跳绳不但可以锻炼身体还可以当游戏来做。它有很多跳法，例如：单摇、双摇、单编、双编、一带一和蹬三轮等等。有的跳法很有趣：蹬三轮跳的时候左右脚交替跳，真像蹬三轮车;有的难度特别高：双编和双摇就需要长时间的练习和专业的指导才能学会;有的难度低：单摇难度低，适合中老年人锻炼身体;还有难度中等的：单编和一带一都不难，很好玩。我尤其喜欢一带一的跳法，要想玩好它就得两个人相互配合、团结一致、节奏统一。在玩的过程中不但给我们带来很多乐趣，还增加了我和伙伴之间的信任，提高了相互的协调能力。所以我非常喜欢这种跳法。

记得2014年4月底我们学校举行的跳绳比赛，现在想起来还是记忆犹新。

那次我参加的是单摇、单编、一带一比赛。那天全校的师生都站在操场上观看比赛。比赛还没有开始，我的心就紧张得怦怦的跳个不停。一带一比赛开始了。那天是我带孙爽一起跳的。轮到我们上场时，一二班的同学和老师沸腾了，都在大声喊：“加油、加油……”，尤其我们班的赵明远同学都快跳起来了。有了同学和老师的鼓励，我的心一下子就平静了下来。开始跳了，我用力地摇着绳，为了统一起跳节奏，我们一起小声地数着：“一二、一二……”。就这样在同学和老师的欢呼声中结束了比赛。我们共跳了135个取得了年级第二名。虽然没有得第一，但是我也很开心。通过这次比赛，让我感受到了运动的乐趣。

运动让我有一个健康的身体，我要一直把运动进行下去。

我的课余生活非常丰富，就像五颜六色的鲜花，各种各样，千姿百态：写毛笔字、弹钢琴、速滑、上兴趣班……不过，我最喜欢的是爬山了!

小时候，爸爸妈妈为了让我增强体质，每个星期都要带我去爬山。一开始，我觉得爬山是一件非常困难的事情，每次爬山我都会很累。渐渐地，我喜欢上了爬山。爬山让我能在大自然的世界里遨游，在植物的世界里探索，让我大大增强了体质。看到我这么喜欢爬山，妈妈决定带我去爬有“五岳独尊”之称的泰山。我听到这个决定，十分有信心!

放假的一天，我们坐着车来到泰山脚下。开始登泰山了!我一下子冲在最前面，觉得很轻松。我一会儿手脚并用，一会儿扶着铁链。可后来越来越累，汗像水珠一样流下来，心想：当初就不应该来。终于，我看着笔直陡峭的石路再也爬不上去了，两只脚像灌了铅似的，抬也抬不起来了。这时候，一个精神饱满的老奶奶出现在我眼前。她满头白发，身上背着一个鼓鼓的背包，手上还提着环保袋。妈妈问她：“你为什么背着这么重的东西还能爬上来呀?”奶奶喘着气说：“因为我下决心要征服这座山呀!”说完她又向上爬!

我看着这位奶奶都能这么坚持，深受启发，原来“有志者，事竟成”只要有信心，就一定能成功!想到这里，我感觉自己突然身轻如燕，合身充满了力量，冲向山顶。终于，凭着自己的努力登上了山顶!我眺望着泰山下的美丽风光，感觉到了“会当凌绝顶，一览众山小”。在山上走走，我看到了“无字碑”，看到了“五岳独尊”的大岩石，看到了陡峭的小径，还看到许多人像小蚂蚁一样还在努力往上爬。我们一起像那些人喊：“加油!”我们就是从那儿爬上来的!征服了这座山，我心里别提有多高兴了!

我喜欢爬山，这次爬山让我知道，只要有信心，就能成功。我还要征服更多的山!
