血沸腾起来。女演员则身着五颜六色的漂亮服饰，头上珠钗也闪着微光，看的周围女同学一直连声羡慕。再看她们的脸上，眉眼如画，举手投足间都流露出精致的优雅，让人看的如痴如醉，不禁被她的喜怒哀乐所牵引。

而给我印象最为深刻的则是京胡和绸舞表演。京胡由五个人一起合作演奏，五个身着长衫的人在台上“一”字排开，看起来特别有气势。只见他们手势一扬，把京胡演奏的悠扬婉转，动听悦耳。不过要说漂亮，那肯定非绸舞表演莫属了，听老师说这也是最有难度的一项表演。

只见台上一名女子配合着优美的舞步，把两条长长的绸带舞动得美轮美奂，时而像长长的彩虹桥，时而像柔美的云雾，时而变成飘逸的圆圈把女子围在中间，真是恍如仙女下凡，美的让人移不开眼。

表演的最后，台上的演员们还特意留出时间和我们台下的小观众进行了互动。有的女生被请到了台上跟女演员学习花旦表演，男生则被请到台上跟男演员学武生的一些武打动作，看起来飒爽英姿，真是帅呆了。而他们一板一眼的认真劲儿，把台下的同学们都给逗乐了。

Chinese high speed train has won many praise from foreign people. The

trains always start off as the timetable and reach the destination on time. High

speed train is popular by the public by its speed and punctuality, but what if

someone breaks the traffic rule? Recently, a video got popular on the Internet.

A woman was stuck in the door of high speed train and the staffs tried to stop

her but failed. She said her husband was on the way and she wanted the train to

晚上，我看到妈妈拖着疲惫的身体回家，一下就坐在床上，看上去十分劳累，于是，我先在洗手间端来一盆水温合适的温水，放到妈妈的房间里。一开始，我说要帮妈妈洗脚，妈妈先是一惊而后又连忙拒绝，好像有点不好意思，但是我一再坚持，妈妈也只好答应了。在不经意间，我看到妈妈的脸上绽放出了欣慰的笑意。我轻轻脱了妈妈的袜子，把那双长有茧子的脚慢慢地放进热水了，一点一点的揉着，搓着，我突然发现妈妈的脚很瘦，可以说是皮包骨头了，脚上还有几条裂痕。看到这里，我忍不住小声问了一句：“妈妈，您的脚疼吗？”妈妈看着我，满脸笑容的说：“不疼，很舒服。”我的眼泪好像不听指挥似的，自己掉了下来。我想；怎么可能不疼。望着妈妈的脚，我心潮起伏，思绪万千，以前，妈妈就是凭着这一双瘦小的脚，天天送我上学；您就是凭着这一双干裂的脚，把我抚养长大；您就是凭着这一双长满老茧的脚，包了家里的所有家务事……妈妈啊，我究竟该怎样才能报答您的恩情呢？妈妈似乎看懂了我的心思，认真地说：“你只要好好学习，就是对妈妈最好的回报，”我听了使劲点头。

洗脚，让我懂得了做父母的辛苦，是洗脚，让我给妈妈带来了欣慰，是洗脚，让我知道了我只要好好学习，就是对妈妈的最大回报。

妈妈，我不会再辜负了您对我的希望，我一定会好好学习来报答您对我的养育之恩！

从小，我就喜欢跳舞。在音乐强烈的节奏里，表达内心的激情，用优美的肢体语言诠释心中的梦想，那种自信的、优雅的感觉，令我陶醉。

一次偶然的机会，妈妈带我走进了“舞之梦”，正式开始了我的“舞之旅”。我的舞蹈启蒙老师姓刘，是一位漂亮、专业、认真、和善的大姐姐。一开始学习舞蹈时，我总想很快地学习很多舞蹈，但刘老师总要我练枯燥、沉闷的基本功，还不厌其烦地告诉我：“高楼万丈平地起，打好基础最重要。”

仰卧起坐、小跳、压肩、压腿、踢腿、下腰……每堂课下来，我累得快趴下了，回家还得完成老师布置的舞蹈作业……我嘴里小声嘀咕着：“真难啊!”一次次汗水、泪水、悔恨、埋怨占据了我的心。我觉得舞蹈十分无趣，简直就是在浪费生命。我想要放弃。

记得一次做掰腰练习时，老师让我趴在地上，双手交叉放在前胸。然后，老师一手按住我的腰部，一手托着我的手肘，让我的头尽量后仰再后仰。我都不敢呼吸。突然听到“咔嚓”一声，老师才放开我。我“哇”的一声哭了起来。妈妈以为伤到我的腰椎了，赶紧冲进教室!确认我没事后，她才放下心来，按老师教的方法帮我“回腰”。

那次之后很长一段时间我都害怕跳舞。是妈妈的劝导、老师的鼓励支撑着我继续一步一步往前走……“孩子，人人都喜欢鲜花、掌声。舞蹈之路充满了荆棘、艰苦。然而，最重要的是你能不能去战胜困难，走到最后，迎接最终的鲜花、掌声。”

如今，一千五百个日夜过去了。现在的我，身体柔韧、步态轻盈，有了扎实的基本功，学起舞蹈来又快又好。今年“六一”儿童节，我还担任了领舞呢!我参加零陵区舞蹈节目比赛多次获得一等奖。

我是一个幸运的人，在“舞之梦”这片温暖、自由的沃土上，我由一棵光秃秃的小树苗，逐渐长出了枝桠、长出了绿叶，根须也越扎越深。我相信，只要有足够的阳光，我就可以长成参天大树!

原来，只要坚持，只要肯付出努力，一切都皆有可能。相信在将来的人生路上，我一定会舞出精彩的自我!

“北京欢迎你!”，悠扬的歌声回荡在我的耳边，坐在通往北京的火车上，我的眼睛紧紧地贴在窗子上，不得不说是望眼欲穿。之前，只是在照片上欣赏过北京，但是我觉得只有亲身体验，才会有身临其境的感觉。

到达北京，正赶上升旗仪式。解放军叔叔孙鲁用力地将国旗送上旗杆，随着护旗队从天安门走出，国旗在天空中冉冉升起，同时也在我的心中徐徐升起。已经在电脑上无数次看过升旗，但每一次看都有每一次的感受，每一次看都有每一次的想法，有时充满了豪迈之情，有时让我感受到生活的幸福，有时让我感受到祖国的强大，但有一种情感是永远不变的——那就是：我是中国人，我爱中国!每当雄壮的国歌响起，就如一缕阳光照进在我的心田。

参观完升旗仪式，我们来到了恭王府——清朝大贪官和坤的家，走进去，哎哟，我被绊了一个跟头，是谁捣的鬼?原来是和坤家的高门槛害了我，要知道门槛越高就代表着官员的地位越高，跨进去，呀!说不尽那楼台亭阁。飞檐上雕饰着威武的龙，优雅的凤，虽然经过岁月的冲刷，漆已经掉了一些，但依然隐藏不住恭王府的风采。步入后园，哇，正是“小园几许，收尽春光”，只见那有桃花红，李花白，菜花黄，只见那参天大树上，正莺儿啼，燕儿舞，蝶儿忙。

俗话说：“不到长城非好汉”，今天我就是一个“小女汉”子。随后，我顶着烈日来到长城上，抚摸着那一块块板砖，时光似乎倒流了，我好像回到了古代，看见了苦难的百姓用坚实的肉体和肩膀铸就长城的情景……我回过神来又打起精神，继续攀登长城。后来累了，便将脸贴在长城的围墙上，任长城的山风吹拂自己的面颊。最后终于爬上了八达岭长城，我的心中充满了自豪与骄傲。

北京，是中华人民共和国的首都，也是一座充满历史文明的古城。在中国劳动人民的共同努力下，北京将更加繁荣兴盛!

WTO提供给各国互利共赢机会，例如：中国经济在加入WTO之后保持了年均约9。5%的增速，这样的成就引人注目，中国与时俱进，改革多边贸易体制，提高了综合国力。

就在春节没多久，中国武汉就爆发了严重的冠状性病毒，这些病毒肆意侵蚀人们的生命健康安全，至此全员行动，说不出门就不出门，医生护士也竭尽全力去救治更多的人，日本向我们寄来了上千的口罩让我们得以缓解当下的紧急情况，正当他们也被病毒所感染时，我们也毫不犹豫给予援助之手。山川异域，也可风雨同天。在这场没有硝烟的战争中，只有全世界联手对抗，我们才能共度危机!

欲达共赢，当以大局为重。既为竞争，那么既可视为以一种另一个意义上的“团队”。既然是在大集团里，那么每个个体的事都是小事，当以团队大局最重。把个体中任何一方的成败都当作团队的集体荣誉。团队中的每个个体应为利己利他的观念行事。

在这个寒假里，令我最快乐的事是正月十五闹元宵。这天，我们全家人早早吃完晚饭，准备送年。六点刚过，哥哥、姐姐就点燃早已准备好的火把，在每个屋子里转了一圈送下了楼，一家人紧跟在后面来到院子里。左邻右舍也都陆陆续续把火把送了出来，大家一起在院子里欢快地跳起了火堆。四面渐渐传来此起彼伏的爆竹声，天空中不时闪烁着五彩缤纷的礼花。

跳完火堆，我们随着人流走向大街，一路看花炮，一路放花炮。来到一处比较空旷的地方，我迫不及待地拿出许愿灯，小心翼翼地打开，先把它吹鼓，然后让爸爸、妈妈帮着提住上面，我动作麻利地系好固体燃料，拿着打火机点了起来，不一会儿燃料慢慢地燃着了。妈妈说：“先别急，等一会儿再放。”我们轻轻地扶着许愿灯等了一会儿，许愿灯开始慢慢上升，我们不约而同地丢开许愿灯，合起双手许下了自己的心愿。

望着慢慢上升的许愿灯，渐渐地离我们远去，闪闪烁烁的光芒好像天空中的小星星，对着我们眨眼睛，好像在说：我一定会实现你们的愿望!

What is healthy diet? To the most people, healthy diet means more green foods, no junk foods. The green food is those pollution-free, high quality and nutrient food, including the organic vegetables and meats, fruits, eggs and so on. The meals of healthy diet should be cooked with fewer salt and oil. And the junk food is those low nutrition, high calorie, processed food with much salt or oil, such as the fries, fried chickens, salted eggs and so on. These foods will cause one get weight and increase the risk of many diseases. We should keep a healthy diet, abandon the junk food to keep ourselves healthy.

什么是健康饮食?对于大多数人来说，健康饮食就意味着多吃绿色食品，不要吃垃圾食品。绿色食品就是那些无污染、高品质和营养的食物，包括有机蔬菜和肉类、水果、鸡蛋等等。健康饮食的膳食应该用更少的盐和油制作。而垃圾食品是指那些低营养、高热量、再加工的高盐重油食品，例如薯条、炸鸡和咸蛋等等。这些食品会导致一个人发胖，并增加疾病的风险。为了保持健康，我们应该保持健康饮食，抛弃垃圾食品。

I recall my study experiences. Sometimes I studied with my classmates, but sometimes I prefer to study alone. In my opinion, learning collaboratively can help us to improve our ability of communication. At the same time, it can give us a stage where we can exchange our thoughts with each other. In addition, through learning collaboratively we can get more chance to know our classmates. But there are some disadvantages. For example, during the time of study, we may not study but talk with our classmates.

回想起我的学习经历。有时候我会和我的同学一起学习，但有时候我喜欢一个人学习。在我看来，集体学习能帮助我们提高我们的交际能力。同时，也可以给我们一个互相交流想法的舞台。此外，通过集体学习可以获得了解同学的机会。但也会有一些缺点。例如，学习的时候，我们可能会和同学聊天而不是学习。

As a matter of fact, learning individually also has some advantages. Firstly, if we study alone, we will think about something by ourselves. It can help us to improve our ability of thinking by ourselves. And learning individually is good for our creation.

事实上，一个人学习也是有好处的。首先，如果我们单独学习，有些东西我们就得自己思考。这可以帮助我们提高我们的思维能力。而且，单独学习有助于我们的创造力。

As learning individually has some advantages and learning collaboratively also has some advantages, so I think we should use a combination of both.

单独学习有一定的优势，而集体学习也有很多的优点，所以我认为我们应该利用两者的结合。

我的妈妈很爱我，很喜欢给我夹菜，我开始觉得她很烦人，很讨厌她这样做，每次她给我夹菜，我总是恶狠狠地瞪她一眼或是大声说：“不要给我夹菜”，有时干脆把菜扔到桌上，直到发生了一件事，我才知道她夹给我的都是她认为最好吃的菜。那天，妈妈做了6个鸡腿，妈妈说她不喜欢吃，使劲往我碗里夹，我一口气吃了5个，肚子吃撑了。等我放下筷子，妈妈才把那个我吃剩的鸡腿夹到自己碗里，香喷喷地吃起来，连骨头都咬碎了，我才知道原来妈妈也喜欢吃鸡腿。妈妈的爱就藏在每次给我夹的菜里面。

每天早上，妈妈六点多就起床给我做早餐，每天都是挖空心思换着花样做，今天做煎饺海带汤，明天做混沌，后天做包子豆浆、面条……只希望我能多吃点，可我经常挑剔，嫌这嫌那，现在我明白了，原来妈妈的爱就藏在这一个个煎饺里，一根根面条里……

妈妈每天上班很辛苦，回家后除了做饭做家务，还要管我的学习，但我并没有让妈妈省心，做作业经常磨磳，注意力不集中，妈妈陪着我做我有时也不认真，遇到一点点问题就要问妈妈，时间一分一秒地过去了，可妈妈一直耐心地陪着我，并对我严格要求，原来妈妈的爱就是一天天陪着我慢慢成长。

望着妈妈头发中夹杂着的一根根白头发，我心里有种说不出的感觉，我希望妈妈的白头发越来越少，全部变黑，永远年轻漂亮，这就是藏在我心中对妈妈的爱。
