I very love sports, sports can stay healthy, can make our body healthy...

I have a lot of: love sports playing basket, mountaineering, cycling... But my favorite is the dash.

我爱运动有很多：打篮、登山、骑车……但是我最爱的还是短跑。

我短跑成绩优秀得很，我曾在秋季运动会上获得“短跑全年级第一”的荣誉，不仅给班级争了光而且同学们和体育老师都对我刮目相看。

这都是我一天又一天积累来的。

不知从什么时候开始我爱上了短跑，好像昌爷爷身上得到的启示。一天，我正坐在妈妈的电动车上，去校园，无意眼中多了一个人——爷爷。原来爷爷在散步。爷爷每天都要从家出去散步，有一次，他带我出去散步，顺便把我送到学校去。

有一次，我起来得太晚了，而我坚持要跟爷爷去“散步”，我这也许不应该叫“散步”而叫“跑步”，就这样日复一日，我练成了“短跑第一”。

我还爱骑车，骑车不仅有好处，学车还有更大的好处呢!每个人都不是一出生就会走路的，和一买车是不会直接骑车一个道理。比如说我，都是要经过一次次的摔倒，一次次的练习才会的。这样学车就告诉我们，要有坚强不屈的精神。

正如著名作家雨果所说：“奇迹是怎么来的，体育锻炼!”他得了心脏病，最后竟成了长寿者，这些都是他用坚持不懈的运动换来的。

运动有益，坚持运动，好处很大。

当你走进大自然中，脚落在散发着芬芳气息的泥土上，舒服的感觉便会油然而生。这美丽的、生动的、可爱的大自然，正是我们的家园——地球。

地球，是人类的母亲，是生命的摇篮。但是现在，有许多人做出的事情都对地球不利，比如：乱扔垃圾、浪费水和粮食、乱砍乱伐、乱喷农药等……

最近咱们的首都北京空气质量令人堪忧，我们身在首都的人，生存在首都这个美丽的城市。然而，我们这里的环境已经开始恶化，我们是不是应该做点什么呢?

从前，我们首都北京的天空是碧蓝碧蓝的，清晰无比。可是，现在的天空似乎天天有大雾，天也没有以前那么蓝了。大气层被污染了，时不时会飘来臭气，空气中似乎有沙子似的。许许多多的人得了疾病，是因为化工企业排放废气废水，污染了空气，污染了我们生存的环境，使天空变黑，最后危害了我们的健康。

下面，北京劳动保障职业学院红十字会、青年志愿者协会倡议：

大家应该行动起来了，从我做起，从身边做起：

1、不乱扔垃圾。

2、少用那些清洁剂。

3、不用一次性塑料袋、筷子、饭盒，使用环保用品。

4、爱护树木，自觉维持公共卫生，不滥杀小动物。

可以做的事很多，只要大家一起努力，一定可以让我们赖以生存的环境变得美好起来!
