Last month we had a sports meeting. Though the weather wasnt very fine that day, the students were all very excited and the whole school was alive.

This time, I was even more excited. Because I went in for the sports meeting and my item was high jump. I didnt want to get any place, I only wanted to enjoy the game because I knew I wasnt good at sports.

When I got to the field with my friend. I was both excited and nervous. When I saw the first height, my heart could hardly heat. How high it was! It was higher than our desks. Though I didnt have the whole game. I was still very happy. Because a lot of my classmates tried their best in the game and they got a lot of good places. They were all best in my eyes. I was thankful to them for doing their best for our class.

放学后，我一回到家，就冲到我家后院那根栏杆前，开始慢慢地练习。不知不觉地，我已经爬到了最高处，我一往下看，“啊……吓死我啦!”我从没有爬过这么高的地方，大豆般的汗珠从我的脸颊直往下流。

从那以后我和爬杆结下了不解之缘。爬杆给我带来了健康，带来了快乐，它是我最喜欢的一种运动。

一天老师对我们说：“学校要举办一次冬季趣味运动会，到时请同学们拥跃报名参加”。没过几天，老师就来选参加运动会的人员了，我最想参加投篮了，平时我投篮很准，非常想参加。只见老师点着名字“张林、喻小铭……”但偏偏就是没有我的名字，真是气死我了。

中午，我眼巴巴的望着别人排练投篮，但看到他们投得很准，我心里也开始高兴起来。我不会灰心，下次一定能被选上的。

几个星期后，运动会开始了，我们班的运动员也训练得差不多了，正准备比赛呢!第一局是“颗粒归仓”，比赛规则就是把黄豆从一个碗里夹到另一个碗里，时间到后谁的碗里豆子多谁就算赢，比赛开始了，我们的队员动作敏捷，配合默契，很快就夹了四颗豆子，别的班也不甘示弱，他们的豆子竟然比我们多。真倒霉，我们输了。

接下来就是我最喜欢看的投篮比赛，我非常激动，我们队的投篮可行了，首先我们就投中了六个。别的队都没有我们投得多，现在又该我们队投了，只见张林大显身手，投了十个。这下别的队再也追不上我们了。

最终我们投篮比赛得了第一名。

这次活运在我心留下了深刻的印象。

俗话说：生命在于运动。不运动怎么行呢？一个个阳光洒在人们的身上，多么的美好，无比灿烂。当“沙沙沙“的扫地声响起时，我知道该起床了。吃完早点就是我的运动时间了，跑步、沙包、拳击、双截棍等等一样样的让我清醒了。每个周六周日的早晨，只要有空我都会出来锻炼，让我热起来，让肌肉更发达。不光是在早上，连下午我也没停过，滑板、溜冰、自行车这些也是我下午不可以缺少的运动。

其实，在这些运动的背后，还有一个小故事呢。

这件事发生在前年爬山的时候，那时的我不喜欢运动，但一个爬山的经历让我对运动有了热爱。

“走咧！”一个爽快的声音从妈妈嘴里说了出来，我们坐上汽车，来到了山下。“哇，好高哇！”我二话不说，直接爬上了山，走了不到三分之一的路程，我已经气喘吁吁了，嘴里说道：“以后我不运动了，太累了。”

我眼看着他们就要追上了我，我心里想着：不经历风雨，怎能见到彩虹呢。我充满了力量，直向山顶冲去，对山下大喊道：“喂，我做到了，我战胜了退缩和疲劳。”从那以后，我就喜欢上了运动。

我们学校是一所精致、美丽的学校，学校不大却蕴藏着丰富的文化内涵。有令人肃然起敬的陶行知爷爷的塑像，有需要仰头才能看得见顶的高大的雪松，有古老的石凳、更有供我们健身的运动设施。我最喜欢的就是学校里随处可见的各种各样的运动健身设施了。

大课间的零声响了，学校的运动设施可派上了大用场。瞧!每个都在自己的运动场地上有序地锻炼着。爬竿的爬竿，爬云梯的爬云梯，个个都是好身手。老师也不赖，和同学们在乒乓球官打起乒乓球来，没准还能赢几盘呢!其它老师见了也想来试一试，于是就加入了同学的队伍中，像孩子一样玩了起来。不仅是乒乓球、羽毛球，还有呼拉圈、跳绳、篮球、毽子等都是老师、学一展身手的好器材。

早晨，社区里的老人们早早地就来到了学校锻炼了，他们有的扶着栏杆在压腿，还有的在运动设施上走“太空漫步”呢!!运动队的同学也早早的来了，他们从体育室内拿了各色器材篮球，紧张而有序地操场上训练呢。

放学了，同学们还离不开运动设施。家长没来接的孩子就到后花园的运动设施爬绳的地方开始了比赛，他们爬上来爬下去别提有多开心了!家长来接了他们才依依不舍地离开了。
