晚上,我到回家，做好作业后,看看时间还不算太晚,就拉着爸爸一起到小区的健身区做体育活动。因为曾经老师说过:“小学生要坚持每天锻炼身体，这样体质才会好，以后做什么事情都有基础。”

到了健身场地,我先去那个像是自行车一样的器械上做运动。方法就是:人坐在坐垫上，用脚用力蹬,让自己立起来。爸爸说这是锻炼我手脚和腰腹力量的一种办法。做了一会儿，我又去做仰卧起坐。因为有一段时间没做了,第一个仰卧起坐我用尽力气也坐不起来,于是,我就让爸爸帮帮我。在我用力想起来的时候,爸爸在后面推我一把，呵呵，我终于顺利的起来了,第二个再让爸爸帮了下忙。接下来,有点熟练了,我就自己一个人练习了，一共做了八个仰卧起坐。记得以前我可以做二十几个的，可能因为这段时间都没有锻炼的缘故。做完了仰卧起坐,我又去做别的一些活动,看看时间不早了,快要到八点半了,我就和爸爸一起回家了。
