刘邦武力不及项羽，性格不及项羽，处处不及项羽，可他唯一能够战胜项羽的正是他能够看清自己的不足，勇于面对它们，敢于战胜它们。这也正是一个领导人最该拥有的，因此不管世人如何批评他的种.种不足，他自己又是如何的机关算尽，可胜了就是胜了，是谁也无法改变的事实。我们不应只看到刘邦不好的一面，也需要多看看刘邦的智慧。

楚霸王一生饱含情义，终有虞姬不离不弃，有乌骓含泪殉主。叹霸王乌江自刎，惜霸业付诸东流。刘邦的历史世代相传，项羽的传奇无人能及。

一转眼暑假就到了，总要有一个小目标吧!骄阳似火，这个目标就定在清凉的游泳池里吧!

我望着长长的泳道，不禁长吁了一口气：“这还是我第一次独自一人游泳呢，一个来回，我行吗?”

“行的，肯定行的。”我又呼出一口气，一头扎进水里，开始了我新的尝试。

一开始，我求快，用自由泳拼命游着。不到一分钟，我就因为过于用力的动作而没了力气，从一开始的自由泳变成了蛙泳。速度减慢了不少，眼看着离尽头还很远，我却一丝力气都使不上了，只好狼狈地中途上岸。

“为什么呢?”我大惑不解地坐在躺椅上，看着泳池中穿梭的人们。一个正在游泳的人进入我的视线，看样子，她也是游来回的吧!我看看她怎么游!看着看着，我发现，她的速度不是很快，却看起来十分轻松。“是呀，游一个来回，我不求快，要稳呢!又不是参加比赛，何必游这么快!”想到这，我马上一咕噜爬起来跳入水中。

这次可没有什么累不累的了，轻松游就好了!我没有多想，深吸一口气就游了起来。我用着最简单的蛙泳，速度不见快，却也不慢，稳稳当当。渐渐地，我的泳镜起了雾气，没办法，我只好盲游了。

“嗷!痛痛痛痛痛!”我迷迷糊糊地游着，本来以为还有很远，不料头砰的一下撞在了墙壁上，“痛呐………痛……嗯?到了?”我猛然醒悟，原来这么快就到了，而且也不累，非常轻松!“那么赶紧游回去吧!来回一定可以啦!”我洗洗眼镜，便游上了归途。我刚游了一会儿，迎面游来一个叔叔，我看看他，他看看我，接着，他向我竖起了大拇指，我楞了一下，接着笑着向他摆了摆手，算是对他的回应和感谢吧!

不一会儿，我又到了浅水区。我完成了自己的目标!同时也懂得了做事不求快，只求稳的道理。学习和游泳一样，我们不能囫囵吞枣，急功近利，而应该一步一个脚印，踏踏实实，稳稳当当的学好每一点知识，这样才能达到我们的小目标!

伟人之所以可以成为伟人，不光在于他们有那多令世人惊羡的才华和智慧，还在于他们有一种敢于迎接困难，却决不动摇自己的决心，大不了便身首异处又何妨的决心!

面对佞臣昏君，屈原选择了投江;面对荒漠原野，苏武选择了固守;面对官场腐败，陶潜选择了归隐;面对大江东去，苏轼选择了旷达。比起这些伟人的苦难，我们的小挫折又算得了什么呢?
