学生最初写作时，教师要给予必要的指导，使他们少犯错误。教师还要经常性地例举错误的表达法，提醒学生注意避免。在批阅作文时教师要随时标出学生错误之处，还要随时记录学生所犯错误，把学生的错误加以归类总结，把普遍性的错误提出来，让学生集体改错，使他们的语言表达尽可能地规范正确。

总之，学生英语写作能力在老师有计划的组织和耐心帮助、正确引导下，在学生长期积极密切的配合下是能够得以逐步提高的。

认识自我应懂得自己观察与分析。《邹忌讽秦王纳谏》一文中邹忌因与徐公比美而问自己的妻子、妾、客人，“我与徐公孰美?”三人的回答如出一辙——-“徐公不如您美。”但邹忌并没因此而得意忘形，事后他把徐公请来府中仔细对比之后，觉得自己不如徐公。因此当他想起这件事时便觉得“我的妻子赞美我，是因为爱我;我的妾赞美我，是因为害怕我;我的客人赞美我是因为有求于我。”他通过观察能客观地自我评价，保持清醒的头脑来准确认识自己。

认识自我应懂得发掘自身潜能。26岁的黄凯因游戏排名于2012年《福不斯》中国榜。黄凯从小就喜欢游戏，喜欢挑出游戏中的毛病，按照自己的意愿设计。他为了证明自己能做得更好，上大学之后专门选择了自己喜欢的游戏设计专业，不断地超越自我。正是因为他那种勇于不断超越的精神，发掘着他自身的潜能。在困境与迷茫之中坚持不懈，完善自我，让他获得更大的自我发展空间，塑造着崭新的自我。

认识自我应有明确的人生目标。电视节目《心灵的花园》主持人张怡筠是一个具有明确目标的人。这一点在她读高三时已经体现出来了。考大学填志愿，她是班上唯一一个填了心里系的学生。班主任、教导主任找她谈话，她非常坦诚地解释：“我看到一个人流血会昏倒，但看到心里流血的，我却很有意愿了解并帮助对方”当时的她就觉得要做她自己。如果以后可以做自己喜欢的工作，那么离快乐就不远了。张怡筠一直都是有明确的生活目标，知道自己活着是在干什么的人。她说自己知道为何而做时，一切的苦难便都可接受了。

每个人都应该认识自我，在合适的位置上实现自己的人生目标。为自己的目标而奋斗。

有人曾说：“天下最伟大的人是母亲，而母亲就像一盏明灯，陪伴着自己的儿女走过一生;天下最伟大的爱的是母爱，而母爱如同引领我们走向成功之门的道路。”

小时候的我，认为自己根本就没有母爱，因为我的母亲只是一昧地让我求知，学习，却给不了我自由的天堂，殊不知母亲是让我成为人上人，而不要像我那贫苦的父母一样。长大后的我，明白了这些道理，原来我并非没有母爱，母亲对我的爱虽没有表现在语言上，却让我在行动中看到了，她对我的爱是那么的浓郁，那么的深!

今日，我独自一人走在了马路上，忽然看见前面一个小男孩摔倒了，跟在他后面的那位母亲急忙跑上前去扶起小男孩，小男孩都没有哭，而他的母亲却落了泪。看到这一幕，我的眼眶湿润了，又勾起了那晚的回忆……

还记得那是一个风雨交加，电闪雷鸣的夏夜。母亲上班，父亲出差，家里只剩下我一个人。我觉得身体异常难受，便躺在床上睡着了。母亲下班后，看到没有盖被子，便蹑手蹑脚地走了进来，拿出一叠被子给我盖上，正准备盖时，母亲突然看到我的脸上出满了汗，眼角还有几点泪光在闪烁着，母亲察觉出不对劲，急忙拿出体温计给我量体温，“啊，怎么都烧到41度了!”母亲惊叫道。她迅速把我背起来，二话没说，奔向医院。风”呼呼“地吹着，树叶”沙沙“地响着，天空黑乎乎的，如同一个黑色的大漩涡，正准备把我们母女二人卷进去。天空突然下起了倾盆大雨，一大片冰雹砸了下来，紧接着，雷声四响，一缕闪电冲向了大地，吓得我直往母亲的怀里缩。而此时的母亲毫不畏惧，大雨都没能阻止母亲的步伐，她嘴里还不时念叨着：“孩子，别怕!医院马上就到了。”来到医院，母亲忙得根本停不下来，陪着我取药，打针，输液，最后再把我扶到了病床上。第二天，母亲的黑眼圈显而易见，护士说：“你的母亲昨晚一夜未眠，一直在你的病床上守候着呢!”我急了，连忙让母亲回家躺躺，母亲勉强微笑着说：“没事，妈妈不累!”说完，昏倒在了我的床前，护士赶紧叫来了医生，我的眼眶红了，不知何时，两行泪水流向了脸颊。

随着岁月的流逝，母亲的头上也镀上了几缕银发，岁月的皱纹也悄悄地爬上了她的脸颊。时光时光慢些吧!不要再让您变老了!我愿用我一切换你岁月长留!在此，我想对您说：“母亲，我爱您!”

蓝天有了白云的陪衬，才显得更加广阔;黑夜有了繁星的陪衬，才显得更加深邃;鲜花有了绿叶的陪衬，才显得更加娇艳;主角有了配角的陪衬，才显得更加耀眼。

主角配角，相得益彰。甘当配角，可以铸造精彩的人生，在历史上留下浓墨重彩的一笔。主角赢得了鲜花与掌声，配角同样能获得赞扬和尊敬。甘当配角，成就自我。

Last May 4th was my birthday.I had a party at my home.

My relatives and friends came to my home in the evening.And I got a lot of presents from them.My mother prepared a big birthday cake for me.

There are even candles on it.After singing the song “Happy birthday”，I shared the cake with my friend and relatives.Then we watched TV and listened to music.Same of the girls danced with the music.We had a good time that day.

Now I want to say “Thank you my friends.Thank you my parents！I ’m so happy！”

午后的阳光把人晒得慵懒，我捧着《茶花女》看得泪眼朦胧，妈妈，你却还在客厅扶着腰拖地，只听拖把“咯吱咯吱”作响。我放下手中的书，想对你说些话。

这些话该从哪儿说起?我不知，因为我有一肚子的话想和你说，却一时词穷，只剩下一句“我爱你!”

记得今年三八妇女节那天，我给你买了三朵康乃馨。一个人溜进花店琢磨了半天。那朵太小了，不饱满;这朵已经盛开，快枯了。最终选中一朵鹅黄、一朵玫红、一朵淡粉。又经被这一星半点孝心感动的老板娘好心赞助，才买下了。

虽没有惊喜，但你还是用透明花瓶放水好好养着，坐在椅子上给这朵摆摆造型，给那朵调调位，和我精心制作的贺卡放在一起，后退两步将手机横着拍全景，后又将镜头贴近花瓣儿来个特写。拍了许多照，晒上朋友圈，迎来好友评论。你回复时，脸上笑了，是欣慰。于是，指尖打出的字，也带着些许骄傲了。

妈妈，在你看来，我做的这些已是很了不得了，已是很让你开心了，却未曾想过，我做的同你为我付出的比起来，算上什么?冰山一角吗?不，不足的。

记得那年临近期末，我却不争气，数学题次次一抓一把错。那段日子，母女俩天天一场大战。那夜又是折腾到夜里十一点多，我爬上床，隐约听见你在隔壁带着哭腔与谁打电话：“你说这可咋弄啊!唉，我也没有办法了唷!”我吓坏了，你近日给我的都是严厉，没想到竟急哭了!我的眼泪又顺着方才未干的泪痕淌了下来。

第二天清晨，我观察你的言表，你却未表现出奇怪的样子。晚上散学归来，我史无前例地一次性将所有题目做对。那晚上床，我又听见你同人讲话：“她今儿不知咋了，题目全对哦!不晓得能不能保持……”语气中有担忧，有惊喜。

妈妈，你为我做了太多，付出太多，失去太多，多得我有些来不及应了，多得我不知怎么报答了。不过也对，滴水之恩当涌泉相报，你对我的恩已汇成一股泉，我报不尽，报不完的!

客厅里，又传来拖把咯吱，我走出去看，你依旧扶着腰拖地，你望见了我，笑笑……

妈妈，我不知该对你说多少煽情的话语才能足够向你表白我的心声，只知，妈妈，我爱你!

We need to follow all kinds of public rules, such as the manner rules and

the traffic regulation. If we break the rules, then all the work will be out of

order and everybody will suffer the loss. But few people just ignore the rules

and waste other people’s time and money.

Chinese high speed train has won many praise from foreign people. The

trains always start off as the timetable and reach the destination on time. High

speed train is popular by the public by its speed and punctuality, but what if

someone breaks the traffic rule? Recently, a video got popular on the Internet.

A woman was stuck in the door of high speed train and the staffs tried to stop

her but failed. She said her husband was on the way and she wanted the train to

start off later. How ridiculous it was. How could she let all the passengers to

wait for her. Everybody’s time is precious.

Though the woman apologized after the policemen’s education, what she did

discomforts the public. The way she acted wasted the public’s time. It is our

duty to follow rules and keep the public in order.
