小鹦鹉吃东西的时候也很可爱。在它很饿的时候，就会用尖尖的小嘴啄起一粒小谷子，用舌头一卷，一眨眼的功夫，谷子壳就从小鹦鹉的嘴里吐出来了。如此反复，过了几分钟，小鹦鹉就能吃掉满满一杯谷子，撑到肚子圆滚滚。美美的大餐后，它又喝了几口水，接着就在食物边走来走去，就像一位绅士在池塘边散步。

小鹦鹉还很调皮呢！饭后的运动就是爬笼子。只见它一步一步地爬到笼子上面，东瞅瞅西看看，突然扇了一下翅膀又飞到下面。接着继续爬到笼子上面，扇着翅膀再飞下来，一刻也不闲着，玩的乐此不疲。

这就是既贪吃又顽皮的小鹦鹉，相信你们也会喜欢它。

今天，我们班李博同学把他养的可爱的虎皮鹦鹉带到了学校。

我们纷纷来到李博的座位上，竞相观看那只鹦鹉。李博说：“这只鹦鹉叫皮皮。”鹦鹉的身上有类似老虎皮上的花纹，所以叫虎皮鹦鹉。它的上半身几乎全是绿油油的，只不过它的翅膀黄黄的，上面还有黑色的斑纹。它的下半身全是黄的，它的尾巴是深蓝色的，也有一些绿。它的鼻孔对于它来说大大的，嘴巴是往下长的。它一直在啄自己的羽毛，我心想：它应该在啄身上的寄生虫吧。有时，它会张开翅膀，它张开翅膀时很美丽。

中午，它要午睡了。它站在杆子上，眯着眼，睡着了。突然有人把它给吵醒了。过了一会儿，我看见鹦鹉拉屎了。我盯着它看了好一会儿，它的屎还没拉出来。后来又过了约两分钟，鹦鹉的屎终于掉下来了。

上课时，老师请李博上台，向大家讲述了这只鹦鹉的来历和养它的经过。最后，他说：“养鹦鹉使我有一种当‘父亲’的感觉。”

听完李博的分享，我明白了养小动物要有爱心、责任心和恒心，也懂得了父母养育我们的辛苦。
