跑步要注意力量的分配，我按照阿姨说的跑了起来，果然没有像之前那样累了，我给自己订了一个小小的目标，今天先跑两圈，然后固定一段时间后，再慢慢增加，眼看着离目的地更加的近了，我给自己鼓气，3米，2米，1米就这样我坚持的完成了自己订下的小目标，虽然是大冬天，但是我额头上还是流下了汗水来。

虽然有点小累，但是跑完感觉整个人非常舒畅。
