二、选择锻炼新方式，培养健身好习惯。坚持“因人而宜、适时适度”的原则，选择适合自身特点和兴趣爱好的慢跑、快走、广播操、太极拳、健身操、篮球、乒乓球、羽毛球等健身活动。广大教职员工每人每周至少锻炼3次，每次时长不少于1小时，做到工作、健体两不误;退休老教师要发挥健身示范作用，延年益寿夕阳美。

三、学习运动新知识，掌握健身好方法。树立科学健身意识，主动学习健身知识，认真制定长期的健身计划;循序渐进，选择适宜运动，讲究方法，避免运动疲劳;注意增加营养，保持充足体力，提高防病能力，远离亚健康;提倡以户外健身为主的运动项目。

说起健身运动，我最喜欢游泳了。游泳是分种类的：他分为蝶泳、仰泳、蛙泳、自由泳等等。游泳也是奥运会的一个比赛项目。

游泳运动是一项人体在水中这个特定环境下进行的一项健身运动。游泳运动员们靠两臂和腿部动作产生推进力，使人体向前游动。现代游泳比赛在一八九六第一届雅典奥运会上就已被列为正式比赛项目。根据游泳的姿势，就可分为蝶泳、仰泳、蛙泳和自游泳。再正式的比赛中，还有混合泳及混合游接力赛。常常游泳还可以增加人体的肺活量。自由泳还可以成为爬泳。我最喜欢爬泳了。游泳还可以让新陈代谢加快，还可以促进血液的循环。游泳也可以强身健体。

我喜欢游泳这种健身运动，是发自内心的喜欢，游泳是很好的体育健身方式，更重要的是，游泳还锻炼了我不畏艰难的意志，给我积极向上的活力，也让我领悟到一些深刻的道理。譬如，学习上也要有坚持不懈，持之以恒的精神。

小狗是很聪明的动物，有一次，我把骨头拿在手里，结果不小心被小狗看见了，它猛的向我奔了过来，吓得我急忙跑到了树下，偷偷的把骨头埋了起来，谁知小狗直径跑到树下刨出了骨头，示威一样的衔着骨头跑开了，真没有想到狗的鼻子会这么灵敏。

我喜欢有着灵性的狗狗。
