记得在我读幼儿园中班的时候，外公带我去东山体育馆打乒乓球。在通往兵乓球室的走道上，我经过了一间宽敞的教室，透过窗户我看见一班哥哥姐姐正在专心致志地跟着教练在舞刀弄剑，我羡慕极了!恨不得立刻进去和他们一起玩。

爸爸妈妈下班回来，我就嚷嚷着他们让我去学武术，妈妈一向心软，没说两句就同意了，这时爸爸严肃地对我说：”学武术可要吃得苦，学习那种永不言败的精神，不要上两节课就怕辛苦，半途而废啊!“”学武术不仅威风，还可以强健身体，我一定会坚持的。“我满脸决心的说，大家看见我的认真样子都大笑起来。

原来，学习武术真的并不是我想象的那么简单。记得上第一节课，教练要求我们先练习基本功——扎马步，只不过是蹲下，教练不是说我蹲下的时候身子没挺直，就是说我双脚没用力，手也没有放对位置，唉!一个看似简单的动作我却怎样做都做不好。要做好可是要下苦功的：头要昂起，腰要挺直，手要握拳平放在腰间，双脚用力站稳，这个姿势摆好了，还要保持不动15分钟才算合格。这扎马步还是最基本的动作呢!

台上一分钟，台下十年功，我现在明白，哥哥姐姐们舞刀弄剑的飒爽英姿可是下了苦功才练出来的。我也要不怕辛苦，坚持不懈地继续学习武术，让我的身体更强壮，意志更坚强。

Some people love to play badminton, some love to play football, others love swimming, but my favorite sport is basketball. It is very popular in China because of Yao Ming. Because of him, many boys in China get to know about basketball. He is so excellent that everybody wants to play like him. He is my idol.

有些人喜欢打羽毛球，有些人喜欢踢足球，其他人喜欢游泳。而我最喜欢的运动是篮球。因为姚明，篮球在中国很受欢迎。许多男孩子因为姚明而了解篮球。他如此的优秀，以至于每个人都想向他那样打球。他是我的偶像。

After school, I often play basketball with my friends. I am the tallest boy in my class, so I play as center. Playing basketball is not only good for our health, but also helping us to make friends. I hope someday I can be an outstanding player just like Yao Ming. Maybe in the future, I will go to NBA and win the champion.

我知道许许多多的运动员。其中，我最喜欢的运动员还属NBA克里夫兰骑士队的当家球星——勒布朗-詹姆斯。

詹姆斯身披23号战衣，外号“小皇帝”。在03—04年赛季的NBA选秀上以“状元”的身份被NBA的克里夫兰骑士队选中。与此同时，也入选了美国职业篮球队，随队参加了20XX年在希腊雅典举行的第28届奥运会。

詹姆斯是如今世界篮坛中最为优秀的选手之一。他的中投和三分球一年一年的在进步，虽然他的出手次数很多，但却有着小前锋里不多的惊人命中率；传球时他的一项绝活，他在球场上的视野是一流的，可以在最需要的时候把球传出来，背后、击地，样样都驾轻就熟；詹姆斯的突破也很犀利，不论是第一步还是变向都很强，经常突入内线给对方一个战斧扣篮；也时常利用协调的身体把球投入并打出2+1。但好像不是很喜欢连续突破。詹姆斯还是个不错的防守者，有着出色甚至于接近BT的身体素质，很难不成为一个好的防守者，但防守还是比他的进攻略逊一筹……

我喜欢勒布朗-詹姆斯，他永远是我的偶像。
