体操是我最喜欢的运动。今天早上我和妈妈一起在电视上看了女子团体体操决赛，中国队和美国队是夺冠大热门，而且两个队又刚好在一组，所以这场比赛非常精彩。

在前两个项目的比赛中，两个队的表现都很出色，竞争很激烈，比分不相上下。第三项是平衡木，也是所有项目中最难的一项比赛，因为平衡木只有10厘米宽，要在上面完成各项动作，实在不是一件容易的事。

中国队的队长程菲先上场，她一上来就完成了几个高难的动作，非常可惜的是，她不久就从平衡木上掉了下来，妈妈说这是非常重大的失误，要被扣很多分的，我真为她感到惋惜。但是程菲并没有马上放弃，只见她又信心十足地跳上平衡木，后面的动作也越做越好，最后得到了15。15分。

接下来上场的是美国队，她们的队长叫萨克拉莫尼，她一上场就从平衡木上掉了下来，在后面的比赛中我觉得她有点心慌，上了平衡木以后总是怕再掉下来，所以她那套动作没做好，只得了15.10分。

最后一项是自由操的比赛，美国队先上场。又是这个萨克拉莫尼，她上场不久就摔倒了，坐在了地上，后面脚又跳出了界，这两个都是重大失误，所以她最后只得了14。125分。我想她可能是因为前面平衡木掉下来了，就变得不太自信了，所以失误连连，我真为她感到可惜呀!

接下来是中国队上场，有我喜欢的程菲、江钰源和邓琳琳，她们都发挥得很出色，最后中国队获得了冠军。

看完比赛后，妈妈说要我学习中国队队长的这种精神：任何时候都要对自己有信心，凡事不可以轻易放弃。

我在电视里观看体操比赛的时候，也会学着去模仿那些动作，因为那是我最喜欢的运动，我也下定决心，要好好练好体操，以后有机会去参加相关的训练和比赛。

暑假期间 , 我们家举行了一场家庭健身运动会。比赛成员有爸爸、妈妈和我。但是选什么项目呢?经大家一致讨论，比赛项目确定为：溜溜球、呼拉圈、踢毽子、玩魔方，得分最高者为冠军。妈妈为了奖励冠军，特地做了一份精美的礼物：水果沙拉。

比赛场面既热闹又紧张，第一个项目是爸爸比较拿手的溜溜球，由于爸爸这次有点大意，最后竟得了个倒数第二名，我得了第一名，妈妈在比赛时还闹出了一些笑话来，让人笑得直不起腰来。

第二个项目是呼拉圈，“哈!这是我最拿手的，我一定要赢”，说着，我转了起来，转得很出色，这项比赛一结束，我快速地跑到得分旁一看，我的分数好高。爸爸才转了几圈，“哗”的一声，呼拉圈掉了下来，爸爸没有灰心，自言自语地说：“不着急，慢慢来，还有两次呢!”因为爸爸想得高分而着急，一次都没转好，最后爸爸无奈地下场了。轮到妈妈了，妈妈想：“我比不上葛蕾，可要赢过她爸爸。”说到做到的妈妈真的得了第二名，在这场比赛中，我又得了第一名。

第三个项目是妈妈最拿手的踢毽子，妈妈可真厉害，一下子踢了 23 个，我和爸爸每人各踢了 3 个，我们真的很佩服妈妈。

第四个项目是玩魔方，不用说我肯定是倒数，因为这个项目是爸爸的强项，果然爸爸是第一名，妈妈第二，爸爸不到一分钟就扳好了一面，妈妈 5 分钟才勉强扳好，该我了，我手忙脚乱地扳起来，都超过 5 分钟了，还没扳起来。只好认输。

比赛结束了，评出了结果，我是冠军。通过这次比赛，我懂得了各人有各人的长处，我们要取长补短,才能有更大的进步。
