健身操相信大家都听说过，但是有氧健身操大家有听说过吗?

我有一个业余爱好-有氧健身操，那还要从2009年初说起。妈妈一直想给我在少年宫报一项运动类课程，来改变我那肥胖、懒惰的体形。妈妈在招生简章上看了许多运动课程，觉得都不适合我。我心想：“这么多课程，想找适合我的，真是大海捞针呀”。突然，妈妈眼睛一亮，发现了有氧健身操的宣传画，看看内容挺适合我这年龄段学习的。有氧健身操其特点是：能锻炼心、肺功能，而且较其他运动更有趣性，动作优美，节奏欢快，有较强的愉悦身心和增强身体健康的实效性。我们一致同意，报了名。

上课的那一天，我走进那间宽敞明亮的大教室，觉得空气特别清新，在教室的中间有一位时尚、漂亮的女老师在练习舞蹈，她染了一头红发，用粉色丝带随意绑了个马尾，肤色很好，五官称得上精致，瘦而高的身体，跳起舞来显得整个人活力四射。等到同学们都到齐了，随着洪亮的嗓音：“集合，站队”。我们上课了，老师给我们做了一下自我介绍：“我姓梁，以后你们就叫我梁教练吧”。

开始学的第一个动作就是简单的踏步，别看这只是一个简单的动作，里面的知识可多了，首先要抬头、挺胸、收腹、提臀，要先迈右脚，全身要使劲，十分钟下来我的腿就酸了，身上也出汗了。老师看我们学的还好，就打开了音乐，让我们跟着音乐做踏步。这下我就惨了，因为我从小就对音乐不感兴趣，没有音乐细胞，跟不上节拍。我只好耍点小聪明，偷偷的看着别的同学做，老师好像看出我这点小聪明，就说：“看来你们都会了，那么你们就一个一个跳给我看”。我因为心里胆怯，所以最后一个跳，不出老师所料，我一个节拍也跟不上，最后同学们都回去了，老师把我留下来，狠狠的批评了我一顿。当时我的两只脚想铁块一样，异常沉重，加之从来没被批评过，鼻子一酸，泪水涌出了眼眶。

自从那次流泪以后，我就暗下决心，一定要练好这项运用，我每次上课时都会认真的学习老师教的每一个动作，用心的听着音乐的节拍，下课后还要多练会，老师看见我这么认真，每次都会留下来给我指导动作，并下载了一些音乐让我熟悉节奏感。一个学期结束了，真是功夫不负有心人，我终于跳出了每一个标准动作。教练经常对妈妈讲，我是班里进步最大的一个。不知不觉的我已经离不开健身操了，每到周六的时候，想到该上健身操去了就特别的兴奋。不管是刮风，下雪，我一节课都没落下过。在少年宫的有氧健身操里，我还算小有名气，多次博得老师和同学们的夸奖。

2009年少年宫的汇报演出时，我们终于登上了舞台，穿着动感的演出服，随着舞台美轮美奂的灯光，欢快的节奏，我们跳出了教练精心为我们编排的一套有氧健身操-《跳起来吧》，短短的几分钟，我们得到了观众们一阵阵热烈的掌声，站在台下的梁教练激动的留下了眼泪。这是我最难忘的时刻。我爱我的有氧健身操，它已是我生活中的重要部分，我将来也想做一名健身操教练，让更多的人喜欢有氧健身操。

玩，是我们孩子的天性，也是我们的神圣权利。现在，我们的学校几乎每天都有一节体育课，课间也有十分钟的休息时间，这样就是为了缓解我们一天的学习压力。

曾经有位名人说：“生命在于运动。”体育运动也有很多，比如跳绳、踢足球、打乒乓球，有女生们爱玩的跳皮筋，也有男生爱玩的打篮球。在这么多的体育项目中，我最喜欢的体育运动就是打乒乓球。

乒乓球弹在桌子上的声音很清脆，你听，那“乒乒乓乓”的声音多么像清晨在枝头欢唱的小鸟呀！打乒乓球的桌子就像一个迷你的小型排球场，不过它只有两个人就可以“开战”了。打乒乓球时，球桌的两边各站一个人，其中一人拿球。发球的姿势有很多种，是按照“新手”、“熟练”和“老手”三个级别来划分的，而我吗，就只能算来回穿梭于“新手”和“熟练”这两个级别之，因为我的打球技术总是“忽上忽下”、“忽强忽弱”。唉……

打乒乓球时，必须要“眼疾手快”，有时还要用“凌波微步”，才不会接不到球。记得有次，我去练习乒乓球，老师突然心血来潮“指名道姓”地说要和我打，这可把我吓得一身冷汗、心惊胆战，我立刻想到了我被打败时狼狈的样子。开打了，首先是老师发球。老师可是老手级别的，看来我只有死路一条了。但是，我运气一向都很好的，要是我碰巧打赢了老师呢……我正想着，突然，一个“风一般”的球从我身边飞过……唉，第一球就这样输了。到后来，我是在打不过老师了，但我又在想：要是我侥幸能赢呢？于是，我便在坚持、坚持、再坚持……但最后，由于我和老师实力的悬殊，我还是以11-0的的得分“壮烈的牺牲了”……
