词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

《浅谈英语阅读能力的培养》

措施：用新的教学理念指导英语阅读教学，进一步改变教法和学法，培养学生对英语阅读的兴趣，提高学生的英语阅读能力，提高英语教学效果。

1、尝试通过各种形式的学习，例如复述课文、把课文改编成情景剧、阅读竞赛等活动，提高学生学习英语的兴趣，从而达到自主积累、综合运用英语的目的，并指导学生运用科学的方法记忆单词、阅读课文，取得事半功倍的效果。

2、通过信息技术与学科整合的手段，以课内为基础，增加课外阅读的量，指导学生借助信息手段和工具书理解文章基本内容的方法，提高学生的英语自学能力。

3、以复述课文、回答问题、判断正误、通过上下文线索猜词义为载体，培养学生的综合阅读技能，提高学生的英语阅读理解能力。

认为这是一堂好课，理由很简单：就是因为它“真”，《一堂“失败”的好课》观后感。这是教师能力的真实反映、是学生课堂上的真实表现、也是我们现在学校教育的一个缩影。可以说真实到有些惨不忍睹的地步！可就是这种真实才能使我们意识到教改的紧迫性、必要性！如果专家看到的是和其他学校一样的“汇报课”、“表演课”，是否会因此对我们当前的教学水平和教学现状做出错误判断，进而导致教育决策的失误呢？答案是显而易见的！远有文革时期的浮夸风，近有用油漆绿化荒山、和新农村建设的遮丑墙。这些教训已经够沉重了，就不要在教育领域重现了。当学生看着事先写在课本上问题以及标准答案，陪着老师一遍又一遍的重复表演的时候，他们的人生观、价值观就这样不经意的被我们改变了。因此我认为作为教师，即使教不会学生知识，也一定要教会学生做人！

”另外罗老师在发挥学生主体作用，引导学生自主探究方面做的也不错。当然这堂课存在的问题也很多，说失败也不过分：第一课前准备不充分，对学生学情分析不够：比如在课堂导入的时候用到了“性质”这样学生陌生的词汇。学生对“性质”是什么根本就不清楚，所以后面出现学生认为“颜色”“可以吃”“烧不着”都是能否热胀冷缩的原因，就不难理解了。第二课堂上没有能就势引导。当学生说出烧瓶变热！ 烧瓶里的东西也将变热！时，没能抓住机会，引导学生思考水热了会怎么样，而是以真的不了解水！不信就动手试一试。带过，失去了一次让学生明白受热和水膨胀之间有关系的机会。第三只抓住表象而忽视内在联系。老师虽然准备了很多东西，但是没有让学生明白这些东西的共性是什么（也就是热涨冷缩性质是液体共有的特点），学生只是把这些液体当做一个又一个的个体来看，所以结果就是老师准备的液体经过试验同学都认可它们可以热胀冷缩，而没有涉及到的液体学生就不能理解、举一反三了，观后感《《一堂“失败”的好课》观后感》。第四，课堂没有同学生的学习、生活联系起来，没能进一步让学生思考身边的热胀冷缩现象。从而实现知识的拓展迁移，让学生明白其实气体也是热胀冷缩的。第五基于上述原因，本堂课教学目标没有能够实现。

如果让我上这堂课，我想能不能这样设计：

1、从孩子身边入手，从形象感知入手。先讲变形金钢也可以，讲孙悟空也可以，讲他们有变的本领，可以变大可以变小。然后告诉孩子，水也会变大变小，信不信？做实验吧，证实。说说，孙悟空变大变小是看自己心情，那水变大变小有什么条件？

2、是不是只有水有这些本领呢？老师带来许多水的朋友：酒、油、醋等。让孩子自行选取择一种或几种做实验证明。

3、然后，刚才会变的东西都有什么相同的地方？（液体）

4、你能给他们的本领取个名字吗？取名字得根据刚才的实验结果。最后统一称呼，有一个术语叫：热胀冷缩。

5、知道这一现象是谁发现的吗？你平时为什么就没有发现呢？身边还有其他东西也是热胀冷缩的，你知道是什么吗？科学就在身边，只要用心观察、思考，看，世界多有意思，自然课也多意思。我开篇用到的题目是苏轼的《题西林壁》。这首诗恰如其分地反应出当前教改中每一个人的困境。“教改”改什么？怎么改？谁能给出标准答案？正如我们看到的这堂课一样：是好是坏？谁又能定论呢？-------------一千个人眼里有一千个哈姆雷特。但是我们一定不能为改而改，甚至不惜弄虚作假。让学生做一个正直、诚实的人远比教会他多少知识更重要。
