《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

我们终于来到了滑雪场。爸爸给我租了雪杖、滑雪鞋、滑雪板。我立刻穿上了滑雪鞋，哇，怎么这么重，这下寸步难行了。这时，教练把滑雪板安在了滑雪鞋上。我试着由雪杖撑了一撑，结果脚下一滑，我住后一仰，摔了个“四脚朝天”。这时，老爸开口了：“身子往前倾，才不容易摔跤。”我试着往前倾，再用雪杖撑一下，不料倾斜过度，“咚“的一下摔了个“猪拱雪。”老爸过来扶住我，我再尝试了几次，总算掌握了方法。我立刻滑到一个雪坡上，“呼”的一声从上面滑下来，正巧另一个人滑了过来，我立刻急刹车，总算没撞上。我正准备转移，雪坡上有一个人向我滑来，这下我可没准备，我决定滑开，可我的滑雪板在关键时刻竞然“感冒”了。我费尽力气都没滑动。“滑雪祸”发生了，我们俩都被撞倒在地。我站起来查看滑雪板，没有问题啊!看来是技术不佳的问题。我这个初学者看来还需训练啊!

这次尝试滑雪我真快乐。

to improve ourself. We should examine ourselves and learn who we are.

all, we should recognize our strengths and weaknesses. For example, I am healthy

and fit, so I can work hard. Im also optimistic, humble and polite. These are

my strengths. However, I also have weaknesses. For one thing, Im stubborn and a

little impatient. Im sometimes lazy as well and can spent a whole day just

watching TV and eating junk food. Im not ashamed to admit these bad pints.

My school life is very common. I get up at six o’clock every morningfrom

Monday to Friday. And the I would go running with my classmates, as our head

teacher says health is themost important thing. After running I have to do

morning exercises on theplayground. Then I can have breakfast. Having breakfast,

I need to have morningreading. Oh, I almost forget that all of the students have

to do some cleaningbefore breakfast. There come the various classes. Then noon

comes. Havinglunch, I will go to sleep. I often read twenty minutes before I

fall asleep. I haveclass in the afternoon. And I still have classes at night.

It’s boring, right? ButI have got used to it and enjoy myself at school.

I went the park near my school with my family on Sunday. This park was  holding a interesting garden party, where was crowded by many people. When  sunday, the park was always very crowded. is. Two months ago, there was a new English teacher taught us, I realized that

her teaching method was very different. Before the lesson, she would let us to

funny for us. We were very interested in the songs. Sometimes we could enjoy the

I like stay late at night and stay in bed late next morning. Usually, I won’t go to the bed before one o’clock. When my clock alarms the next morning, I have to struggle for a long time to get up.

Most of the time, I feel tired before class is over.

So sometimes I can’t catch with my teacher, because I can’t focus my mind.

And I don’t like vegetable. Mostly I only eat meat. I am a little fat maybe because of that. I realize my life style is unhealthy. I need to change it. I can’t sleep so late in the evening and should eat more vegetable. If I change my life style, I can make my life more wonderful.
