A week ago， my best friend gave me a lovely cat. I love it very much. It is special. Its fur is black not yellow. So I call it little black. It has the same taste with me. We all like eating fish. Last week, our school was holding the sport meeting, I felt so excited, because I took part in the 800 meter race. 我喜欢的运动有很多，例如：跑步、游泳、打排球……，但是其中我最喜欢的是：骑脚踏车。我第一次接触脚踏车的时候是大班，那时，刚好回去我的外婆家，那里有许许多多的脚踏车，这时我选了一台粉红色的单车，我兴奋的开始学，没想到，我一骑就跌了个四脚朝天，让我不禁大哭了一场，原本想放弃的我，因为妈妈的鼓励，让我又振作了起来，第二次，虽然我还是有跌倒，但是我并没有放弃，再一次又一次的练习下，我终于学会了，让我不禁欣喜若狂了起来。骑脚踏车不但可以增加心肺功能，还能减缓现在全球正面临的地球暖化问题，骑脚踏车不会排放废气唷!真是一举两得啊!

虽然骑脚踏车有许多好处，但是也有许多注意事项，例如：不能骑太快、不能耍特技、不能心不在焉，否则会和别人相撞……，记得有一次：因为我已经学会骑脚踏车了，所以经常骑的像子弹一样快，那天，有一台车正快速的冲过来，因为我没有注意到，所以就骑了过去，车子一看到我，就停了下来，这时我已经被吓得魂飞魄散了。

俗话说：“一分耕耘，一分收获”，如果想要拥有一个健康的身体，就必须运动，如果都没有运动，那么就会很快就虚弱。

有人说生命在于运动，这句话一点也没错，因为运动可以使人身体健康。我喜欢运动，特别是跑步。

这要从我很小的时候说起，从小我跑步就特别慢，一直比不上其他人，被别人嘲笑。从此以后，我就下定了决心要超越他们。

每天早晨，我就早早的起了床，到小区里去训练跑步。有的时侯一练就是好几个小时，不停不息的练习。但只要想到其他人都比我跑的快时，说我跑的和蜗牛一样慢，我心想：我一定要坚持下去，不能气馁，要超越他们。“我便信心百倍，充满了无限的力量，不再感受到疲倦。

日复一日，过了很长很长的时间，等到我再次和朋友们比赛跑步时，竟取得了第一名。朋友们都很钦佩我，不敢再嘲笑我了，问我到底是怎么做到的。这时，我心里感受到很快乐。我自豪地对他们说：“只要不放弃，世界上就没有难事是做不成的。“从此我热喜欢上了跑步，一有空的时候我就会到小区里练习一下跑步，锻炼身体。

有一天，上体育课的时候，老师让我们两个人两个人的来比赛跑步，我和一个平时跑步很快的人来比赛跑步。别提我心里有多么的紧张了，以前一直跑不过他，我觉得我根本就跑不过他。比赛开始了，我明显落后他一节，我慢慢的追上了他，我们不相上下，最后时刻，我一咬牙，直线冲刺，我赢了，我赢了，我真的成功了，就连老师都说我跑的快呢!我听了心里美滋滋的!

运动有很多种，有打篮球、踢足球、打乒乓球、跳绳、跑步等等，我却喜欢一种集体运动——拔河。

我第一次拔河是去年10月份军训结束前举办的，我有幸当上了一名队员，我们凭借体力和重量上的优势，轻松的赢了许多班级，最终，分校二班和我们班进入了总决赛。我们两个班实力相当，前面的比赛把我们的体力优势给拖得一干二净，而重量优势也被分校二班赶上了一部分。总决赛前，我们平息凝神，静静地等待着比赛的开始。比赛开始了，双方拉拉队拼命给自己的班级加油，别的班级也为自己支持的班级加油鼓劲。我们抓起绳子，使劲把绳子向后拉，我们一开始齐心协力，很快就把对方拉出两米距离，眼看胜利的曙光就在眼前但是对方不服输，奋力把我们拉回了原处。我们不甘心第一就被他们抢去，一下子就把他们拉得全军大乱，最终，还是我们得到了第一名。
